B2C cross-border e-commerce witnessed an exponential growth across the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region especially during the pandemic time. Though, cross-border e-commerce is high in this region, the customer hesitates to fill a cart from overseas company due to the fear of counterfeit/ fake products as well as hassle of returning the product. To the retailer the challenges is multiplied manifold. The trickiest barrier is complying with customs documentation for reversal, and collaboration with the intermediaries for reclamation. The return of goods faces challenges due to lack of collaborative and integrated technology linkage between the multiple partners participating in the operation. Additionally, the customer does not have a visibility and verification of the source from where the product is received. Blockchain technology is a game-changing technology to solve product traceability, identify fraudulent transactions, and provide digitized transaction details to improve customer experience. The paper aims to analyze the challenges in operational processing the return of goods for the B2C e-commerce transaction. Based on the literature review, pain points in cross-border e-returns were identified. To explore the operational bottlenecks, conducted focus group interview with a small cohort of 45 logistics managers from companies in UAE. A conceptual framework is proposed based on Blockchain technology that would enhance interoperability and digital document transactions, enabling product traceability and transparency. This research contributes to the theoretical and practical literature on cross-border e-commerce, reverse supply chain management, document reversal, re-export issues, and how Blockchain technology's deployment will help the companies overcome the challenges and sustain in a fiercely competitive environment. The survey was conducted with a small sample size, future research can be conducted with a larger sample size and other countries to widen the knowledge of cross-border issues. The conceptual model needs further industrial validation from the practitioners before using it at a large scale to facilitate information collaboration and integration between the key entities in the B2C cross-border reverse supply chain operation.

Abstract Ad hoc network is a special network with centerless and dynamic topology. Due to the free mobility of the nodes, routing security has been a bottleneck problem that plagues its development. Therefore, a multi-path QoS (quality of service) routing security algorithm based on blockchain by improving the traditional AODV (ad hoc on-demand distance vector) protocol (AODV-MQS) is proposed. Firstly, a chain of nodes is established in the network and the states of all nodes by making the intermediate nodes on the chain are saved. Secondly, the smart contract in the blockchain is set to filter out the nodes that meet the QoS constraints. Finally, two largest unrelated communication paths are found in the blockchain network through smart contract, one of which is the main path and the other is the standby path. Simulation experiments show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is better than other algorithms, especially in an unsafe environment.
Abstract In order to improve the intelligence of the medical system, this paper designs and implements a secure medical big data ecosystem on top of the Hadoop big data platform. It is designed against the background of the increasingly serious trend of the current security medical big data ecosystem. In order to improve the efficiency of traditional medical rehabilitation activities and enable patients to maximize their understanding of their treatment status, this paper designs a personalized health information system that allows patient users to understand their treatment and rehabilitation status anytime and anywhere, and all medical health data distributed in different independent medical institutions to ensure that these data are stored independently. As a distributed accounting technology for multi-party maintenance and backup information security, blockchain is a good breakthrough point for innovation in medical data sharing. In this paper, the system realizes the personal health data centre on the Hadoop big data platform, and the original distributed data are stored and analyzed centrally through the data synchronization module and the independent data acquisition system. Utilizing the advantages of the Hadoop big data platform, the personalized health information system for stroke has designed to provide personalized health management services for patients and facilitate the management of patients by medical staff.
With the maturity of modern science and technology, such as networks and computers, Internet of Things has been widely used in various fields of industry, opening up a new situation for the development of the industry and creating a broader development platform. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and changes of the commodity structure, regional structure, market structure, and main structure of export management of agricultural products. The proposed algorithm uses computer technology, network technology, and remote communication technology, electronic, digital, and network—the entire business process of business. The empirical analysis shows that the structure of agricultural product export trade reflects the endowment and comparative advantage of agricultural resources in China. The proposed blockchain technology supports and guides agricultural export enterprises to develop their own brands, strengthen the quality and safety management of agricultural products, and innovate and expand the policy support system for optimizing the structure of agricultural product export trade. By optimizing the export mode of agricultural trade, we can achieve the purpose of increasing the export volume of agricultural products and the total value of trade exports. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which can greatly improve the volume of trade exports and the total value of trade exports.

