BeTrueCore: «Dynamic Bayesian Evolution Cycle and Sociotechnical Robustness in the BeTrueCore Modular System»

Farman Guliyev

This paper outlines the architecture and methodological foundations of the BeTrueCore modular system, built upon the "Web3 Intuitive Symmetry Methodology" v1.2. Aaddress the critical challenges of destructive sociotechnical pressure, preference falsification, and enforced informational atomization inherent in modern centralized digital ecosystems. This paper is dedicated to the operationalization and mathematical description of the BeTrueCore modular system’s dynamic engine. The article bridges the traditional "verification gap" between abstract ethical-philosophical concepts and their rigorous software implementation. It deploys the concept of a fractal "Build → Measure → Learn" feedback loop, where participants' individual intuitive impulses (the Pulse) are converted into semantic vectors and weighted by the AI-Metronome. Particular attention is paid to the stochastic transition mechanism—the "White Feather Jump"—modeled via the Wiener differential equation as a method for extricating the collective intelligence from algorithmic deadlocks. The study thoroughly examines 9 key sociotechnical risks (including the Dunning-Kruger, Timur Kuran, and Paulo Freire phenomena) and provides systemic responses from the platform modules, secured by ZK-cryptography and Lit Protocol. The paper verifies BeTrueCore as a resilient tool for measuring and Bayesian updating of collective consensus under conditions of inherent systemic noise. The architecture executes a dialectical inversion: transforming isolation from an instrument of suppression into a protective 'digital citadel,' restoring the user’s absolute autonomy over their time and choices under the principle: 'My identity is my castle.' The study formalizes the 'Centaur' hybrid decision-making model. The study formalizes the "Centaur" hybrid decision-making model, where the synergy between non-linear human intuitive potential (Pulse) and AI computational efficiency (Metronom) is mathematically defined through a utility maximization function that accounts for systemic risks and machine ethics. Rather than suppressing the chaotic incoming entropy of the human factor, the algorithmic core converts it into stochastic resonance, enabling the system to escape local minima and converge on global maxima of truth.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AS A KEY FACTOR IN IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CONTROL OVER THE FORMATION OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH RESULTS

Dmitry M. Fedorov, Y. Kovalenko, Svetlana N. Kovalenko

The article is devoted to the study of the role of information technologies in improving the mechanisms for monitoring the results of scientific activity in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to analyze existing information systems – EGISU R&D, eLibrary, RSCI and Antiplagiat, as well as to identify problems and limitations of their functioning. The methodological basis consists of a systematic analysis of regulatory legal acts, a comparative analysis of the functionality of systems and a review of publications on the problems of scientometry and digitalization of science. It has been established that, despite significant progress in the creation of digital infrastructure, Russian systems are characterized by insufficient integration, inefficient data verification and excessive focus on quantitative indicators. Recommendations on the implementation of distributed ledger technologies and ensuring a balance between quantitative and expert evaluation of the results are formulated. The practical significance of the work lies in the justification of measures to increase transparency and reliability of scientific activity control.

Establishing International Networking Systems and Incorporating Autonomous Artists into The Global Professional Sphere Through Institutional Affiliation and Collaborative Endeavours

Roman Nikulin

This work presents a comprehensive study of the mechanisms of integration of independent artists into the global music ecosystem. The author justifies the transition from a model of spontaneous popularity to strategic engineering of social connections, where the synergy of academic qualifications, institutional membership, and algorithmic collaborations plays a key role. The work analyzes the importance of professional associations (NATS, HipHopAlliance, ISSA) as tools for creating a “reputation shield” that allows artists to minimize investment risks and gain access to closed industry resources. Particular attention is paid to the scientific verification of creative activity through publications in academic repositories (SSRN), which transforms a personal brand into the status of an intellectual expert. A practical algorithm has been developed for establishing direct contacts with top American artists (using the examples of OG Maco and Mytee Dee) based on the theory of network centrality and the concept of “fan trading.” The manual contains step-by-step recommendations for the legal and technical implementation of joint projects, the integration of Web3 technologies, and the optimization of digital distribution. The publication is aimed at music entrepreneurs, independent performers, and cultural industry managers who seek to scale local success to the level of sustainable international authority.

