The development of global tourism has put forward new requirements for the construction of smart tourism. More and more travel-related data have reached the level of TB or even PB, which has brought great difficulties to tourism management. This article explores the use of big data technologies such as genetic algorithms to explore massive travel data and establish a comprehensive tourism information service platform for governments, enterprises, tourists, and scientific research institutions. The overall design of an industrial information service platform based on big tourist data is proposed. The overall function, data source, data standard, and application scope of the platform are all focused on. The traceability and nontampering of blockchain technology can also help passengers retain and verify their identity information. From the perspective of the design goals of the system, in general, the time required for repeated authentication will greatly reduce air ticket bookings, accommodation reservations, and bill verification, and improving efficiency is the only way to establish a “trust ecology.” Architecture design, distributed architecture, and intelligent service design, as well as the key implementation technology of service platform construction, route recommendation algorithm and tourism information big data mining, research and analysis on the construction of tourism information intelligent service.
In recent years, blockchain has substantially enhanced the credibility of e-commerce platforms for users. The prediction accuracy of the repeat purchase behaviour of e-commerce users directly affects the impact of precision marketing by merchants. The existing ensemble learning models have low prediction accuracy when the purchase behaviour sample is unbalanced and the information dimension of feature engineering is single. To overcome this problem, an ensemble learning prediction model based on multisource information fusion is proposed. Tests on the Tmall dataset showed that the accuracy and AUC values of the model reached 91.28% and 70.53%, respectively.
With its decentralization, reliable database, security, and quasi anonymity, blockchain provides a new solution for data storage and sharing as well as privacy protection. This paper combines the advantages of blockchain and edge computing and constructs the key technology solutions of edge computing based on blockchain. On one hand, it achieves the security protection and integrity check of cloud data; and on the other hand, it also realizes more extensive secure multiparty computation. In order to assure the operating efficiency of blockchain and alleviate the computational burden of client, it also introduces the Paillier cryptosystem which supports additive homomorphism. The task execution side encrypts all data, while the edge node can process the ciphertext of the data received, acquire and return the ciphertext of the final result to the client. The simulation experiment proves that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
Abstract This article sets out a regulatory framework that facilitates blockchain cross-border financial transactions and examines how this framework can be implemented in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). With increasing globalization and international trade, cross-border financial transactions are set to grow rapidly, especially across the Eurasian region.1 There are currently many challenges facing such transactions, from slow payment systems and different technical standards to varying legal and compliance systems.2 These challenges may be redressed by blockchain, which offers an efficient solution to the current mechanisms adopted in cross-border financial transactions. Currently, there are many experimental initiatives that seek to implement this technology to multiple fields, including remittances, clearance, and settlements.3 However, few researchers have considered in detail how this technology should be regulated in the BRI context. This article will be one of the first in-depth analyses of how laws and regulations can be applied to facilitate cross-border blockchain payments in the BRI context.

This article is based on the multi-dimensional humanized teaching ideas of the Internet, using the distributed ledger of blockchain technology, decentralization, tamper resistance, traceability, fault tolerance, constructed a block chain technology-based vocational logistics school-enterprise cooperation education service platform system structure model, the system is mainly composed of three subsystems: teaching management system, information management system, certification management system, and carried out on the three subsystems Analytical modeling.
With blockchain technology, information is recorded in a permanent distributed ledger that is maintained by multiple computers in a peer-to-peer network. There is no central authority that can alter records or change network consensus rules. Such technology could be utilized for voting, title transfers, issuance of company shares, document notarization, but currently, the most popular use-case are virtual currencies. An interesting feature that some virtual currencies have is a multisignature (multisig) protocol that requires the electronic signatures from more than one private key to initiate a transfer of funds. Raw data of a multisig transaction may be recognized as an arbitral award under the New York Convention, where the law of England is the lex arbitri and parties have opted-out of a reasoned award.
In electronic ticketing system, the malicious behavior of scalpers damages the customer's interest and disturbs the normal order of market. In order to solve the problem of scalpers, we took two steps. Firstly, we established the electronic ticketing system based on the consortium blockchain (CB-ETS). By establishing CB-ETS, we can make the ticketing market develop better in a controlled environment and be managed by the members in the consortium blockchain. Secondly, we put forward a kind of taxation mechanism for suppressing scalpers based on CB-ETS. Together with the regulatory mechanism, our scheme can effectively reduce the scalpers' profits and further inhibit scalpers. Through the above two steps, the scheme can effectively resist the malicious behavior of scalpers. Among them, in the process of transferring tickets, we optimized the transfer mechanism to achieve a win-win situation. Finally, we analyzed the security and efficiency of our scheme. Our scheme realizes the anonymity through the mixed currency protocol based on ring signature and guarantees the unforgeability of tickets by multi-signature in the process of modifying the invalidity of tickets. It also could resist to Dos attacks and Double-Spending attacks. The efficiency analysis shows that our scheme is significantly superior to relevant works.
Over the last few years, interest has emerged in blockchain, a decentralized ledger technology (DLT) created for use in cryptocurrencies, but with a great potential to be used in other application domains. One of them is supply chain management, tracking and tracing, which are key processes to the logistics industry, made difficult due to the lack of standards or trust between actors, miscommunication, fraud and bureaucratic delays, among other issues. In order to overcome some of these challenges, the solution presented in this dissertation proposes a blockchain system application created with Ethereum smart contracts technology. Its main purpose is to be used in supply chain and logistics for the tracking and tracing products, where the storage of important data is done and verified in a trustworthy, decentralized system. The technical solution presented here implements methods for tracking, certification, quality control and authentication, and integrates the communication of blockchain with IoT devices, which play an important role in monitoring products and automating these processes. This approach is validated by the development of a smart contract system and two browser-based applications to interact with it. The first application allows users to access and view their product’s tracking data, while the second bridges the communication between an Arduino UNO microcontroller collecting temperature readings and our smart contract system. The work presented here highlights the benefits of these technologies applied to logistics and validates the feasibility of this approach, ultimately giving insight into the capabilities, qualities, but also of the limitations a system like this can have.

