Adaptive Zero-Knowledge Threat Hunting Framework (AZTH): A Novel Approach to Secure Threat Detection and Mitigation

Balancing efficient threat detection with data privacy becomes increasingly difficult as cyber threats develop in complexity. The Adaptive Zero-Knowledge Threat Hunting Framework (AZTH), a revolutionary integration of zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) and artificial intelligence (AI) for private and secure cybersecurity operations, is presented in the presented study. AZTH maintains strong confidentiality regarding sensitive data yet uses federated learning, quantum-resistant cryptography, and dynamic deception systems to improve threat intelligence sharing as well as real-time threat mitigation. Together with an assessment of its efficacy in several operating situations, the architecture, approach, and possible uses of the framework are given.

Tax and legal framework for the ruble-backed stablecoin A7A5 within the digital rights system of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the tax and legal aspects of the ruble-backed stablecoin A7A5, which is a foreign digital right and is qualified in the Russian Federation as a digital financial asset. The subject of the study is the specifics of the legal regime of foreign digital rights classified as digital financial assets in the Russian Federation, and the taxation of transactions with such an asset. As a result of the conducted research, the author comes to the conclusion that, despite the creation of a legal framework for the integration of foreign digital rights into the Russian legal order, their tax and legal regime remains insufficiently developed. It is shown that this category is of an auxiliary (technical) nature and serves primarily as a tool for legitimizing a certain range of foreign assets in Russia, without being a full-fledged and independent legal construct. It is noted that the Tax Code of the Russian Federation lacks special provisions regulating the taxation of foreign digital rights, except for transactions within the experimental legal regime, which creates legal uncertainty. The author argues that recognizing foreign digital rights as digital financial assets represents a new phase in Russia's digital financial assets market, driven significantly by the A7A5 asset's integration with a public blockchain. This not only expands the opportunities for the circulation of such assets but also gives rise to unique transactions with such assets in the decentralized finance environment, which directly raises the issue of the need to develop special approaches to accounting for income, expenses and losses from such transactions for tax purposes. It is concluded that the economic nature of such transactions may be similar to transactions with derivative financial instruments and hedging. This similarity justifies extending the special tax rules for such analogous instruments to transactions with foreign digital rights. The results of the study can be applied to the further development of legislation on the taxation of foreign digital rights.

The role of technical chart patterns in the early Bitcoin market: intraday evidence from the Mt.Gox transaction dataset

Abstract We use transaction-level data from the Bitcoin exchange Mt.Gox, including over 1.4 million transactions from more than 45,000 traders, to investigate the role of technical chart patterns in the early Bitcoin market from April 2011 to September 2013. Employing a pattern recognition algorithm, we identify hourly trading signals for five major chart patterns. Buy signals of these patterns are associated with an average increase in abnormal trading volume of more than 53%. Trades executed during buy signal periods yield significantly higher average returns than those made during non-signal periods. Traders who use chart patterns more frequently are more likely to generate right-skewed return distributions, engage in more active trading, and achieve higher average roundtrip returns. Our research suggests that chart pattern trading was a crucial tool for Mt.Gox clients, highlighting the importance of technical heuristics in shaping the dynamics in a less efficient and unregulated market environment. By leveraging a comprehensive transaction dataset from a major cryptocurrency exchange, we provide unique insights into the actual trading behavior of the first Bitcoin adopters. This sets our work apart from previous studies that mainly rely on backtesting technical strategies using publicly available price data.

