Stages of Development of Postgraduate Teacher Training in Ukraine Compared to the European Model

The article presents a comparative analysis of the stages of development of postgraduate teacher training (PTT) in Ukraine and four countries of the European Union (EU) (Poland, Finland, Germany, and France) for 1991–2024. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to modernize the national system of advanced training in the context of European integration, digitalization and reform of general secondary education. The research employed the following methods: content analysis of legislative acts, a chronological reconstruction of educational reforms, a comparison of postgraduate education models, a SWOT analysis of the Ukrainian system, as well as an analysis of financial costs (2020–2024). It is established that Ukraine implements a hybrid model with decentralization of financing and a 150-hour standard, while other countries apply decentralized (Poland, Germany) or centralized (France, partly Finland) approaches with an orientation towards digitalization, inclusiveness, and research methods. In 2024, the highest amount of spending on teachers’ professional development (advanced training) was found in Germany (€3,830 million), the lowest in Ukraine (€92.5 million). The scientific novelty of the study lies in the integrated comparison of financial, regulatory, and institutional aspects of postgraduate teacher training across Ukraine and four EU countries. METAVERSE ЯК ОСВІТНЄ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ: ВІД ВІРТУАЛЬНИХ СВІТІВ ДО ПЕРСОНАЛІЗОВАНИХ ШІ-ТЬЮТОРІВ

Швидкий прогрес у цифрових технологіях сприяє глибинній трансформації системи вищої освіти, відкриваючи нові можливості для інтерактивного та персоналізованого навчання. Одним із найбільш перспективних напрямів є використання Metaverse, який поєднує технології віртуальної, доповненої, мішаної та розширеної реальності, блокчейну, цифрових двійників та non-fungible token. Завдяки цьому Metaverse пропонує захоплюючий, індивідуалізований та гнучкий освітній досвід, що робить його потужним інструментом у сучасній академічній практиці.Метою даного дослідження є здійснення комплексного аналізу наукових джерел, які висвітлюють можливості інтеграції Metaverse із технологіями штучного інтелекту (ШІ) для удосконалення вищої освіти. Для реалізації поставленої мети було проведено відбір наукових праць у трьох міжнародних наукометричних базах (Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC), сформовано пошукову стратегію на основі ключових запитів та визначених критеріїв включення й виключення. Подальший бібліометричний аналіз із використанням програмного забезпечення VOSviewer дозволив здійснити мережеву візуалізацію та проаналізувати спільне використання ключових слів у відібраних публікаціях.Наративний огляд обраних праць дав змогу окреслити основні напрями поєднання Metaverse та ШІ у вищій освіті. Серед ключових шляхів виділено: створення зручних та корисних для користувача освітніх середовищ і їх розширення до віртуальних університетських кампусів; використання інструментів ШІ для забезпечення безпеки та захисту даних у Metaverse; формування персоналізованих навчальних траєкторій на основі поведінкових моделей та індивідуальних уподобань студентів; сприяння комунікації та співпраці в режимі реального часу; генерація навчального контенту для Metaverse; інтеграція фізичного та цифрового світу; реалізація концепції ШІ-тьюторства для підтримки індивідуального навчання.Результати дослідження підтверджують значний потенціал Metaverse у поєднанні з технологіями ШІ для модернізації вищої освіти, підвищення її якості, доступності та інноваційності.

Gamification of Student Assessment in a Distributed Educational System via RFID, Smart Simulators, and Blockchain

This paper proposes a distributed educational system that integrates smart RFID technology, blockchain, and gamification to improve student engagement and performance monitoring. Students use RFID-enabled cards to gain access to interactive simulators and training kiosks designed for various academic disciplines. Each student's progress is recorded on a blockchain ledger, ensuring secure and transparent tracking of their achievements. This approach enables advanced data analysis, allowing teachers to access anonymized performance data and guide students in their learning process without directly affecting grading. By doing so, it reduces the incentives for academic dishonesty, as students are not under pressure to achieve specific grades. The system also allows for real-time attendance monitoring, adaptive learning paths based on individual progress, and predictive analysis of student performance over time. Furthermore, API-based communication ensures seamless integration between distributed kiosks and educational management systems. This decentralized model enhances transparency, security, and efficiency, providing real-time insights for both students and educators. By utilizing these technologies, the proposed system aims to optimize the learning and evaluation processes, supporting more personalized and data-driven educational experiences.

