The appearance of wearable devices has allowed people to monitor their own health status even though they are in a home environment. In addition, there has also been an awareness of the population that health is something fundamental, causing the interest of people to control their own health, to track and analyze this personal health data. The person-centered approach to medicine emerged with the aim of enabling control of these health data for the people to whom they really belong, that is, the patient himself. In this way, a patient could not only monitor this data, but effectively decide who can and cannot access it. Blockchain is a technology that emerged with the aim of making secure transactions over the internet without the need for a trusted third party; in the context of health data, the trusted third party would be a hospital or an entity that stores and controls the data collected from patients. This research aims to develop a blockchain-based architectural solution for granting permission to access patient health data collected by a remote patient monitoring system through relationships on a social network. In order to validate the solution, smart contracts were implemented to identify, track data and allow the granting of permission to access patient data. Smart contracts were developed and tested using the blockchain platform Hyperledger Fabric.
Com o aparecimento do Bitcoin surge pela primeira vez na história uma moeda totalmente digital, que é ao mesmo tempo, um sistema de pagamento descentralizado. Não existindo uma entidade central, o sistema funciona com base na verificação e consenso da comunidade, com o protocolo a ter os incentivos certos, de modo a manter-se em funcionamento sem paragens nem falhas desde a sua criação, há mais de 10 anos. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a origem do Bitcoin e Blockchain, bem como o seu contexto tecnológico, económico e legal. Identificar as características que fazem do bitcoin uma boa moeda e quais as suas limitações, analisando a sua natureza e funcionalidade. Também é analisado a evolução de medidas estáticas e risco dos retornos do bitcoin, assim como essas medidas se comparam e qual a correlação do bitcoin com outros ativos financeiros.

O presente artigo estabelece uma metodologia de consulta na plataforma de divulgação científica, SciELO sobre bitcoin e blockchain. O objetivo do trabalho é analisar a moeda virtual e a tecnologia blockchain. Foram encontrados quatro artigos na plataforma, o que favorecerá a análise de todos os trabalhos encontrados. Os objetivos dessa verificação são, no primeiro momento, verificar quais abordagens as ferramentas recebem em textos acadêmicos; e, em segundo, situar as ferramentas nas abordagens acadêmicas aqui no Brasil. Esses dois objetivos servirão para analisar de que maneira as ferramentas têm sido avaliadas pela comunidade acadêmico-cientifica e, assim, discutir possíveis justificativas para tais abordagens
Introduction:. OPMEs have been singled out as items that increasingly compromise health care costs and are sometimes among the most expensive materials. Through supply chain management is known the cost containment, and because its unique features and because its homogeneous, decentralized and interconnected platform characteristics offered, Blockchain emerges as a natural solution for supply chain management. Objective: Develop a label based on the Blockchain Ethereum protocol for OPME. Methods: An antecedent search was performed in the databases: (LILACS, Medline, SciELO, Teses USP, Google and Google Scholar). For the development of the system, the methodology was used Design Thinking, which is divided into four phases: Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. In the Discover phase, interviews were conducted and the Desk survey was produced; in the Define phase, the main functionalities of the system were determined; in the Developing phase, brainstorming sessions were held; and in the Deliver phase, the prototype and the final version of the service were produced. Results: From the Desk survey in the databases, articles for this research were found describing traceability services in supply chain management and articles reporting on Blockchain and Ethereum . No studies were found demonstrating its application. From the interviews and research Desk of the Discover phase, the functionalities and characteristics of the system were defined. The key is the need for an online service using Blockchain Ethereum technology to provide confidence to the relevant information in the OPME value chain. The prototype was developed and improved. The final system features all the functionality defined through Design Thinking Conclusion:. The label based on the Blockchain Ethereum protocol for OPME was designed.

O artigo tem como objetivo analisar os aspectos gerais da formação profissional dos trabalhadores da equipe de enfermagem. É um estudo transversal cuja população alvo é constituída por todos os enfermeiros, técnicos e auxiliares de enfermagem do Brasil, que possuem registro ativo no Conselho Federal de Enfermagem (COFEN). Os resultados enfatizam que a formação é realizada principalmente no setor privado e no Sudeste. Mostram ainda, que a maioria concluiu a graduação há menos de 10 anos e em horário parcial. Constata que 1/3 fez o curso de técnico e/ou auxiliar em enfermagem e em sua maioria exerceu a função. Já a formação dos técnicos e auxiliares é realizada pela iniciativa privada e em cursos noturnos, mais de 1/3 tem ou está realizando graduação e, desses 11,5% já concluíram e a maior parte demonstra interesse em continuar os estudos na própria área. As políticas públicas existentes não têm sido efetivas no sentido de desconcentrar o aparelho formador e o financiamento, bem como reverter o quadro de desequilíbrio entre oferta e demanda de profissionais. Os dados da pesquisa permitem subsidiar a construção de políticas públicas adequadas com a realidade desse imenso contingente de trabalhadores, fundamentais para o Sistema Único de Saúde.Descritores: Perfil da enfermagem, formação profissional, equipe de enfermagem.The article aims to analyze the general aspects of their training. It is a cross-sectional study whose target population consists of all nurses, technicians and nursing assistants from Brazil, which have active registration with the Federal Nursing Council (COFEN).The results emphasize that the training is carried out mainly in the private sector and in the Southeast.