Blockchain technology has received more and more attention from all walks of life and has also been sought after by the market and financial institutions. More and more financial institutions and Internet companies have begun to participate in the research of blockchain technology. The application scenarios are also constantly expanding, and the landing in the financial field is the focus of all social concerns. This article takes Agricultural Bank as an example, analyzes its current advantages and disadvantages in using blockchain technology, and proposes policy recommendations based on this to provide a reference for joint-stock commercial banks to better use blockchain technology to improve business performance. Based on the theoretical analysis, this article studies the use of blockchain technology by joint-stock commercial banks, and selects Agricultural Bank, which has a well-developed financial technology in joint-stock commercial banks, as a case study. From the operating background of the agricultural bank and the cross-border payment and settlement business, the background begins with the agricultural bank's own business practices in blockchain technology and the traditional cross-border business and the innovative development of agricultural bank's blockchain technology, and then the application of event analysis to the application effects of agricultural bank's blockchain technology analysis. This paper analyzes the SWOT-PEST of the agricultural bank's use of blockchain technology, combined with the theoretical analysis of blockchain technology in this article, comprehensively analyzes the agricultural bank's use of blockchain technology in four aspects: policy, economy, society, and technology. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. Through analysis, we can have a comprehensive view on the application of blockchain technology by Agricultural Bank, and based on this, we can summarize the problems that Agricultural Bank may have in applying blockchain technology. Through the analysis of the blockchain, we can see that the growth rate of agricultural bank's net profit was higher in 2013 and 2014. Finally, the article puts forward suggestions for the development of agricultural bank under the blockchain technology.
Blockchain products are more and more widely used. How to reasonably evaluate blockchain products has become a hot issue. The main work of this paper is to establish a set of general evaluation indicators for blockchain products, and analyze the needs of future software systems. Firstly, the paper analyzes the common five-tier architecture adopted by the current blockchain system, namely data layer, network layer, consensus layer, smart contract layer and application layer, and expounds the hierarchical characteristics and technical contents of each layer in detail; Then on this basis, a set of general evaluation indicators is proposed for the current common blockchain products, in which the evaluation indicators can be divided into six items: distributed ledger evaluation indicators, public key password evaluation indicators, point-to-point network technology evaluation indicators, consensus mechanism evaluation indicators, intelligent contract mechanism evaluation indicators and upper layer application evaluation indicators. The establishment of indicators can comprehensively evaluate the availability, security and system performance of blockchain products. Finally, based on the evaluation index, the functional and non functional analysis of the blockchain product evaluation system is carried out, which lays a good foundation for the realization of software in the future. The design of evaluation indicators and the functional analysis of the evaluation system will promote the standardization of blockchain products.
Employment contracts recorded on blockchain have the strength to make it impossible to falsify or modify the agreements between employers and employees. The fact is that the work input through the application remains on the blockchain, and the manager shares it, which is expected to significantly improve the disadvantaged position of part-time workers. As a way to recognise and solve recent problems with employment contracts and wage problems, this paper proposes to store employment contracts in blocks using blockchain technology, enable accurate wage payments using smart contracts, and also store wage information in blocks. In addition, it can be proved by using the contents stored in the block when problems occur later.