Exploring the Interrelationship Between Energy, Geopolitical Risk, and Bitcoin Based Green Business Strategies

ABSTRACT This study examined how Bitcoin, energy prices, and geopolitical risk interact by examining the first four moments (mean, variance, skewness, and kurtosis) of their return distributions by using wavelet analysis. The findings reveal that the co‐movement patterns of energy index, geopolitical risk index, and Bitcoin prices are time and frequency sensitive. During the turbulent period of 2020–2024, significant cross effect was observed at medium‐ and long‐term time scales in the relationship between the energy index and the geopolitical risk index. Similarly, in the case of Bitcoin and the geopolitical risk index, significant cross‐effects were detected at medium‐ and short‐term time scales. From 2021 onwards, a strong coherence is observed at high and medium frequencies for all four moment pairs among Bitcoin, energy prices, and geopolitical risk. In terms of the Bitcoin‐energy relationship, significant co‐movement in mean and volatility is noted throughout most of the sample period and across different frequency bands. Moreover, cross‐skewness and cross‐kurtosis connections are more prominent at short‐ and medium‐term horizons, especially during covid pandemic. These insights are valuable for investors and policymakers in risk management.

The objective of this research coffee growing and community tourism in the province of Loja-Ecuador was to develop a bibliographic review and documented research that determines the feasibility of applying community tourism in the coffee growing area of the province of Loja. To meet the objective, the snowball technique was applied based on the bibliographic and linkographic documentation found, the first thing was to collect and select information related to coffee production in the province of Loja and community tourism activities that include visits to coffee production farms. The selected information comes from official institutions at the national level such as the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR), Associations of coffee growers in the province of Loja, independent producers, processors, and marketers to which it was applied. surveys and interviews, coffee exporters from the province of Loja, Tourism Observatory of the UTPL and the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Loja (GAD), in addition to what was already mentioned, 12 publications from scientific journals were selected. Among the main findings we have that: the experiences of community tourism in the province of Loja are recent, however, it represents an important alternative for a sustainable use of natural resources, the future of community tourism ventures combined with coffee production, for this, the organization processes of all the actors must be improved to achieve an improvement in the quality of life of the communities.

Balancing Security and Liquidity: A Time-Weighted Snapshot Framework for DAO Governance Voting

As new project upgrading the blockchain industry, novel forms of attack challenges developers to rethink about the design of their innovations. In the growth stage of the development, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) introduces different approaches in managing fund through voting in governance tokens. However, relying on tokens as a weight for voting introduces opportunities for hackers to manipulate voting results through flash loan, allowing malicious proposals - fund withdrawal from DAO to hacker's wallet - to execute through the smart contract. In this research, we learned different defense mechanism against the flash loan attack, and their weakness in accessibility that compromise the security of different blockchain projects. Based on our observation, we propose a new defensing structure and apply it with cases.

From whales to waves: Social media sentiment, volatility, and whales in cryptocurrency markets

This paper examines the relationship between cryptocurrency market dynamics and investor sentiment, employing advanced techniques like time-variant Granger causality and asymmetric time-varying parameter vector autoregression (TVP-VAR) frequency connectivity. We create unique sentiment analysis tools, including a custom cryptocurrency sentiment lexicon, to deeply analyze content in the cryptocurrency domain, particularly focusing on investor discussions and viewpoints. Our findings demonstrate a significant, evolving link between market sentiment and cryptocurrency movements. A key observation is that the volatility of shock transmission is tightly connected to major market events, often influenced by large-scale investors, or “whales”. Our study indicates that market sentiment consistently affects both short- and long-term cryptocurrency volatility, underlining the crucial influence of investor sentiment in driving the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market. This underscores the importance of understanding investor sentiment for predicting and navigating the cryptocurrency market.

Protecting Distributed Ledgers from Advanced Persistent Threats Using SVM-Based Blockchain Security

This work focuses on multi-dimensional approach to incorporate the Support Vector Machine (SVM) models with Blockchain to secure distributed ledger against APTs.The classifying and high pattern recognition ability of SVM makes the proposed framework easily capture and neutralize malicious activities in the blockchain networks in realtime.The distribution of the blockchain technology and use of machine learning for predictive modeling guarantees a hard-coded countermeasure against new forms of cyber threats.As such, this work is centered on how these technologies can be integrated in harmony: attempting to enhance the accuracy of threat identification without compromising the functionality of the blockchain.This implementation shows the possibility of achieving strong, secure and scalable applications in different applications domains, and so make a way forward for upcoming decentralized cybersecurity solutions.

