Based on the new 4C theory, this study delves into rednote’s “seed-planting” community marketing strategy. It is found that rednote has developed a unique marketing model by constructing symbolic scenarios, delivering emotional content, creating community circles, and establishing connections driven by social currency. However, there are existing problems such as scene distortion, value dilution, community segregation, and trust erosion. To achieve paradigm upgrading, it is necessary to build a realness symbol certification system, embed an information entropy balance evaluation model, establish an empowerment mechanism, and promote the transformation to a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) collaborative production paradigm. This study aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for rednote and relevant practitioners, helping to enhance marketing effectiveness and promote the healthy development of the industry.
Blockchain technology has garnered widespread attention across various sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government services due to its decentralized, tamper-resistant, and traceable nature. However, the conflict between privacy protection and regulatory compliance has emerged as a key barrier to its further development. Urbanization in China has transitioned from an era of urban construction focused on incremental land development to an era of urban renewal focused on stock land development. Implementing urban renewal and achieving high-quality development has become a significant challenge for urban development in the second half of China's urbanization process. In response to this challenge, experts and scholars from relevant academic fields were invited to explore and discuss the fundamental issues of how urban renewal should be implemented under the new historical conditions and value orientations. The key aspects and solution pathways of this issue were discussed, with a focus on the following areas: the institutional and strategic issues that impact urban renewal, the practical and technical questions of how urban renewal is carried out, and the potential negative effects arising from urban renewal. The paper has extensive discussions and reflections on these topics. Based on the main viewpoints of the invited experts, urban renewal under the background of high-quality development transformation needs to pay attention to the following key issues. First of all, the goals of urban renewal should be determined synthetically with the full consideration of the national development strategies pertaining to urban development, with the effort to promote the innovation of urban renewal system in the areas of spatial planning, land supply and management, development models, financing, and public participation. Second, it is suggested that new models of urban renewal driven by the combined efforts of government, market, and society needs to be established to ensure the publicness, efficiency, and fairness of urban renewal projects. In particular, the government should play a role of guiding and encouraging through decentralization and empowerment; the role of market should pay attention to the advantages of cooperation between private capital and state-owned enterprise capital; the society should play a role by activating the subjective role of property rights owners. Third, with the aim to promote a people-centered development, the damage of urban renewal to historical and cultural protection and adverse effects of gentrification it brings should be regulated and avoided. There is a need to enhance exploration of the urban renewal models beneficial to historical and cultural protection and social justice. This paper concludes by calling on scholars from multiple disciplines including geography, resources and environmental sciences, planning, and management to jointly promote research of urban renewal theories that fit to the Chinese path to modernization, with the aim to make Chinese contribution to theories on global urban renewal.

To address many issues with conventional credit assessment techniques, this article suggests an international credit evaluation system for trading firms built on blockchain technology and a grey correlation model. Blockchain technology improves the transparency and security of data processing with its distributed ledger and anti-tamper feature. Combined with ring signature technology, users can maintain anonymity during the evaluation process, protecting user privacy and preventing information leakage. The grey correlation model can still provide effective evaluation results in the case of incomplete data or insufficient information by analyzing the correlation between indicators. This paper constructs an evaluation index system containing three main dimensions, namely corporate characteristics, corporate credit, and corporate finance, and verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation system by analyzing the data of five representative international enterprises during the period from 2013 to 2023. The results show that the system can accurately reveal the comprehensive strength and credit risk, provide valuable references for the international trading industry and regulators, and improve credit management and risk control ability in international trade. The research is not only of great significance in theory but also shows a broad prospect in practical application, providing a scientific and reliable evaluation tool for credit management of international trade enterprises.
Smart contracts manage numerous digital assets, their security requirements are particularly prominent. Testing is an effective way to ensure the reliability of smart contracts. Current test case generation methods do not consider the impact of state variables and cross-contract calls on constraint conditions, leading to low test coverage for cross-contracts. In this regard, we propose a Cross-contract Data flow Analysis based Test case Generation (CDA-TG) method for Ethereum smart contracts. First, for each function in the target contract, CDA-TG generates its invocation sequence based on the principle of prioritizing functions that define or modify state variables. Then, for each parameter, CDA-TG performs cross-contract data flow analysis on the target contract, extracting the hard-coded values to build its parameter input pool. On this basis, CDA-TG applies the function invocation sequences to generate an initial set of test cases, where the value of each parameter is selected randomly from its parameter input pool. Finally, to further improve the branch coverage, CDA-TG applies the multiobjective sorting algorithm DynaMOSA to optimize the initial test cases. Our empirical study on 66 real smart contracts verified that CDA-TG can significantly improve the branch coverage of smart contracts, with a 8.86% improvement compared to the state-of-the-art test case generation method AGSolT in cross-contract scenario.