Significance and Consequence of Cryptocurrency

M. Priyadharshini, D. Archana, Sathyanarayana, S. Chowdhury · 5 authors

On the network, cryptocurrency expands across massive machines. The decentralization approach is constructive for transmitting money more quickly and affordably in cryptocurrencies. Decentralization is a significant benefit of cryptocurrencies. A degree of economic equality is therefore created. Investments in cryptocurrencies are more advantageous. Using cryptographic algorithms, digital resources include cryptocurrencies. Different forms of cryptocurrencies are classified. The most well-known cryptocurrency is, without a doubt, Bitcoin (BTC), even though everyone has since appeared. It contains stablecoins, a cryptocurrency whose value is tied to something resembling a fiat currency, and debt paper, whose value is tied to commodities that resemble gold—a unique chance in finance history. Cryptocurrencies are primarily innovative and disruptive in the financial sector. Increased volatility in the stock market is a significant effect of cryptocurrencies. It is erratic, and the values change as well. Additionally, it causes stock values to fluctuate. One of the digital assets is crypto assets. No one can access our money until they have the private key to our crypto wallet. Once we forget or lose our key, no one will refund our money to us. The cryptocurrency industry in India has undergone a significant transformation, drawing in new investors and upending established structures. Cross-border transactions in economic enterprises are increased by blockchain. The technology was utilized by messaging applications in various ways with private investors. India will no longer retain its position as an offshore economy but rather as an industrial leader. These make a lot of compromises. As a result, (1) India will be enticed to attract international investments, and (2) the industry will create more jobs that will benefit the economy and the young.

Models for Analyzing Cryptocurrency Market Dynamics with Behavioral Metrics of Stakeholders Based on Social Media Data

Lidiya Guryanova, Rostyslav R. Lutsenko

The use of data mining techniques in the context of the behavioral economy of virtual assets based on social media data allows for a more accurate assessment of the price movements of cryptocurrencies. The study builds models for forecasting prices in the cryptocurrency market, taking into account the behavioral factors of stakeholders based on social data from the TikTok platform. The data for this study were obtained using social media application programming interfaces. The main stages of the study included data collection, processing and aggregation, scaling and correlation analysis, building and evaluating the relevant models. As a result of the study, key behavioral metrics of social networks are identified. Correlation analysis showed strong linear links between TikTok’s social performance and weak links to the price of bitcoin. The study builds linear models, polynomial regression, Decision Tree and Random Forest. Behavioral metrics such as the number of shares, likes, comments, shares, and views are used. Models are evaluated by testing with use of MSE and MAE metrics. The results suggest the limited effectiveness of linear regression for predicting the prices of cryptocurrencies due to the non-linear nature of the market. The Decision Tree model has shown some success in predicting bitcoin prices, however, deviations in forecasts have increased over time, especially in the face of market fluctuations. Polynomial regression and the Random Forest model demonstrate higher accuracy in forecasts. Based on the comparison of MSE and MAE indicators, the Random Forest turned out to be the most effective model for predicting bitcoin prices among those considered.

A Model for using Blockchain Technology in Educational Systems

Dina Salem, Dalia Magdi

Blockchain are transparent, tamper-resistant, digital ledgers, implemented in a distributed network of peer-to-peer nodes, in which transactions are made securely and usually without the approval of a central and trusted authority. Thus, blockchains allow peer-to-peer nodes that do not have a trust relationship to exchange data without third parties or intermediaries. This data could correspond to money, contracts, land titles, medical and educational records, certificates, purchase and sale of goods/services, or any other transactions or assets that could be digitized.Blockchain offers lots of advantages, in finance, healthcare, government services, educational sectors, and the Internet of Things.Applying blockchain technology in educational systems will take the management of academic records and the issuing of graduates› certificates to a higher level of trust, in addition to minimizing lots of work and costs. The proposed model calls for a unit within the Ministry of Higher Education using blockchain technology, that will offer a potential solution for student's data storage, students' exchange between institutions and certificates issuing and verification. This will lead to multiple advantages in decentralization, scalability, reliability, and security.

Approach to Constructing Symmetric Cryptographic Systems Ensuring Specified Resilience to Cryptoanalysis over the Long-Term Time Horizon

Sergey Tarasenko, Yu. I. Ivanov

Abstract— The paper presents the results of an analysis of the decrease in cryptographic strength of the most common symmetric ciphers, taking into account the development of cryptanalytic methods. The vector of the threat to the reduction of information confidentiality stored and processed in information systems in the long term has been determined. An approach to constructing hybrid ciphers, based on the symbiosis of a composite cipher and the Vernam cipher, has been proposed to enhance the asymptotic cryptographic strength of symmetric cryptographic systems used for data encryption in information systems, the relevance of stored and processed information in which does not significantly decrease over time. For instance, this is applicable to information systems built on distributed ledger technology (blockchain networks).

Cryptocurrency Illusion: The Social Psychology of Failing Cryptocurrencies

Byoung Kweon Kim

Forecasting the cryptocurrency exchange rate based on the ranking of expert opinions

