Abstract: Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are digital assets that use online buying and selling methods such as cryptocurrencies and generally use code with basic software. NFTs use galleries as a space to perform activities. NFT galleries serve as a means and infrastructure for artists to show their virtual works to the public non-virtually. In NFT galleries, the order of space and circulation are things that need attention. The temporary conjecture of the arrangement of this gallery space is more to the function of the space and its circulation that forms a round. The purpose of this study is to find out how the order of space and circulation in the NFT gallery is still unfamiliar to the public. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative by visiting objects as a data collection method. Keyword: gallery non-fungible token; circulation; room layout.Abstrak: Non-fungible token (NFT) merupakan aset digital yang menggunakan metode jual-beli secara online seperti cryptocurrency dan umumnya menggunakan kode dengan perangkat lunak dasar. NFT menggunakan galeri sebagai ruang dalam melakukan aktivitas. Galeri NFT berfungsi sebagai sarana dan prasarana seniman untuk menunjukkan karya-karya virtual mereka kepada masyarakat secara non-virtual. Pada galeri NFT, tatanan ruang dan sirkulasi adalah hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Dugaan sementara dari tatanan ruang galeri ini lebih ke fungsi ruangnya dan sirkulasinya yang membentuk round. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tatanan ruang dan sirkulasi di dalam galeri NFT yang masih asing di mata masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengunjungi objek sebagai metode pengumpulan data.Kata Kunci: galeri non-fungible token; sirkulasi; tatanan ruang.
Pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia khususnya sastra, beberapa studi menemukan bahwa siswa-siswi cenderung menghindari materi pembelajaran puisi di sekolah karena penyampaian serta rancangan pengajaran yang monoton dan konvensional setiap tahunnya. Padahal proses kreatif siswa khususnya generasi alfa dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia harus diseimbangkan dengan teknologi digital yang belum pernah dijelajahi sebelumnya pada dunia pendidikan. Pembelajaran puisi harus berevolusi dengan mengintegrasikan kemajuan teknologi, termasuk AI, AR, dan VR, yang dapat mengubah puisi tradisional menjadi format digital interaktif sesuai dengan konsep kurikulum merdeka. Pada penelitian ini, penulis merancang gagasan konseptual inovasi pembelajaran puisi melalui alih wahana puisi pada NFT Art Gallery berbasis AI yang memperkenalkan pengalaman belajar yang imersif dan interaktif. Gagasan konseptual tersebut dirancang sebagai alternatif pembelajaran puisi di era digital khususnya bagi generasi alfa. Dari hasil penelitian ini, pembelajaran puisi melalui alih wahana puisi yang diintegrasikan dengan NFT Art Gallery menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat tahapan sintak yaitu: (a) kegiatan persiapan, (b) kegiatan pelaksanaan, (c) kegiatan inti, (d) kegiatan akhir. NFT Art Gallery digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mendemonstrasikan hasil alih wahana puisi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pembelajaran alih wahana puisi pada NFT Art Gallery dapat menjadi solusi alternatif pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk generasi alfa. Keterbatasan penelitian ini yaitu belum diujicobakan keefektifannya sehingga menjadi rekomendasi penelitian di masa depan.
The development of technology nowadays seems to reach all aspects of life, includes the realm of art, especially digital illustration. However, these developments were not followed by regulatory developments so that there was a legal vacuum in them. This study is intended to analyze the legal vacuum of limiting an act that can be categorized as piracy and legal protection for the creator of the piracy of digital illustrations which are tokenized in the form of NFT using doctrinal research methods. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the Standard of Copyright Ability and substantial similarity can be used as criteria for piracy of digital illustrations. There are still vacancies in the regulations regarding the limitations of piracy of a work and the provisions governing NFT. The copyright protection system for digital illustrations in the current regulations consists of preventive and repressive protection. Due to this legal vacuum, it is hoped that regulation about NFT and fine art can be added, and awareness of all parties can be made to avoid infringement of other peoples copyrights.
Kompas sebagai media pemberitaan nasional telah bertransformasi selama 57 tahun dalam perjalanannya sebagai “Amanat Hati Nurani Rakyat”. Selama itu, Kompas telah berkembang dari media cetak dan merambah ke dunia digital berbasis internet mengikuti dinamika masyarakat. Sebagai bentuk eksistensi dan upaya perjalanan sejarah tersebut, Kompas berkolaborasi dengan seniman digital membuat sampul e-paper edisi 27/6/2022 dalam format NFT (Non-Fungible Token). Sampul berbasis digital ini menjadi menarik untuk dianalisis karena merupakan kolaborasi khusus menghadapi dunia digital virtual yang semakin berkembang masif. Penelitian ini berusaha memaparkan kajian visual berdasarkan keilmuan desain komunikasi visual. Pembacaan makna visual ini akan menggunakan analisis semiotika visual secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pembacaan tanda-makna menggunakan Triadik Sumbo. Kajian tersebut dibantu menggunakan teori tanda oleh Charles S.Peirce dan kode-kode dari Roland Barthes. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini akan memberikan sebuah gambaran akan realitas visual berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi dan budaya visual. Bagaimana kode-kode yang terdapat dalam tanda visual sampul e-paper Kompas mampu mengungkapkan makna konotatif selain makna denotatif dari redaksi Kompas sendiri. Sehingga pembacaan tersebut akan memperkaya kajian desain komunikasi visual sebagai penghasil tanda visual dalam dinamika masyarakat dalam menghadapi gempuran produk digital.
The aim of this research are 1) to study about storytelling, non-fungible token, blockchain technology and digital art profile picture (PFP); 2) to develop layer randomly model for digital art profile picture; and 3) to create Digital Art Profile Picture from the model. Research scope is layer randomly model and 100 digital art PFP. The research result is layer randomly for digital art profile picture model, divide to 3 elements; layer randomly element, storytelling set element and digital art PFP collection element, and 125 images of digital art PFP. Research finding is using storytelling is good to convey more design set, and create many design concepts to increase a difference image, for more traits and valuable of the unique NFT.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the traditional ancient Buddhism art of Lord Wessuwan, to create contemporary character of Lord Wessuwan in different figure, and to design a figure of Lord Wessuwan for producing amulet product based on the principles of Contemporary Comic Art in the styles of Southeast Asia and Western World that are blended together to create new style. In addition, the principles of the designing of Thai motifs, which are the combination between traditional Thai graphics and contemporary Lanna graphics, which have been analyzed and synthesized. As for the test, the finished works are sold and publicized in the system of Blockchain NFT (a non-fungible token). Apart from the designing in the sense of art, there is the creation of amulets of Lord Wessuwan which has been consecrated in accordance with the belief and process of the consecration of amulets in Buddhism. However, the amulets in this project are made with digital technology, making them art works in the jewelry level. The findings from this study point out that the new style of Lord Wessuwan will lead to more popularity and faith, which have been reflected from the request to buy the amulets. From such feedback, it means this new style is accepted by the society and has become a significant unique character that paves way for arts in the future with which Thai culture and arts are still conserved.
