E-COMMERCE AND DIGITAL FINANCE AS KEY ELEMENTS OF THE NEW MODEL OF CONSUMPTION AND INVESTMENT

Yakhshiboyev, R.E.

The digitalization of global economic relations has redefined the foundations of consumption, investment, and financial intermediation, positioning e-commerce and digital finance as central pillars of the contemporary economic model. The rapid integration of online trade platforms, fintech ecosystems, and algorithmic payment systems has not only transformed consumer behavior but also reshaped the mechanisms of capital formation and resource distribution. Ecommerce functions as an accelerator of market accessibility and competition, while digital finance provides the structural infrastructure necessary for transactional transparency, financial inclusion, and liquidity circulation in data-driven markets. In emerging economies, these instruments collectively stimulate entrepreneurial activity, reduce transaction costs, and expand cross-border investment flows. The research emphasizes that the synergy between digital trade and financial technologies generates a new consumption–investment paradigm characterized by personalization, real-time decision-making, and decentralized trust mechanisms. At the same time, the sustainability of this paradigm depends on the robustness of digital infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and institutional adaptability to technological disruption. The study concludes that e-commerce and digital finance are not isolated innovations but interdependent drivers of structural modernization that integrate consumer dynamics with investment behavior, forming the analytical nucleus of the digital economy.

RISKS OF FUNCTIONING OF BLOCKCHAIN PLATFORMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB3 TECHNOLOGY

Vladyslava Kozenkova, Artem Movsesyants

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the key risks associated with the operation of a crypto platform in the context of the transition to Web3 technology. The authors explore the activities of leading blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, Avalanche, Cosmos and Polygon, identifying the main types of risks that apply to the implementation of Web3 technology. The paper identifies threats associated with cryptocurrency volatility, regulatory uncertainty, cybersecurity, specific risks of decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), as well as scalability, accessibility and environmental issues. The authors analyzed the activities of the crypto platform and found that each platform has a unique structure and asset structure, which affects the nature of the risks. For example, Ethereum dominates the DeFi and NFT sectors, Solana is distinguished by its speed and low fees, Binance Smart Chain focuses on DeFi, and Polkadot and Cosmos are developing cross-chain technologies for interoperability. The main risks analyzed in the article include: Volatility of cryptocurrencies, which can increase financial instability; Cybersecurity, including hacking attacks and vulnerabilities of smart contracts; Regulatory uncertainty, which can hinder innovation and create legal conflicts; DeFi risks, such as errors in smart contracts, liquidation problems and systemic failures; NFT risks, in particular high market speculation and fraud risks; Scalability, including technical limitations and high fees; Complexity of use, which can limit the widespread adoption of Web3; Accessibility and inclusiveness, including unequal access to technologies; Energy consumption and environmental friendliness, which can affect the environment. To minimize these risks, the authors proposed a risk management strategy based on semi-fundamental principles: comprehensiveness, preventiveness, consistency, decentralization, transparency, security and interoperability. This strategy includes the introduction of modern analytical methods such as scenario analysis, machine learning, Value at Risk (VaR), Conditional VaR (CVaR), Monte Carlo models, multi-level security systems, bug bounty programs, transaction encryption, decentralized oracles, risk hedging using derivatives and RegTech solutions for regulatory compliance. For the effective implementation of the proposed strategy, a risk management roadmap was developed, which details the stages of risk identification, assessment, management and monitoring. This map includes specific tools for each stage, such as scenario analysis, AI analytics, blockchain scanners, VaR and CVaR models, attack models, stress testing, blockchain analytics, encryption, futures, options, RegTech, KPIs and behavioral models. The implementation of the proposed strategy will create a favorable environment for the reliable and sustainable development of Web3 technologies and the cryptocurrency market. Further research should be aimed at detailing platform-specific strategies and adapting them to the changing landscape of Web3.