Real estate sectors are presently dominant and constitute a significant portion of the nation’s gross domestic product. Nevertheless, real estate deals can be forged through forged documents or operations. Numerous changes have been suggested, yet distributed ledger innovation has the potential to solve the majority of these problems. As Blockchain was initially developed to keep a financial record, its application can be expanded to include any decentralized computing structure, such as electronic record-keeping and administration structures. According to recent research, the application of Blockchain in the real estate field is still comparatively novel and unknown. As a result, in this paper, a blockchain-oriented framework for developing real-estate record-keeping is suggested. The suggested model was implemented in the Ethereum blockchain system, and the results demonstrated that it supported the development of secure, and efficient record-keeping.
The central-regional relationship is a crucial factor in determining the performance of local financial regulation in China at the institutional level. Centralized decentralization, local competition and financial system reforms have constituted behavioral constraints on central financial regulators and have forged the increasing shape of local finance and its regulation. However, the central and local parties have different perceptions and demands for the financial industry and its regulation, and the “imbalance in central-regional relations” at the levels of allocation of regulatory legislative power, distribution of regulatory power and responsibility, handling of problematic financial organizations. In addition, provision of public products for financial regulation has become the root cause of many accumulated shortcomings in the practice of local financial regulation. The concept of “collaborative central-regional governance” should be taken as the concept of the rule of law construction for local financial supervision, and a professional committee should be set up under the Financial Stability and Development Committee of the State Council as the entity organization of the collaborative governance between the central government and the local government, so as to improve the definition and distribution of supervisory functions and specific supervisory powers and responsibilities between the central government and the local government. In particular, through implementing the regulatory model of “functionalism, typology and risk control” in the asset management business of local financial organizations, improving the rectification of local problematic financial organizations by taking the balance between regulation, industrial interests and consumers’ rights and interests as the core, and strengthening the infrastructure construction and public product supply of local financial regulation in the field of information and credit regulation, the concept can promote the modernization of financial governance system and governance capacity.
(1) There is a limit to the decision of maritime jurisdiction by the Constitutional Court. There is a problem of legislative formation in which the Constitutional Court determines the criteria for defining maritime jurisdiction, and it is difficult to prevent disputes in advance. And it has a fundamental limitation that the scope of the Constitutional Court's decision is limited to specific cases. Moreover, if the dispute is prolonged, the damage caused by it eventually falls to the residents. There are also limitations in the judgment of the judiciary on landfills. Its limitations are as pointed out in the text. Moreover, with our judicial system, which is resolved by case by case, it is not possible to comprehensively resolve the jurisdiction dispute in the Saemangeum area, which is likely to continue in the future. If so, judicial solutions that promote conflict and division should no longer be avoided. The profits of the Saemangeum project are not limited to one or several local governments due to the nature of the project. The profits from the Saemangeum project should be actively considered to return to the interests of the ours beyond the interests of the region and residents. (2) In order to solve the problem in the Saemangeum area, the measures proposed by the author through administrative integration or establishment of special local government can be much more economical and resident-friendly than individual jurisdiction over the newly established landfill. As a result, it can be a bright idea to connect with the national interest. The problem is the stakeholders of the present and the future. Above all, local politicians based on local politics will be the biggest obstacle. This is well illustrated by the past case of administrative integration. In the end, public opinion and residents' decision are important. If the relevant laws and regulations are well utilized, a referendum will be possible. Therefore, it is also proposed to introduce binding regulations in the Referendum Act or the Balanced Development of Autonomous Decentralization Act that prevent heads of organizations from making decisions against them on matters that have been referendum. (3) Currently, we have a serious problem of the times, the imbalance between the center and the region. The word ‘local extinction’ is no longer an unfamiliar word but a common noun in the present form. At this time, whether it is administrative integration or the establishment of a special local government, if a decision is made at the national level for the Saemangeum region, it will be an event that will mark a great milestone in Korea's administrative and local government history. I mention a few things to be particularly careful about in the debate. At the same time as the integration discussion, a discussion on the drastic transfer of state affairs should also be conducted. The success of administrative integration or special local governments depends on what duties they will perform. Therefore, in order for the Saemangeum region to enjoy both national and regional interests through administrative integration, the autonomy of major projects related to the Saemangeum region is transferred or delegated to the local government. Otherwise, the Saemangeum region is feared to become a large local government that only performs agency commissions under the direct control of another state. To ensure institutional security in this regard, it may be possible to consider enacting special laws such as the tentatively named ‘Act on Administrative Affairs performed in Saemangeum Area’ to transfer affairs to local governments or special local governments established in Saemangeum area. Of course, it is necessary to accelerate the development of office work that special local governments can carry out.