АНАЛІЗ ОНОВЛЕНИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ПРОГРАМ З МАТЕМАТИКИ ДЛЯ УЧНІВ СТАРШОЇ ШКОЛИ ІЗРАЇЛЮ

The article presents the results of the analysis of current trends in the development of mathematics education in Israel, in particular, a thorough analysis of the high school mathematics curriculum, the peculiarities of studying mathematics by students in grades 10-12 for different educational units. It is established that over the past thirty years, the Israeli mathematics curriculum has hardly changed. In connection with the results of the international PISA study in 2022, the mathematics programs were updated. The improved mathematics curricula for Israeli schools reflect the flexibility and dynamism inherent in modern society, as in addition to the traditional goals and content of the educational material, they contain basic conceptual provisions, requirements for the development of skills, didactic comments for teachers on the methodology of studying certain topics, organization of the educational process and assessment of students' achievements. The facts presented in the study show that the modern high school mathematics curriculum in Israel and Ukraine has significant differences in both the content of the educational material and approaches to teaching mathematics. The updated mathematics curriculum for students in grades 10-12 for levels 3, 4, and 5 has significant differences. Thus, at level 3, the rationale for studying mathematics in the educational document sets as the main goal to familiarize students with the role of mathematics in everyday life, science and technology, as well as to recognize mathematics as part of human culture, while at levels 4 and 5, the developers see the main goal of studying mathematics in the development of deductive thinking of students, understanding the need to prove statements; development of inductive thinking - hypothesizing, etc. The Israeli curriculum does not clearly establish the order of studying topics, and teachers are able to independently build the sequence of presentation of the material based on their pedagogical beliefs and educational contexts, and select appropriate textbooks. It is concluded that there are certain features of the Israeli education system that should be considered in order to use their individual principles in the Ukrainian education system: decentralization of educational process management, which allows schools to autonomously develop curricula and choose the content of educational materials, differentiation of high school education by three levels of educational units

Застосування блокчейну для зберігання та обміну медичної інформації

Метою роботи є створення додатку для зберігання та обміну медичної інформації на централізований мережі блокчейн. Об’єктом роботи є процес збереження та редагування та медичної інформації лікарями та її перегляд та обмін пацієнтами. Предметом роботи є програмний засіб для зберігання та обміну медичної інформації в централізованій мережі. Інструменти розроблення: безкоштовне, вільно поширюване середовище розробки Microsoft Visual Studio Code, мова програмування TypeScript, використання бібліотек React, web3-react, CSS бібліотеки Tailwind, програмного середовища розробки Hardhat, мова програмування смарт-контрактів Solidity, бібліотеки смарт-контрактів OpenZeppelin Contracts. У ході дослідження виконано загальний огляд типів медичної інформації, проблем її зберігання та обміну, архітектуру існуючих додатків, її переваги та недоліки. Також було досліджено та описано технологію блокчейн, її особливості, переваги та недоліки в порівнянні з клієнт-серверною архітектурою. Розроблено програмний продукт для зберігання та обміну медичної інформації на блокчейні. Ключові слова : WEB-3, децентралізована архітектура, клієнт-серверна архітектура, медична інформація, надійність, програмне забезпечення, приватна інформація, безпека, блокчейн.

Distance learning technologies with blockchain elements in the system of continuous education

The relevance of the study was explained by the fact that the support of management of the distance learning information processes is associated with the problem of effective allocation of system resources used upon transferring and processing of educational information. The purpose of this study is a comprehensive analysis and development of the principles of developing an electronic portal for the system for continuous education. In the work, the authors used general methods of generalization and systematization, as well as the method of mathematical calculations. 150 teachers of secondary and higher primary schools took part in the calculations. The results of the calculations made it possible to confirm the need to use distance learning technologies with blockchain elements in educational institutions. The use of blockchain technologies for the implementation of an electronic portal can increase the motivation of students and teachers, facilitating work in the learning process. UNDERSTANDING ELECTRONIC FORMS OF TRANSACTIONS AND SMART CONTRACTS BY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The Law Institute of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) pays much attention to innovations in the legal field, including the correct understanding by students of categories such as "digital rights" and "smart contracts," which have recently been legislatively enshrined in the norms of Civil Law of the Russian Federation. Digital rights are obligations and other rights, the content and conditions of implementation of which are determined following the information system's rules that meet the characteristics established by Law. The Russian Federal Law of March 18, 2019, N 34-FZ "On Amendments to Parts One, Two and Article 1124 of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation" establishes a new method of concluding a written transaction -using electronic or other technical means that allow the content of the transaction unchanged on the physical data carrier. The expression of his will used by a person using electronic or other technical means (for example, when filling out a form on the Internet) is equivalent to a simple written form of a transaction. According to the legislator, this should become the basis for the conclusion of the so-called "smart contracts" in the Russian Federation. The article's conclusions could be of importance while learning and teaching in the Russian universities following the novelties in the legislation and the necessity of the learners to catch up with the modern educational requirements.

Like Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Biosystematics there are so many emerging technologies are ruling the world today. One of the major technology were the people are going into was Block Chain. It is the process of securing the information or website of specific individual or institution. This Block Chain Technology mainly deals with Bit Coins. In August 2014, the file size of bit coin block chain, containing records of all transactions that took place on the network, reached 20 GB. This paper describes the five main features of Block Chain including Decentralized Technology, Enhanced Security, distributed Ledgers etc. A Block Chain is basically a digital transaction ledger, duplicated and distributed on the database across the entire network of computer systems. Finally, this paper deals with the Comparison of Block Chain and Bit coin. After that, the importance and the impact of Bit coin in the sector of Block Chain have been explained.