The Impact of Government Support Factor on The Use of Cryptocurrency

Surjandy Surjandy, Irene Pheeny Fionalia, Mohamad Heykal

Cryptocurrency is a topical and growing concept in Indonesia; however, there needs to be more literature on the effects of government policies on it. Consequently, this quantitative study seeks to fill this research gap by establishing the extent of the intention to use cryptocurrency among Indonesian investors and future investors. Cryptocurrency in the form of investment is legally accepted even though it is not legally regarded as a medium of exchange. The research evaluates the effect of government support on the adoption rates while concluding that the theory postulates four factors: product literacy (PL), social influence (SI), perceived benefit (PB), and trust (T). The surveys were distributed to 596 participants; however, 83 values were removed, leaving 513 valid responses. The results demonstrate that government support strongly improves the level of product literacy, social pressure, perceived benefit, and trust related to the use of cryptocurrencies, which, in turn, positively affects the intention to use cryptocurrency. From this, it can be deduced that the government's involvement plays a critical role in influencing perception and building confidence in the use of cryptocurrency for investment. The findings of this paper should prove useful to policymakers and industry stakeholders who seek to foster the sustainable development of cryptocurrencies in Indonesia. Increasing the quality of the given legislation and raising the population's awareness can contribute to the development of cryptocurrencies in the country.

Logistics is an integral part of the economic development of any industry and country. It ensures the formation of effective movement of goods, services and information between producers and consumers. In today's world, the existence of logistics operations is impossible without the use of information technologies that help optimize logistics processes, increase their efficiency and reduce costs associated with transportation. The active pace of development of information technologies makes it possible to achieve further optimization of logistics processes, increase in the volume and speed of global trade. However, an in-depth ongoing analysis of the positive and possible negative consequences of the introduction of modern technologies into the field of logistics is necessary on the way to their development and implementation. Also, the study of the possible mutual integration of existing information systems in logistics and related fields is a rather significant factor for achieving a synergistic effect. Transport logistics on a global scale today is impossible without the use of innovative information systems. Such systems are effective for the development of the logistics industry, which requires the introduction of secure information technologies on a global scale (sea transportation, road transport, "last mile logistics", etc.). However, modern events in the world raise certain new challenges that arise before the field of transport logistics as a whole and, in particular, in the information provision of cargo transportation. The existing information systems used in logistics are not sufficiently flexible and capable of rapid changes and effective response to risks that complicate the circulation of goods. The integration of logistics information systems together with information systems of related industries will allow to reach a new level of information service for transportation and, to a certain extent, effectively counteract predictable and unpredictable levels of risks. The purpose of the study is to form a theoretical basis for the information support system of transport logistics in business activities, taking into account the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors. Transport logistics is a component of logistics, which covers the organization and management of the processes of moving goods and raw materials from the place of their origin to the place of consumption. The main tasks of transport logistics include route planning, choice of mode of transport, organization of transportation, monitoring and control, customs clearance, risk management and cost optimization. Each of these systems provides a lot of functionality, greatly simplifies and automates certain processes. Such information systems can exist separately or be integrated with each other, but they, even in aggregate, do not provide effective quick solutions in certain circumstances. Challenges for the emergence of risks in transport logistics in modern business conditions are due to military conflicts, pandemics, sanctions imposed on certain countries and tension in relations between some countries and other endogenous and exogenous factors. Accordingly, it is necessary to implement innovative transport logistics information systems that could instantly respond to risks in real time and offer effective solutions. Appropriate development and implementation of the "Global Transport Information System" - GTIS (Global Transport Information System). It should cover most of the world's supply chains - large and small transport operators (all major modes of transport), operators of port, fuel and other transport infrastructure, warehouse services, etc. The functions of such a system should to some extent cover the functions of WMS, SCM and TMS systems, but at a new fundamental level, taking into account the challenges of today. Each technology has its own advantages and disadvantages, which must be taken into account when designing any system of information support for transport logistics in business activities. Thus, the devices of the IoT sector, which widely help humanity at every step, have a significant drawback - this is the autonomy of work, which is accompanied by the need to attach additional power elements, which affects the cost and size of such devices. Artificial intelligence technologies for commercially viable work require the right choices of algorithms for each task and a large amount of real data on which the model will be trained. Distributed ledger technologies require significant computing and energy resources to ensure system decentralization. The article examines the existing information systems for providing transport logistics in business activities, which are used by transport companies, conglomerates and individual business structures, their prevalence and obvious shortcomings. A model of the GTIS global transport information system is proposed, which is fundamentally different from existing systems. Decentralization and the lack of influence on it from the side of commercial or government structures will avoid many artificial restrictions and speculations in the field of transport logistics. The modular principle of connecting services to the GTIS system will allow it to be easily scaled, adding the necessary functionality, services and resources. The system is aimed at simplifying entry into the structure of any type of user, which will lead to increased turnover and expand and increase competition in this industry. A mechanism for the implementation of the coordination of information provision of logistics services in business activities has been formed, which, in order to ensure the automation and optimization of transportation processes, requires the introduction of innovative information technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data in GTIS.