Smart contracts are widely utilized in cross-chain interactions, where their results are transmitted from one blockchain (the producer blockchain) to another (the consumer blockchain). Unfortunately, the consumer blockchain often accepts these results without executing the smart contracts for validation, posing potential security risks. To address this, we propose a method for validating cross-chain smart contract results. Our approach emphasizes consumer blockchain execution of cross-chain smart contracts of producer blockchain, allowing comparison of results with the transmitted ones to detect potential discrepancies and ensure data integrity during cross-chain data dissemination. Additionally, we introduce the confirmation with proof method, which involves incorporating the chain of blocks and relevant cross-chain smart contract data from the producer blockchain into the consumer blockchain as evidence (or proof), establishing a unified and secure perspective of cross-chain smart contract results. Our verification results highlight the feasibility of cross-chain validation at the smart contract level.
As the main power supply mode of new energy, photovoltaic system has the characteristics of wide distribution and scattered energy collection Traditional management methods cannot realize the effective processing of distributed energy storage. Therefore, finding an effective intelligent method is the focus of current research, and the design of blockchain smart contracts can theoretically realize the centralized processing of photovoltaic energy storage systems. In this paper, the blockchain smart contract system is taken as the research object, and the energy storage management of the photovoltaic system is quantified through mapping, so as to realize the massive quantitative processing of data. Then, the reduction function is used to differentially reduce the distributed functional energy storage system, complete the centralized management of energy storage, and simplify the unnecessary data. Finally, combined with the hybrid energy storage situation, the key indicators in the data are mined, and the completion rate of the contract and the stability analysis of energy storage management are calculated. The results show that blockchain can mine the characteristics of hybrid energy storage, reduce the impact of distributed features on energy storage, improve the energy storage efficiency by 20%, and make the energy storage stability reach more than 90%. At the same time, the completion rate of smart energy storage contracts can be enhanced, the fitting degree can reach 90%, and the grid connection with the thermal grid can be effectively connected, the utilization rate of distributed energy resources will reach 85%, and the cost saving rate will be increased by 10%. Therefore, blockchain can solve the problem of hybrid energy storage in integrated systems, improve the completion rate of smart contracts, and promote the development of new energy.

The growth in the number of satellites and the wide expansion of application areas, driven by continuous progress in Satellite Remote Sensing Data technology, have led to an increasingly obvious trend toward commercialization and marketization. However, as Satellite Remote Sensing Data is an important data asset, it requires higher standards of data security and privacy protection. The traditional centralized data storage and management approach has the risk of a single point of failure, which can easily lead to data tampering and loss, while the lack of a reliable trust mechanism between multi-organizational data parties limits data integration and transactions. Against this background, this paper develops an innovative on-chain-off-chain data distributed storage and transaction system based on blockchain technology, aiming to address the many challenges faced in the area of Satellite Remote Sensing Data. Firstly, by adopting the distributed ledger technology of blockchain, this system ensures the security and integrity of data assets. The decentralized nature of the blockchain allows data to no longer be stored centrally in a single entity, thus avoiding the single-pointof-failure problem of traditional storage methods. Each transaction is recorded on the blockchain, forming an untamperable chain structure, effectively preventing data tampering and loss, and enhancing the overall security of data assets. Secondly, the system in this paper introduces smart contracts in the data transaction behavior, which realizes the automation of data transaction records on the chain through the automated execution of smart contracts. When a data transaction occurs, the smart contract is triggered to execute, and the transaction data can be encrypted and uploaded to the chain, thus safeguarding the privacy information of both parties to the transaction. This mechanism not only improves the security of data but also strengthens the transparency and credibility of the data transaction process. Finally, to achieve secure and complete data transmission, the system in this paper establishes a point-topoint data transmission channel through the off-chain. The construction of this off-chain channel further strengthens the comprehensive performance of the whole system and provides a more reliable solution for data management in the area of Satellite Remote Sensing Data. The system in this paper has been run in practice, with the number of uplinked blocks about 100,000 and the number of transactions at $\mathbf{2 0 0, 0 0 0}$, and the system function test and performance test have been completed, fully verifying the security and traceability of data. Through the introduction of blockchain technology, the field of air satellite Remote Sensing Data not only ushers in a more secure and efficient solution in data management but also provides an idea for future researchers of systems in the area of Satellite Remote Sensing Data.
Existing environmental monitoring systems mostly adopt hierarchical centralized management methods, forming data islands. In terms of management and monitoring, human control factors are high, causing the ecological environment monitoring platform to fall into difficulties such as low data credibility, no traceability, and low security. Distributed ledger technology, as one of the core technologies of the blockchain, can disperse the confirmed data among multiple nodes for simultaneous consensus and give it a timestamp. It ensures the traceability and decentralization of data and avoids the occurrence of data islands and unreliable data during the environmental monitoring process. Combined with the characteristics of distributed ledger technology such as traceability, decentralization, non-tamperability, and openness, we explore its role in the ecological environment monitoring platform from various aspects such as environmental quality monitoring, resource management, behavioral supervision and restraint, and energy usage monitoring. feasibility, and pointed out the risks and challenges faced by distributed ledger technology in the application of ecological environment monitoring platforms. Assist in the design and construction of ecological environment monitoring platforms in the digital era.