Features like the distributed ledger, consensus mechanism, asymmetric encryption technology, smart contract and Token of blockchain can lower transaction cost, enhance trust between customers and merchants, as well as eliminate false payment and consumer information leakage, problems which are common in current payment of cross-border E-Commerce platform. Based on the analysis of existing scholars, this paper studied two payment models: digital cash payment based on blockchain technology and the application of blockchain in third-party payment platform. Then the paper discussed the mechanism of blockchain in cross-border e-commerce payment platform, and creatively proposed a blockchain cross-border e-commerce payment platform, serving as reference and guidance for further development of blockchain technology in cross-border payment. 1

The complexity of a supply chain makes product safety or quality issues extremely difficult to track, especially for the basic agricultural food supply chains of people's daily diets. The existing agricultural food supply chains present several major problems, such as numerous participants, inconvenient communication caused by long supply chain cycles, data distrust between participants and the centralized system. The emergence of blockchain technology effectively solves the pain-point problem existing in the traceability system of agricultural food supply chains. This paper proposes a framework based on the consortium and smart contracts to track and trace the workflow of agricultural food supply chains, implement traceability and shareability of supply chains, and break down the information islands between enterprises as much as possible to eliminate the need for the central institutions and agencies and improve the integrity of the transaction records, reliability and security. At the same time, farmers record details of the environment and crop growth data in the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) and store file IPFS hashes in smart contracts, which not only increases data security but also alleviates the blockchain storage explosion problem. This framework has been applied in Shanwei Lvfengyuan Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Although there are still many defects, the framework has successfully realized functions such as disintermediation and tracing of agricultural product information through QR codes. Thus, the framework proposed in this paper is of great significance and reference value for enterprises to ensure product quality and safety traceability.
With the development of Internet technology, especially the application of mobile Internet technology in people’s daily lives, people’s lifestyles and production methods have changed, and they have brought huge economic benefits to society. In order to improve the development quality of agricultural e-commerce and expand the integration model of e-commerce, the paper analyzes the development and changes of Internet technology in the agricultural industry chain from the source to operation, production, service, security, and sales and studies the production experience model iterative upgrade. At the same time, a blockchain-based agricultural product traceability system is proposed. The system has a good supervision effect. Once recorded on the blockchain ledger, all data cannot be changed, which plays a very good traceability role for agricultural e-commerce. Actual cases show that the integrated model of agricultural e-commerce based on blockchain technology can bring huge development potential to the e-commerce industry and can improve the security and traceability of agricultural e-commerce.

To extend a broad application of blockchain technology to the fields of online English education, this paper aims to improve a virtual platform for English teaching and learning of landscape design majors, mainly composed of presentation layer, business layer, and data layer by analyzing the performance of the proposed algorithm, and comparing with other existing algorithms. In the platform, through the service layer, the communication between the presentation layer and the data layer is completed, and the data in the data layer is transferred to the presentation layer. The user first establishes a connection with the server in the presentation layer. Using the transmitted data information, the server assigns an identifier to the user and establishes a role model. Users can download the teaching courseware through the server and simulate the real learning scene by controlling the interaction of XAML files. The results show that the virtual teaching platform makes the interconnection of users (students and teachers), machines, and things at any time and any place; realizes information self-verification, transmission, deep unsupervised learning, and management; and gives students a more realistic visual experience in high security.
Blockchain and deep learning have been important techniques for intelligent applications. This study surveys relevant hot research topics from January 2018 to August 2020. Furthermore, five topics of blockchain and deep learning which include (1) infrastructure, (2) finance and trade, (3) transportation and logistics, (4) smart contract, and (5) information security are discussed in this study.
In order to improve the utilization rate of agricultural big data and solve the security issues problem of multisource and heterogeneous agricultural big data, an improved agricultural big data ant colony optimization algorithm (BigDataACO) is proposed to complete the multisource agricultural big data information in the feature layer and decision-making, and the problem of multisource data fusion was solved. The swarm intelligence algorithm is a process of simulating the complex problem of populations in nature through the mutual cooperation between individuals. The algorithm has potential parallelism and strong robustness, and the algorithm does not depend on specific problems. The definition, principle, and implementation method of agricultural big data fusion problem are studied. Then, the insufficiency of big data fusion modeling algorithm is analyzed. Finally, the source and core steps of the ant colony big data fusion algorithm are studied. The experimental results show that the improved BigDataACO algorithm is verified by the measured data. Compared with K-means, D-S evidence theory, and Bayesian algorithm, the uncertainty of data fusion is greatly reduced by the improved algorithm proposed in this paper.