Impact of Equivalence Assessment in the Education Sector using the XAI Model of Blockchain with ECTS

Sumathy Krishnan, R Surendran

The procedure for obtaining an equivalency certificate for international educational recognition is typically complicated and opaque, and differs depending on the nation and system. To overcome these issues and empower students, this study suggests a revolutionary assessment tool that makes use of blockchain technology, chatbots, the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI). Educational equivalency assessments frequently face difficulties and lack of openness in a variety of settings. The suggested solution uses blockchain for tamper-proof record keeping and secure data storage, based on the capabilities of each component. This improves the blockchain’s ability to securely store application data and evaluation results, fostering immutability and trust. Using the distributed ledger feature of blockchain promotes fairness in evaluations by preventing tampering and guaranteeing data integrity. The blockchain ensures data security and privacy by encrypting and storing data. Discuss how XAI might explain AI-driven equivalence choices, promoting fairness and trust, by reviewing pertinent material in each domain. Chatbots can improve accessibility by streamlining data collection and assisting students along the way. Transparency and efficiency are provided via ECTS computations that integrate XAI and chatbots. Emphasizing the availability of multilingual support for international students, we also address issues such as data privacy and system adaption. The study recommends further research to assess the multifaceted method in practical contexts and improve the technology for moral and efficient application. In the end, both students and institutions will benefit from this, as it can empower individuals and promote international mobility of degree equivalization.

Few epidemiological studies have discussed the gender-specific prevalence of ischemic heart disease (IHD). We aimed to investigate the gender-specific prevalence of IHD among Saudi patients visiting the emergency department and if it is affected by diabetes mellitus and/or hypertension. Three hundred patients were recruited from Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al Ahsa, KSA. Hypertension was identified as systolic pressure equal to or more than 140 mmHg and/or diastolic pressure equal to or more than 90 mmHg or by the patient currently being on antihypertensive medication, and coronary artery disease (CAD) was diagnosed by electrocardiogram, cardiac markers, cardiac exercise testing or coronary angiography. Hypertension was found in 80% of males and 72% of females. A significantly higher rate of diabetes was noted in females (62%) compared to males (48%) (p<0.012). Co-existing diabetes and hypertension was found in 70% of females as compared to 38% of males. The occurrence of IHD in males was significantly higher than that in females (p<0.001). However, the incidence of myocardial infarction was greater in females (52%) compared to males (38%) (p<0.035). Co-existing hypertension and diabetes may affect the gender prevalence of myocardial infarction among emergency department patients, with more infarctions being noted among females. This finding helps to guide the treatment strategy for both genders.

Improvement of Local Finance Management Plan for Reinforcement of Autonomous Decentralization and Accounting Accountability

Jinhyuk Choi

자치단체의 재정운용에서 재정정보의 수요도 제한적이며, 본질적인 정보가 아닌 부수적인 정보의 양 산과 이들이 공시되는 상황에서 시의적절한 정보(timely information that is objective, fact-based, nonpartisan, nonideological, fair, and balanced)가 필요하다는 점을 강조하였다.