A Management Model in an Agile Organization Based on the Example of a Company Spotify

Purpose:The aim of the article is to present an agile management model using Spotify as an example and to develop an original management model for an agile organization.An attempt was made to identify key mechanisms that allow organizations to maintain flexibility and innovation in conditions of dynamic development.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research was based on a case study method, analyzing the implementation of an agile management model at Spotify.Qualitative analysis was conducted, including internal documentation, interviews with employees, and observation of organizational processes and management culture.Findings: It was found that implementing a decentralized organizational structure based on autonomous project teams has a positive impact on operational efficiency, innovation and employee engagement.The developed model proves useful in medium and large organizations operating in a dynamic market environment.Practical Implications: The presented results can be a basis for companies implementing agile management models, especially in the context of building modular organizational structures and developing a culture of trust and responsibility.The proposed model facilitates scaling operations without losing operational agility.Originality/Value: The originality of the study lies in the presentation of an original management model in an agile organization, inspired by Spotify's practices, which can be adapted to the needs of various industries and sizes of companies.The article provides practical tips for leaders and managers implementing an agile approach to management.

A Secured Blockchain Database Management Model for Medical Based Organization

The implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) management system has proven to be an effective alternative to the traditional manual method of handling medical records. However, concerns about data privacy and security persist in the healthcare sector, particularly due to the outdated centralized database systems that have failed to meet modern expectations.To address this, a secured blockchain database management model for medical based organization is designed for healthcare organizations, emphasizing a patientcentered approach. This model efficiently handles and maintains individuals’ health records using blockchain technology. Developed based on object oriented analysis and design methodology, the system was built using Visual Studio Code (VS Code), PHP, the Ethereum network, Web3.js, and Ganache.Blockchain technology provides the foundation for decentralizing patient information and ensuring secured data storage. Smart contracts arecritical in protecting patient privacy and data integrity by facilitating secured transactions, each modification is verifiable and propagated across the network. To further enhance the model’s security and integrity, a cryptocurrency wallet such as MetaMask is integrated, offering a centralized yet secure repository for medical records that authorized users like patients and healthcare providers can access anytime.By providing a robust platform for securely managing data with customizable access permissions and enabling the safe exchange of patient records, this blockchainbased system surpasses legacy systems in efficiency, reliability, and accessibility in the healthcare domain

Blockchain Technology and Decentralized Finance: Theory and Practice in Cryptocurrency Creation

Blockchain technology represents a revolutionary concept in the field of digital economy, enabling security, transparency, and decentralization of data and transactions. This paper explores the fundamental principles of blockchain technology, the role of cryptocurrencies, and the development of decentralized finance (DeFi). It analyzes key differences between centralized and decentralized exchanges, as well as the significance of DeFi applications in the modern financial ecosystem. Additionally, through a case study, the paper presents the process of creating a new cryptocurrency—ELAB—including the implementation of a smart contract on the Binance Smart Chain network and token distribution. The main goal of the paper is to provide both theoretical and practical insights into the fundamental concepts of blockchain and its application in real-world systems. The study’s results demonstrate how cryptocurrencies can be utilized in various contexts, including the educational system, where gamification through digital tokens can enhance student engagement.

Development and Implementation of An Adaptive Learning Model Based on Web3 Technologies in The Higher Education System

This article analyzes the possibilities of developing an adaptive learning model based on Web3 technologies (blockchain, smart contracts, tokenization, and decentralized applications) and implementing it in the higher education system. The study used mathematical modeling and systems analysis techniques to provide a learning experience tailored to the individual needs of students. The model provides for a correspondence between the level of knowledge of students and the complexity of educational materials, updating the level of knowledge based on a Bayesian model, storing assessment results on a blockchain network, and an incentive system through tokens. The experimental results showed that the Web3-based adaptive learning system increased the level of mastery by 18% and motivation indicators by 22%. Also, transparency in assessment and timely feedback mechanisms have built student confidence.

