NFT MEMBANGUN DESA DIGITAL UNTUK KELOMPOK SENI LUKIS “YOUNG ARTIST” DI DESA WISATA SAYAN, KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Pengabdian ini didasarkan untuk membantu kelompok seni lukis di Desa Wisata Sayan Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar dalam mengatasi penurunan nilai komersial seni lukis, dan menciptakan model pemasaran yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap para seniman. Sehingga mampu meningkatkan nilai jual karya seni para seniman di Desa Wisata Sayan. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan mengkomersilkan karya seni melalui NFT (Non-Fungible Token) dan mempromosikan dengan melibat influencer mahasiswa IPBI. NFT memerlukan platform berbasis blockchain agar dapat berjalan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey, metode partisipatory rural apprasial (PRA), pemberian Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas meningkatkan nilai komersial seni lukis para seniman di Desa Wisata Sayan Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar.

BALIOLA: Transformasi ekonomi pelaku seni Bali berbasis digital economy

Salah satu pelaku ekonomi yang terdampak akibat fenomena global pandemic Covid-19 adalah pelaku seni. Hal ini berdampak secara fisik maupun psikis bagi kehidupan mereka. Banyak pelaku seni bekerja dan berkreasi di rumah karena adanya larangan kegiatan berskala besar. Bali sebagai daerah terdampak dengan segudang pelaku seni, kini berusaha memulihkan perekonomian di berbagai sisi. Kehadiran perdagangan digital saat ini menjadi pilihan utama meneruskan usaha dan bisnis di tengah pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena hadirnya perdagangan digital yang disebut Non Fungible Tokens pada Crypto Art. Baliola menjadi satu-satunya marketplace di Bali yang menyediakan jasa perdagangan digital bagi para pelaku kreator seni. Banyak pelaku seni Bali mulai berbondong memonetisasi kreasi melalui perdagangan digital ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi transformasi ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku seni Bali melalui marketplace virtual Baliola. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, in depth interview dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaku seni yang telah berinovasi dan bertransformasi adalah pelaku seni ukir, seni tari, seni lukis, digital ilustrasi, seniman layanan, seni perfilman, seni pegiat heritage, dan komunitas seni. Wujud transformasi dipetakan berdasarkan pemasaran, jaringan sosial, ide kreatif dan legalitas. Dalam hal ini juga telah menghasilkan preferensi pelaku seni terhadap Baliola Marketplace yaitu dari individu berupa sistem yang mudah dijangkau atau lokasi Baliola berada di wilayah Bali, berfokus pada seni bali, serta penggunaan token berbasis kearifan lokal (uang kepeng) dan sosial berupa religiusitas yang berarti terverfikasi aman dan halal, diawasi dan didukung pemerintah Bali serta validasi rekanan atau teman yang telah menggunakan sebelumnya

ANALISIS KEUANGAN DAERAH PADA PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN TABALONG

This study aims to examine and analyze the regional financial performance of the Tabalong District government based on regional financial analysis for the period og 2010 to 2017 the analysis techniques used include the Regional Financial Independence Ratio,Fiscal Decentralization Ratio,PAD Effectiveness Ratio,PAD Growth Ratio,and Activity Ratio. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Regional Finance Agency Of South Kalimantan Province and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of finance. The results of the analysis obtained in this studi are : 1) Regional independence ratio in general from 2010 to 2017 falls into the very low category. 2) The Fiscal Decentralization Ratio in general from 2010 to 2017 falls into the very poor category 3) The PAD Effectiveness Ratio in general from 2010 to 2017 falls into the effective category 4) PAD Grow Ratio in general in 2010 to 2017 show that direct expenditure is greater than indirect expenditure in each of the fiscal years.Keywords : Regional Finance, regional autonomy

The Indonesian government imposed a policy of regional autonomy with the aim to facilitate local governments regulate local affairs indenpently. Manado city is one of the areas that implement decentralization policy and requires a lot of funds to finance regional development. The biggest potential possessed Manado city in the financingof regional expenditures derived from local taxes and are expected to ptovide the largest contribution in PAD. This study aims to determain the amount of contribions hotel tax and groundwater tax and to analyze hotel tax and groundwater tax the city of Manado. Methods of data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis the average contrition colletion hotel and groundwater tax city parking tax is lack and for hotel tax and groundwater tax reporting mechanism are alredy well underway.Keywords : contribution, reporting, hotel tax, groundwater tax

With the ongoing reformation and now with the enactment of Law Number 23 Year 2014 on Regional Government, the regional development is directed to several development policies that describe the change of development and regional development as well as the management of financing through the reorganization of government institutions and local officials in carrying out their duties and functions in order to realize the implementation of democratic and decentralized development Innovation becomes a necessity that needs to be done so that the existence of government becomes meaningful. The hallmark of successful innovation is the creation and utilization of new processes, new products, new services and new delivery methods, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and quality being meaningful to the public. Innovation of tourism becomes a necessity that must be done by local government in the development of investment and increase of regional income. In the development of tourism district Purworejo has been able to prepare a master plan for tourism development. THE CITY UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT CASE STUDY OF LAND USE DYNAMICS AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY

<p>In the future, the urban area will be the area that gets more complex, covered by a variety of social, economic and environment arising from population growth in the region and in line with the dynamics of globalization, democratization and decentralization. The purposes of this study is to describe and analyze the dynamics of land use and growth in the area for 1 (one) a decade in Bandar Lampung.</p><p> This research is a descriptive study using documentation for secondary data obtained from the BPS at two (2) different time points (t0 and t1). The analysis model used to assess the focus of research using quantitative analysis <em>Location Quotient</em> (LQ) and <em>Shift-Share Analysis</em> (SSA).</p><p> The results showed that: (1) During a decade in Bandar Lampung has occurred the utilization land for industrial use; settlements and services were increasingly widespread. While the use of land that is not cultivated; swamps and forests tend to be diminishing at a rate; patterns and impact varied in each parts of the city; (2) For almost a decade of economic growth in Bandar Lampung supported by sectors of the economy outside agriculture and mining and quarrying. While in the long term competitiveness of economic growth in the city was supported by the agricultural sector; Non-oil processing industry; and finance, leasing and services company. And the third (3) factors of economic growth, population growth and government policy in the form of spatial planning as well as the entry into force of the market mechanism was a trigger factor that reflected changes in land use in urban areas.</p><p> The suggestions and recommendations as well as follow up on the policy implications that can be done in Bandar Lampung, including : changing the necessary incentives and dis-incentives policy in controlling land utilization, giving the opportunity cost that owned land resources, both economic and non -economic. Additionally, in efforts to achieve sustainable urban development, expansion of public access required in determining the allocation of land use and the provision of public space is increasingly widespread and qualified as a form of services provided by the municipality to citizens.</p>