The Role Of Blockchain As A Security Support For Student Profiles In Technology Education Systems

Po Abas Sunarya, Untung Rahardja, Lusyani Sunarya, Marviola Hardini

The sophistication of education technology (edu-tech) from the perspective of the blockchain has not been well implemented, because so far the methods used in education are still centralized and tend to be any student data such as class schedules and student profiles can be falsified. So an edu-tech research was made that applied the blockchain to facilitate learning related to the industrial revolution 4.0 and was able to optimize the delivery of information that is currently still one-way. Although there are a number of benefits that have been felt about edu-tech, digital disruptions remain, many challenges related to information security and privacy. The presence of the blockchain in security work integrated with a smartphone will be able to optimize the existing security system, authentication, and information that has been distributed in relation to student profiles, which can be assured of their originality.

Development of factoring by using blockchains

Jasmin Majander

The thesis’s objective was to describe ways on how to develop traditional factoring through private and consortium blockchains in Finnish factoring companies located in Finland. The research was carried out using a qualitative research method with an explorative outlook on the topic. The research was executed as an inductive case study. The research was constructed using a semi-structured interview method with a predetermined interview question set based on the topic’s title. Four professionals were interviewed from the finance and IT fields. Data-based content analysis and thematic design were used as the methods of data analysis. The systematic academic literature and use case review results were analyzed by using thematic design. According to the research results, consortiums and smart contracts are good solutions to develop traditional factoring. Consortiums could be executed as larger-scale solutions as large invoice financing marketplaces or as smaller-scale solutions between banks and their customers. The invoice marketplace could be executed through blockchain technology or by using more simple technologies. Smart contracts could be used to automate factoring agreements by using tokens to represent invoices’ value, but more research is needed on the contracts’ technical execution. Blockchain solutions are still partly underdeveloped and do not yet meet all the requirements of traditional factoring. Blockchain has some issues that need to be taken into consideration. Especially, security and privacy issues and capacity and block size limitations still need to be solved. It still needs to be examined whether suitable solutions for factoring companies’ needs to connect Distributed Ledger Technology systems to legacy systems to make payouts directly to customers’ bank accounts from smart contracts. Factoring companies need to examine Distributed Ledger Technology to understand its capabilities and consider the correct technology to integrate into their factoring solutions.

Theoretical and practical aspects about attachment of cryptocurrencies

Adélia Cristina Peres Torrecillas, Rodrigo Sakayemura

In the last decade, cryptocurrencies have gained prominence in the media as a payment method or an investment, arisingthe importance to study the viability of their attachment in the Brazilian execution process. However, the pace at which technological innovations arise is not always accompanied by the law to regulate them, and any omissions should be analyzed by the Judiciary, applying the current law and making up any gaps, in order to provide effective jurisdiction. This article, therefore, intends to review the existing literature to briefly explain some aspects of attachment of property, to define the legal and technical concepts of cryptocurrencies, elucidating how they work and analyzing the possibility of their attachment. At last, it will be discussed about the best mode of procedure for attachment of cryptocurrencies, if allowed by law.

Implementation of technical analysis on selected cryptocurrencies

Dahası, kripto para kavramını gerçekten çekici hale getiren olay 2017 yılında on iki aylık dönem içerisinde bir adet Bitcoin’ in fiyatının Amerikan doları karşısında %1.584 değer kazanmasıdır.

\n--------------------
\nDevelopments of the information and internet technology in recent years lead financial services in international area to evolve. Some new concepts such as fintech and digital-money have been begun to take place in literature. After 2009, the word of “crypto currency”has gained popularity with the appearance of Bitcoin and help of the blockchain technology. In addition to this, the milestone for this term is that Bitcoin appreciated versus to US Dollar by %1584 for 12-month period in 2017. Such a price movement has attracted many investors and traders to the cryptocurrency markets. The aim of this study is to explain implementation of technical analysis on cryptocurrencies together with the popularity of the concept. RSI, MACD, OBV and price trends were used as four general technical analysis methods by using price data covering 2013-2018 period. The results indicate that it is possible to use technical analysis for cryptocurrencies. However, it is understood that there is no accurate or unique strategy for all kind of cryptocurrencies because of their different price levels and volatility. It is observed that technical analysis indicators (RSI, MACD and OBV) would provide better profitability performance if they implemented with price trend tracking.