Mitigating Tails Switching in Multibranch Proof-of-Stake Systems: A Quantum-Inspired Approach

This paper explores the dynamics of multibranch forging algorithms within Proof-of-Stake (PoS) systems, focusing on the tails switching effect and its associated risks, such as the Nothing-at-Stake (N@S) attack. The study introduces a series of modifications to the traditional single-branch approach, drawing inspiration from quantum mechanics to enhance system security and efficiency. By analyzing the impact of smooth and direct measure functions on the cumulative measure of blockchain branches, the paper demonstrates that direct measures effectively reduce tails switching and stabilize the network. Additionally, the introduction of single-branch nodes is shown to stabilize the best chain, reducing the likelihood of history rewrites. The results suggest a promising pathway for improving multibranch PoS systems, emphasizing the need for further investigation into delayed propagation, transaction processing, and measure combinations.

The rise of decentralized finance (DeFi): Opportunities for disruption in traditional financial models

The rise of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) represents a transformative shift in the global financial landscape, challenging traditional financial models and offering new possibilities for a more inclusive and efficient financial system. This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges that DeFi poses to the conventional financial sector, focusing on its impact on banking, credit systems, investments, and payment systems. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including secondary data analysis, expert interviews, and first-hand experience with DeFi protocols such as lending, borrowing, and arbitrage. The findings highlight the significant potential of DeFi in creating alternative financial models that can increase financial inclusion, enhance access to capital, and reduce transaction costs. Recent data indicates that the Total Value Locked (TVL) in DeFi platforms has surged to over $50 billion as of January 2025, reflecting growing adoption. Additionally, daily transaction volumes across major DeFi platforms have reached approximately $10 billion, with active users exceeding 4 million globally. However, the research also identifies critical challenges, including regulatory uncertainty, security vulnerabilities, and the complexity of DeFi platforms, which pose barriers to mainstream adoption. This paper contributes to the understanding of how DeFi can reshape the financial ecosystem, offering insights into its future potential, the risks involved, and the steps required to address the existing challenges. Furthermore, it underscores the need for ongoing research into the regulatory aspects of DeFi and its collaboration with traditional financial institutions.

Exploration of Cryptocurrency Mining-Specific GPUs in AI Applications: A Case Study of CMP 170HX

This study systematically tests a computational power reuse scheme proposed by the open source community disabling specific instruction sets (Fused Multiply Add instructions) through CUDA source code modifications on the NVIDIA CMP 170HX platform. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of this approach, partially restoring the GPU's computational capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) tasks. Performance evaluations using open-source GPU benchmarks (OpenCL benchmark, mixbench) and AI benchmarks (LLAMA-benchmark) reveal that its FP32 floating-point performance exceeds 15 times the original capability, while inference performance for certain precision levels in large language models surpasses threefold improvements. Furthermore, based on hardware architecture analysis, this paper proposes theoretical conjectures for further improving computational utilization through alternative adaptation pathways.Combining energy efficiency ratios and cost models, the recycling value of such obsolete GPUs in edge computing and lightweight AI inference scenarios is evaluated. The findings demonstrate that rationally reusing residual computational power from mining GPUs can significantly mitigate the environmental burden of electronic waste while offering cost-effective hardware solutions for low-budget computing scenarios.

Tolerating Disasters with Hierarchical Consensus

Geo-replication provides disaster recovery after catastrophic accidental failures or attacks, such as fires, blackouts or denial-of-service attacks to a data center or region. Naturally distributed data structures, such as Blockchains, when well designed, are immune against such disruptions, but they also benefit from leveraging locality. In this work, we consolidate the performance of geo-replicated consensus by leveraging novel insights about hierarchical consensus and a construction methodology that allows creating novel protocols from existing building blocks. In particular we show that cluster confirmation, paired with subgroup rotation, allows protocols to safely operate through situations where all members of the global consensus group are Byzantine. We demonstrate our compositional construction by combining the recent HotStuff and Damysus protocols into a hierarchical geo-replicated blockchain with global durability guarantees. We present a compositionality proof and demonstrate the correctness of our protocol, including its ability to tolerate cluster crashes. Our protocol -ORION 1 -achieves a 20% higher throughput than GeoBFT, the latest hierarchical Byzantine Fault-Tolerant (BFT) protocol.