The purpose is to help the block chain technology in the field of supply chain related research.
Agriculture of China is a typical agricultural system of small producer and large market. Producers are too scattered. Agricultural foundation remains weak in the vast rural areas, especially poverty-stricken areas. All of the above have built up a hedge for the high input of information industry and been a serious impediment to agricultural informationalization. As the underlying technology of electronic tokens, blockchain has become the current research hotspot, and been applied in finance, logistics, electronic commerce, information traceability and so on. Blockchain is a distributed storage and computation system, which is decentralized, so it is highly compatible with the distributed economic system. It will be a comprehensive solution to the agricultural status that is "scattered, small and weak". The book China Blockchain Technology and Application Development Whitepaper 2016 gives guidance suggestions for the application of blockchain in different industries including agriculture. This article is proposed by combining the specific status of Chinese agriculture and the technical characteristics of the block chain. Blockchain will play a very important rule in information gathering, resource integrating, profits sharing and backtracking information. Framework of blockchain for agricultural product with 7 levels of information gathering layer, data layer, network layer, consensus layer, excitation layer, contract layer and application layer was designed based on generalized blockchain according to actual situation of agriculture in China. The function of information gathering layer and data layer weve used to storage encrypted information that is acquired by IoT node in a distributed way. The Network layer was designed with a semi-distributed topological structure based on the original Peer-to-Peer distributed network structure in the blockchain by adding the supper notes. In the consensus layer, the DPOS was implied install of POW, therefore, there is no need for intensive computing. Due to the use of smart contact in the contract layer, transactions can be completed automatically in the absence of intermediaries. Furthermore, members of the Blockchain Union can also get repay by participating in the consensus with the smart contracts. The application layer was designed to provide the interface for application of government, bank, enterprise, producer and consumers. This framework can provide flexible mechanism of distributed storage, complete information consensus system, reliable information tamper-proof function and practical incentive reward measures. Subsequently, the above functions have been explained in the agricultural products quality safety traceability and application for the agricultural product market information transparency in more detail. However, the application of block chain in the field of agriculture is still in the stage of exploration, the technology is far from mature, and still need to be perfected in the process of application gradually.

Mining a cryptocurrency is profitable on someone’s resources. It is becoming increasing problem in the enterprise to control the operations of its infrastructure while in idle or “off-work” time. In this paper we present enterprise security assessment framework for cryptocurrency mining based on Monero cryptocurrency. The framework consists from surveying power consumption on GPU mining farms and traditional desktop PCs, analysis of web resources for browser-based mining on both internal and external domain names, the handy network logs analysis tool based on the regular expressions. While there had been significant difference between GPU and traditional desktop PC’s power consumption, computational ratio of the idle PCs after working time remains questionable. In the browser-based cryptocurrency mining, there were no data on public domains, however there had been a possibility for using the private domain names, thus further research and different tools are required. In the network analysis, there were not enough evidences on the network mining, and this leads to the different research question that attackers may use proxy techniques to bypass traffic filtering and network analysis.
Efforts of various international institutions have supported implementation of national/regional single windows and the next logical step would be to internationalize and make them interoperable to allow for greater collaborative information sharing. The purpose of this paper is to review the legal framework necessary for implementing international single window environment (ISWE) and, in that context, examine particular economic and financial aspects of the current developments. The discussion shows that ISWE is desirable as it may contribute towards creating a level playing field for SMEs participating in global supply chains. The paper discusses ASEAN Single Window to identify prospects and challenges, and highlight the legal and economic viability of interoperability. ASW is examined from transaction cost and information asymmetry theory perspectives to provide a methodology for conducting empirical analysis at country-level. Based on the findings the paper argues that full potential of ISWE can be realised through integration of transport and commercial requirements thereby improving G2G, B2G and B2B information flows. Nevertheless, such integration would require the ability to capture the complex relationships between various transport actors from legal and technical standpoints. To illustrate this legal complexity from transport and e-commerce law angle, the disadvantageous position of SMEs vis-à-vis use of electronic bills of lading and access to supply chain finance is examined. A critical analysis of selected legal texts is made through the lens of recent developments such as distributed ledger and cloud technologies to suggest solutions for SMEs. The conclusion highlights that transport and commercial requirements in the ISWE has to be incorporated through laws made for e-commerce and not through a piecemeal approach that replicate the functions of paper documents in an electronic environment.