Purpose This paper aims to systematically expound the theory and development background of supply chain finance and blockchain, design a railway freight supply chain financial platform based on blockchain, determine the risk management system and business support system of supply chain finance business and analyze the value generated by the combination of supply chain finance business and blockchain. Design/methodology/approach Investigation and research method; Prototype method; Model method; Value analysis. Findings The business model integrating supply chain finance and blockchain technology will bring great changes to freight industry. The development of supply chain finance is beneficial to the healthy development of the core participants of railway freight transport business and its upstream and downstream ecosystems. It links commerce, logistics, warehousing and financial services together and builds an industry-integrated ecological service platform through information technology platform and supporting system, taking data as the basis and combining information technology such as blockchain as innovative means. Originality/value This paper will provide important reference value for related research. This paper innovatively designs the supply chain financial platform of freight transportation industry-integrating blockchain technology and analyzes its business model, technical system, risk management and control system and value system in detail, which will provide technical support for the innovative reform of freight information technology and realize the stable and high-speed development of freight logistics informationization.
With the development of integrated energy services, the number, scale and information data of multienergy transactions increase sharply, the time and material costs of energy transactions become higher, and users have higher requirements for the fairness, transparency and privacy of transactions. As a decentralized distributed accounting system, blockchain is characterized by traceability, security, credibility and non-tampering of transactions, which can meet the needs of integrated energy and multi-energy transactions. Based on the research on the application of blockchain technology in the field of integrated energy services, this paper proposes a integrated energy trading process based on smart contract, launches a new trading mode of “Energy Package”, and explores the application of blockchain technology in integrated energy services.
The current e-commerce operation model has network defects such as network chaos and uneven network distribution, which affect economic development and progress. In response to the above problems, this article introduces the artificial intelligence system, optimizes and analyzes the structure of e-commerce websites, and combines the Internet economy with online website theory through independent screening and analysis of the artificial intelligence system. The concept of blockchain technology is introduced, and the characteristics of blockchain are analyzed through theory and data using quantitative analysis methods, and the problem of cross-border electronic payment is solved based on blockchain. Based on the analysis of artificial intelligence, an optimized online website innovation plan was obtained. Finally, the online website resource allocation variables are simulated, and the simulation method is used to test the scheme. The simulation test simulates the process of resource allocation, optimizes the use of innovative models, and hires professional financial personnel to observe records. The test verifies the effectiveness of the structure optimization of the e-commerce platform realized in this paper.
The development of global tourism has put forward new requirements for the construction of smart tourism. More and more travel-related data have reached the level of TB or even PB, which has brought great difficulties to tourism management. This article explores the use of big data technologies such as genetic algorithms to explore massive travel data and establish a comprehensive tourism information service platform for governments, enterprises, tourists, and scientific research institutions. The overall design of an industrial information service platform based on big tourist data is proposed. The overall function, data source, data standard, and application scope of the platform are all focused on. The traceability and nontampering of blockchain technology can also help passengers retain and verify their identity information. From the perspective of the design goals of the system, in general, the time required for repeated authentication will greatly reduce air ticket bookings, accommodation reservations, and bill verification, and improving efficiency is the only way to establish a “trust ecology.” Architecture design, distributed architecture, and intelligent service design, as well as the key implementation technology of service platform construction, route recommendation algorithm and tourism information big data mining, research and analysis on the construction of tourism information intelligent service.