Blockchain based solid waste classification with AI powered tracking and IoT integration

Smart waste management is vital for reducing environmental impact and improving quality of life in smart cities. This study presents an AI-driven waste classification model that integrates IoT and Blockchain technologies. IoT-connected bins transmit data to a central server, which uses blockchain to ensure secure, transparent data storage. AI algorithms, including machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL), classify waste in real-time, optimizing waste collection and recycling. Blockchain ensures data integrity, while ML and DL models enhance sorting efficiency. The system aims to improve waste management and sustainability through intelligent decision-making and secure data handling. Performance will be assessed using retrieval metrics and visualization tools to evaluate the impact of hybrid ML and DL models on waste detection and classification.

This paper provides a brief history and status of securities legislation in Switzerland. The focus is on the «taken into account effects», which are classified by Swiss law and doctrine as sui generis objects, since by their legal nature they do not relate to things or to claims. The author also evaluates changes in legislation related to the regulation of the use of distributed ledger technology in the area of assignment and circulation of rights. Swiss private law provides issuers with a wide range of alternative forms of issuing securities, which over time creates problems with the formulation of concepts that reflect the essence of new objects. The author draws parallels with Russian dematerialized securities and concludes that Swiss approaches to the dematerialization of securities are not a panacea and cannot provide answers to pressing questions in the domestic doctrine, including what subjective right arises for paperless securities.

Exploring Financial Behaviour Among Millennials and Gen Z in India

The behaviour in finance of the Millennial and Gen-Z population in India is explored in this research paper with respect to digital adoption, lifestyle spending, and investment patterns. A descriptive research design is adopted, and the analysis is based on secondary data collected from 80 research articles published in reputed journals. The results reveal that both generations are greatly influenced by the digital revolution, with high usership of mobile wallets, investment applications, and online banking sites such as Paytm, Groww, and Zerodha. Impulsive buying behaviour and brand loyalty are shaped mainly by social media, peer networks, and advertisements. While the two generations could be dubbed computer-savvy, behavioural differences are apparent. The Millennials (1981-1996), with greater financial liabilities, favour the generally secure, low-risk avenues of investment such as SIPs, real estate, and retirement funds. Gen Z (1997-2012) prefers the high-risk/high-reward financial instruments of the stock market and cryptocurrencies. The study also mentions the effects of regional disparities, where urban youth have a greater voice in fintech or financial literacy, while rural youth are more comfortable with traditional savings. The pandemic has redefined the financial priorities of both generations, enhanced digital financial practices while urged cautious financial strategies. Millennials were thus inclined to long-term savings and debt reduction, while Gen Z appeared to be dipping its toes into decentralized finance and alternative income streams. The ever-evolving technology trends, imminent socio-economic changes, and financial behaviours that are synonymous with the priorities of a certain life stage are the highlights of the study. It calls for longitudinal research in the near future to measure generational change, while stressing the need for region-based financial education and tools designed for the youth's aspirations in a rapidly changing economy.

Masa Depan Keuangan Berbasis Dampak: Sebuah Pemetaan Bibliometrik atas Investasi ESG dan Kewirausahaan Sosial

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan literatur ilmiah mengenai keuangan berbasis dampak dengan fokus pada integrasi investasi berbasis ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) dan kewirausahaan sosial. Menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik berbasis data dari Scopus dan alat analisis VOSviewer, studi ini mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, kolaborasi penulis, serta struktur tematik yang membentuk ekosistem pengetahuan di bidang ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa topik ESG menjadi pusat dalam jaringan literatur, dengan keterkaitan erat terhadap keuangan berkelanjutan, kinerja keuangan, dan tanggung jawab sosial korporat. Selain itu, isu-isu baru seperti decentralized finance dan machine learning menunjukkan kemunculan tren digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan investasi berdampak. Jaringan kolaborasi penulis memperlihatkan dua klaster dominan yang mewakili kawasan Barat dan Asia, menandakan globalisasi riset dalam domain ini. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi strategis dalam merumuskan arah penelitian masa depan serta pengembangan kebijakan keuangan yang lebih berorientasi pada dampak sosial dan lingkungan.

