HIOF•IfC (It from Consciousness) SeriesA Holographic Information-Ontological Framework for Consciousness, Form, and Cosmic Transaction The HIOF•IfC series develops a unified holographic information-ontological framework in which consciousness is not an emergent epiphenomenon but a fundamental structuring principle of reality. Building on the t = ∞ Time Ocean Model (TOM) and the Holographic Information Ontological Framework (HIOF), the series proposes a distributed, non-centralized ontology of information inscription in which low-entropy structures emerge through the autonomous phase-matching of information networks. Core InnovationRather than introducing ad-hoc adjustments to the ΛCDM model to address the JWST tension regarding early mature galaxies at z ∼ 7–13, HIOF•IfC introduces Identitior autonomy and a new dynamical agent — consciousness gravity (Gc = Ψc ⋅ Rs ⋅ ϕr) — as an active driver of structure formation. Through distributed information networks and phase matching, the framework accounts for accelerated early structure growth as a natural consequence of informational coherence. A distinctive feature of the series is its structural symmetry between ontology and methodology. Humanity counted, surveyed, built, traded, and predicted eclipses for thousands of years with no zero-as-number: Babylonian and Egyptian mathematics had none, and Greek mathematics — the mathematics of Euclid and Archimedes, sufficient for a geometry that stood alone for two millennia — rejected the void as a number outright. Zero as an arithmetic object enters with Brahmagupta around 628 CE, travels through the Islamic mathematicians into Fibonacci's *Liber Abaci* in 1202, and is then resisted in Europe for centuries: Florence banned the new numerals in 1299, and as late as the sixteenth century Cardano was calling negative roots "fictitious." Zero and the negatives only settle into full European legitimacy across the 1600s–1800s. The irrationals are later still as numbers: the Pythagoreans met the incommensurability of √2 as a crisis and confined such magnitudes to geometry, where they stayed — ratios of lengths, not numbers — until Dedekind and Cantor constructed the real line in 1872. The continuum physics inherited is a nineteenth-century formalism, adopted for convenience of analysis, not a primordial necessity discovered in nature. No measurement has ever produced an irrational number; no detector has ever clicked zero times in a way that distinguishes absence from the absence of a detector. This theory takes that history at face value: the domain is what humanity always actually computed with — exact ratios of a whole — and the results below are the demonstration that this domain is not merely philosophically tidier but sufficient for the constants of nature, which the continuum, with its ~26 fitted dials, never derived at all. The foundation. The theory has zero free parameters and, in the precise sense proven in its own engine, zero axioms: its single premise is itself a machine-checked theorem. Abstract This article formulates an updated conditional existence theorem within the HoloGenesis framework. The realized microwave structure of the lattice should no longer be described through a single undifferentiated “cloud frequency” near 160\,\mathrm{GHz}. The corrected architecture distinguishes the primitive subitron floor near 56.8\,\mathrm{GHz}, the base diagonal stride near 98.4\,\mathrm{GHz}, the CMB frequency-space spectral peak near 160.3\,\mathrm{GHz}, and the diagonal signal trace near 277.5\,\mathrm{GHz}. The CMB peak remains observationally central, but it is not the primitive floor of the lattice (54, 63, 77). Within the corrected framework, the cosmos is understood as a finite Dwelling: not an empty infinite container, but a voided spacetime lattice tessellated by subitron standing phase conditions and sustained through Kymium activity. The lattice is finite (infinite in expansion but finite within its span), structured, and coherent; it is also active, lossy, and subject to entropy-producing processes. A proof by contradiction shows that any perfect binary distinction necessarily obeys this model. The proof uses only the notions of exhaustivity, exclusivity, and symmetry, making the law scale‑invariant and independent of any particular scientific domain. We then tour the natural and human sciences, tracing the dyadic law from the spin of an electron and the positive‑negative charge pair, through left‑ and right‑handed molecules, the complementary strands of DNA, male and female gametes, the opponent colours of vision, mirror neurons, the day–night cycle, the Earth’s magnetic reversals, binary stars, the warm and cool hemispheres of the cosmic microwave background, to Boolean logic, error‑correcting codes, mathematical dualities, zero‑sum games, and the I–Thou relation. Each example is explained in plain terms to make the article self‑contained. The dyad emerges as a universal structural law—a law of form that prescribes the necessary architecture of otherness across all scales of reality and all branches of knowledge.