Purpose - The purpose of the study is to propose a theoretical framework of cross-border e-commerce ecosystems based on blockchain technology. The ecosystem includes five systems, namely, crossborder supply chain intelligent system, cross-border logistics system, cross-border payment system, cross-border product quality traceability system and cross-border customs supervision system. Design/methodology - This study firstly derived the main improvement factors for the new ecosystem based on blockchain through prior research and expert interviews on cross-border e-commerce. Then explored the use of virtue of decentralization, anti-counterfeiting traceability, consensus mechanism, smart contract and other means of the core technology of blockchain to overcome the bottleneck of cross-border e-commerce development among Korea, China, and Japan. Finally, proposed valuable implications in both theoretical and practical perspectives. Findings - As a result, we combined with the problems existing in cross-border e-commerce among Korea, China and Japan, this paper proposes a solution based on blockchain. On this basis, it constructs a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem among these three countries, including five systems. In addition, we discuss the main problems existing in the current blockchain, such as low transaction concurrency, security loopholes, and inconsistent standards, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the technical level, security level and industry standards. Originality/value - This study is the first to apply the blockchain technology to solve the cross-border e-commerce problems in Korea, China and Japan, which is of pioneering significance in both literature and practice. Block chain technology is in the ascendency. This study provides technical solutions for promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce import and export trade between Korea, China and Japan.
In recent years, blockchain has substantially enhanced the credibility of e-commerce platforms for users. The prediction accuracy of the repeat purchase behaviour of e-commerce users directly affects the impact of precision marketing by merchants. The existing ensemble learning models have low prediction accuracy when the purchase behaviour sample is unbalanced and the information dimension of feature engineering is single. To overcome this problem, an ensemble learning prediction model based on multisource information fusion is proposed. Tests on the Tmall dataset showed that the accuracy and AUC values of the model reached 91.28% and 70.53%, respectively.
With its decentralization, reliable database, security, and quasi anonymity, blockchain provides a new solution for data storage and sharing as well as privacy protection. This paper combines the advantages of blockchain and edge computing and constructs the key technology solutions of edge computing based on blockchain. On one hand, it achieves the security protection and integrity check of cloud data; and on the other hand, it also realizes more extensive secure multiparty computation. In order to assure the operating efficiency of blockchain and alleviate the computational burden of client, it also introduces the Paillier cryptosystem which supports additive homomorphism. The task execution side encrypts all data, while the edge node can process the ciphertext of the data received, acquire and return the ciphertext of the final result to the client. The simulation experiment proves that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
Supply chain finance, as a new fund management mode in the financial industry, has been developing at a faster pace in recent years. Through controlling or mastering the upstream and downstream information flow and logistics of small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting financial services such as capital flow or financing are provided. As an emerging technology, block chain can provide more convenient services for supply chain finance and strengthen the credit innovation mechanism of supply chain structure. Block chain technology, with its characteristics of decentralization, transaction record synchronization and irreversibility, provides better development ideas for businesses under the whole industrial chain such as logistics, bulk commodity trading, supply chain finance, etc. Block chain technology has many advantages in solving the acute problems of cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance. It can mitigate risks, reduce costs and optimize services. Therefore, this paper proposes specific solutions and implementation strategies based on block chain technology.
Modern shipbuilding is guided by the theory of overall planning and optimization, using the principle of group technology and intermediate products. According to regional division, the production consists of Shell (hull), outfitting (outfitting) and coating (coating), so as to realize the integration of design, production and management and continuous general assembly shipbuilding. However, the data security and the data synchronization of various manufacturers need to be solved, in order to solve the needs of collaborative development, rapid response and safe operation in the open network environment of flexible collaborative manufacturing of ships. Based on the scene of shipbuilding supply chain, this paper explores the application of blockchain in the shipbuilding process, and proposes a cloud chain hybrid distributed production based on the value transmission production mode brought by blockchain technology. The distributed intelligent production mode can strengthen the enterprise safety production in the process of collaborative development of ships, improve the integrity, anti tampering and traceability of supply chain data, improve the status quo of equipment access confusion, realize the long-term and continuous supervision of all aspects of the supply chain process, and improve the safety and reliability of the process.