Interplanetary File System for Custom Logging System Integrated with Smart Contract

The agricultural sector faces challenges in managing dynamic data during transactions, particularly price quotations between farmers and buyers. Traditional smart contract systems often lack the flexibility to handle real-time data changes. This research proposes a customized logging system that integrates smart contracts with the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) within a web application. By storing data references (hashes) on the blockchain and actual logs on IPFS, the system ensures reliable data recording, flexibility in updating transaction logs, and improved storage efficiency. This integration enhances the system's ability to manage fluctuating agricultural transactions. The proposed method aims to create a robust framework for managing price quotations, which can be extended to other industries with similar requirements.

"Smart contracts" are software documented on block chains under specific circumstances that control the allocation of assets between individuals. In a smart healthcare supply chain, product traceability is a major issue. Two enabling technologies in the smart healthcare supply chain that ensure product traceability and safeguard against data manipulation are block chain and smart contracts. A smart contract workflow must be developed and carried out in a block-chain-based supply chain in accordance with the input data. This paper has an objective function to meet the entire system as a parallel composition of smart contracts and users this paper analyze the behavior of smart contracts and a core language of programs with an essential set primitive. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately detect security vulnerabilities and logic flaws in smart contracts through formal verification and other analysis techniques before smart contracts are deployed.

The rapid expansion of digital platforms has fundamentally reshaped the way organizations exchange information, manage transactions, and coordinate distributed operations. However, the increasing dependence on centralized digital infrastructures has also raised concerns regarding data integrity, system transparency, and institutional trust. Traditional software architectures often rely on centralized authorities to validate transactions, manage data ownership, and enforce operational rules. While these systems have enabled large-scale digital services, they also introduce risks related to single points of failure, data manipulation, and institutional dependency. Blockchain technology has emerged as a transformative approach for addressing these challenges by enabling distributed trust infrastructures that operate without centralized intermediaries. By combining cryptographic security, distributed consensus mechanisms, and immutable ledgers, blockchain platforms provide a foundation for building software systems in which trust is established through verifiable computation rather than institutional authority. This capability has attracted significant interest from both academic researchers and industry practitioners seeking to design secure digital infrastructures for financial services, supply chains, identity management, and data governance. Despite the conceptual appeal of blockchain technology, integrating distributed ledger infrastructures into modern software platforms presents substantial engineering challenges. Enterprise software systems must operate at high levels of scalability, maintain strong security guarantees, and support integration with existing digital infrastructures. Designing blockchain-integrated service platforms therefore requires a careful balance between decentralized trust mechanisms and practical software engineering constraints. This paper examines the architectural foundations required for engineering blockchain-integrated service platforms capable of supporting secure distributed trust systems. The study analyzes how blockchain technologies can be integrated into modern software architectures, explores the role of smart contracts as programmable trust mechanisms, and investigates the security implications of distributed ledger infrastructures. Particular attention is given to architectural design patterns that enable blockchain systems to operate alongside conventional cloud-based service architectures. The paper further discusses scalability challenges associated with blockchain networks and explores strategies for integrating distributed ledger technologies with enterprise software platforms. Through a comprehensive architectural analysis, this research proposes design principles for building secure, scalable, and resilient blockchain-enabled service platforms. By examining the intersection of distributed systems engineering, cryptographic security, and software architecture design, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how blockchain technologies can support the development of trustworthy digital infrastructures for next-generation software systems.