Олена Гавриленко, Mykhailo Myagkyi

To date, most existing cryptocurrency exchanges do not have in their arsenal tools that would allow them to verify and investigate the information disseminated on social networks regarding a particular cryptocurrency. This makes it possible to conduct a relevant research with the subsequent development of a tool that, if used correctly, will provide users with advisory advice on further actions in relation to the cryptocurrency under study in the system. Based on this advice, interested parties will be able to adjust their decisions regarding further financial steps. The basis of most recommender systems is always the need to identify some influencing factors, which are later given certain weights to facilitate and simplify the formulation of further advice for users. In this paper, we study the influence of celebrity publications on the formation of prices for a particular cryptocurrency at a certain point in time. The importance and existence of this influence was previously proven by statistical methods. The purpose of the study is to develop an algorithm for studying the level of influence of posts of each of the selected group of experts in social networks on the cryptocurrency rate. The object of the study is the forecast of cryptocurrency rates. The input data used were the list of experts whose level of influence will be studied, the time interval of the study, the number of posts made by each of the experts in question over the specified period of time, and the actual cryptocurrency rates for the relevant period. The experts were well-known personalities who are either knowledgeable in the field of finance in general and cryptocurrencies in particular, or whose activities are somehow related to a particular cryptocurrency. Research methods. Experts are ranked based on the full probability and Bayesian formulas. Forecasting of cryptocurrency rates in a selected period of time is carried out using the algorithm for forecasting cryptocurrency rates based on expert posts on social networks (AUDSM). To control the accuracy of forecasts, the relative average error is calculated. Recommendations for financial transactions with cryptocurrencies are formed by entering the critical value of the exchange rate and calculating the arithmetic mean of cryptocurrency exchange rates for a specified period of time. Results. As a result of the research, an algorithm has been developed that allows taking into account the impact of the posts of each of the selected ranked group of experts on changes in the rates of a particular cryptocurrency. On the basis of the obtained forecasts, the paper presents a methodology for forming recommendations for financial transactions with them.

RIEMANNIAN APPROACH TO MAPPING CRYPTOCURRENCY IN THE FINANCIAL MARKET

Hayoung Choi, In‐Jae Kim, Hosoo Lee, Yongdo Lim · 5 authors

The valuation of the cryptocurrency market surpassed three trillion dollars in 2022, underscoring the burgeoning interest in digital currencies and decentralized finance. In response, on June 7, 2022, a bipartisan initiative led to the introduction of the "Responsible Financial Innovation Act," positioning cryptocurrencies as commodities and designating the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as the primary regulatory authority for the cryptocurrency market.Intriguingly, a study by Kim et al. (2022, JABE & IJBR) utilized a non-Euclidean methodology, suggesting that cryptocurrencies, in terms of their price dynamics, resemble securities more than commodities. However, a critical assessment of Kim et al. (2022, IJBR) reveals a methodological gap: the non-Euclidean distances were employed to derive a Euclidean configuration of 28 asset classes via multi-dimensional scaling. This Euclidean structure was subsequently employed for asset class categorization using -means clustering. This approach, while acknowledging the non-Euclidean distances among the 28 asset classes, leverages a Euclidean embedding for classification. In contrast, our research employs data depth to categorize asset classes without resorting to Euclidean embedding. We compare our findings with those of Kim et al. (2022, JABE & IJBR) for a comprehensive understanding.

Today’s technology is increasingly advanced and developing, changing payment and investment methods. The emergence of crypto currencies represents the most recent innovation. Cryptocurrencies have attracted the attention of information technology professionals, economists, investors, banks and governments. However, aside from the advantages, there is also the expectation of cryptocurrencies of potential risks in using currency. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the decision to use cryptocurrency. The factors discussed are perceived risk, psychological risk and security risk. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The data were analysed using PLS-SEM with a final sample of 181 respondents. The results show that psychological, security and perceived risks significantly affect cryptocurrency usage. A relatively new technology makes it easier for individuals to make decisions about using cryptocurrencies. However, lack of information often causes individuals to face uncertainty and various levels of risk. However, individual decisions in using technology are not only influenced by risks but also benefit factors.

Peculiarities of cryptocurrency functioning

Lesia Ishchuk, Viktoria Ishchuk

The article points out the prevalence of cryptocurrencies in modern society and explores the peculiarities of their use. The systematization of literary sources, foreign experience and market data shows that there is a debate and certain differences in the understanding and interpretation of the essence of cryptocurrency, which affects its introduction into business activities and use by citizens both at the legislative level and by the financial system. The urgency of solving this problem lies in the fact that the state must respond quickly to changes in society and adapt to them, preventing negative consequences, first of all, for the state itself, as well as for ordinary citizens. The methodological basis of the study is the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, theoretical generalization, economic and statistical methods. The article identifies the main features of cryptocurrency as a phenomenon and ways of its use. The expediency of its introduction into legal circulation is substantiated. The negative aspects that harm the financial system of the state and the factors that help the latter to develop are highlighted. Foreign experience of regulating the use of cryptocurrency and its taxation is presented, which has a positive impact on the legal and financial spheres of state activity. Given the identified weaknesses and strengths of cryptocurrencies, the threats to the use of cryptocurrencies and further opportunities for it are formulated. The article examines the current state of development of the cryptocurrency market and compares it with the market of 2017: the price, market capitalization and percentage of the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies are analyzed. The article lists possible investment activities related to cryptocurrency. The impact of cryptocurrencies on the environment is studied. The necessity of state intervention in regulating the circulation of cryptocurrencies is indicated, finding options for overcoming the consequences of the weaknesses of cryptocurrencies
