В статье рассматривается парадигмальный сдвиг от централизованной платформенной модели экономики («надзорный капитализм») к децентрализованной пост-платформенной архитектуре, базирующейся на протоколах Web3, децентрализованных автономных организациях (DAO) и одноранговых (P2P) сетях. На основе статистических данных DeepDAO, Dune Analytics и отчетов Messari за 2024–2026 гг. обосновывается исчерпание потенциала масштабирования супер-приложений. Анализируются механизмы токеномики, меритократического голосования и снижения транзакционных издержек как ключевые факторы формирования новой экономической реальности. Особое внимание уделяется вызовам институциональной адаптации и необходимости формирования «алгоритмического права».
This article is devoted to the contribution of cryptocurrencies and blockchain to the transformation of the world economy. It describes the basic principles of blockchain functioning, the evolution of major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as their practical application in the areas of decentralized finance, cross-border payments, and supply chain management. The study also analyzes the advantages of these technologies and their current limitations.

The article examines the role of cryptocurrencies in the shadow economy, their specific features that create conditions for illegal financial transactions. The methods of using digital assets in criminal activities, including money laundering and illegal transactions, are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the problems of regulating the cryptocurrency market in Russia, new legislative initiatives and control measures. Technologies for monitoring blockchain transactions aimed at detecting suspicious transactions and reducing the risks of using cryptocurrencies in criminal schemes are also affected.
Decentralized autonomous organizations based on team management and algorithmic mechanisms of decisionmaking play a serious role in the development of digital economy. Their introduction helps eliminate shortcomings typical of traditional hierarchical management and provides more democratic decision-making in digital communities. However, in spite of decentralization ideals today’s decentralized autonomous organizations demonstrate a stable trend towards recentralization of power. The article provides a systemic analysis of factors stipulating management centralization in decentralized autonomous organizations. By analyzing the current research and empiric data a comprehensive classification of such factors was put forward, as well as methods opposing them. Both technological and legal and social solutions are being discussed. The discussion substantiates the necessity to reach balance between decentralization and managerial efficiency. Finally, a conclusion was made running that sustainability of decentralized autonomous organizations does not depend on centralization elimination but on ability to develop adaptive mechanisms of power restriction.

The digital fashion industry is undergoing a major transformation with the integration of technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts, which offer solutions to key challenges such as product authenticity, intellectual property protection, and supply chain efficiency. This research focuses on the application of blockchain technology and smart contracts in digital fashion entrepreneurship, with the aim of increasing transaction efficiency, product security, and business sustainability. Method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a structural model based on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the influence between smart contract adoption, digital transaction efficiency, product security, and fashionpreneurship sustainability. Data were collected from digital fashion actors involved in the blockchain-based ecosystem. Research result shows that the adoption of smart contracts has a positive effect on transaction efficiency and product security. In addition, blockchain has been shown to increase supply chain transparency that supports the sustainability of digital fashion businesses. Although this technology faces technical challenges such as high transaction speed and costs, solutions such as layer-2 technology can improve blockchain performance. The conclusion blockchain and smart contract technology can be an effective solution in increasing efficiency, security, and sustainability in the digital fashion industry. Although there are technical challenges that need to be overcome, the application of this technology has great potential to create a more environmentally friendly and transparent digital fashion ecosystem.
The presented study examines the problems of regulating the cryptocurrency market in Russia and other countries, as well as measures to prevent attempts at tax evasion and illegal transactions with cryptocurrencies. Special attention is paid to the identification of possible tax evasion schemes in the implementation of these operations. Goal. To consider the main problems of regulating the cryptocurrency market, which sometimes make it impossible for regulators, including tax authorities, to control this market. And also to study the measures that have been taken by regulators from various countries around the world, including Russia, to combat tax evasion. Tasks. Consider the concept of "cryptocurrencies" in various jurisdictions, analyze the main difficulties for tax and other regulatory authorities to control transactions with cryptocurrencies; identify the main tax evasion schemes, as well as examine the measures taken by various countries in the fight against tax evasion. Methodology. The study used general scientific methods, in addition to which an analysis of the current legislative bases regulating the cryptocurrency market was conducted, as well as creating conditions for preventing attempts to evade taxes and commit illegal transactions with cryptocurrencies. This included a study of both national and international regulations, which made it possible to assess the legal framework and potential risks associated with the current regulations. This comprehensive approach to the analysis of legislation has helped to identify current issues and shortcomings in regulation, as well as to offer recommendations for improving the regulatory environment. Results. In the course of studying the approach to defining cryptocurrencies, as well as considering the main characteristics of cryptocurrencies, it was found that the concept of "cryptocurrency" requires a single definition to establish the legal status of this digital currency. There is a need to create conditions to prevent illegal transactions with cryptocurrencies, to operate effective investor protection mechanisms, to strengthen consumer protection, and to improve cooperation with international partners. Conclusions. The conducted research indicates the need to change the legislative framework for the cryptocurrency market, taking into account the existing positive experience of various countries. The study also revealed the need to strengthen international cooperation to exchange information on operations in the cryptocurrency market in order to prevent attempts at tax evasion.
Traditional financial services are characterized by high complexity, multi-level structures, and dependence on intermediaries, which create significant operational costs, lengthy settlement times, and system risks. The article analyzes modern financial systems such as SWIFT, clearinghouses, central securities depositories, and central counter-parties, highlighting the key drawbacks of a centralized approach: data fragmentation, the need for synchronization, failure risks, and high compliance costs. The article also addresses contemporary challenges, including slow settlement times (for example, T+2 for equities), reliance on correspondent banking networks, and costs associated with risk management. The aim of the article is to survey the impact of blockchain technologies on the financial sector, assessing the opportunities and challenges of implementing blockchain to optimize financial processes. The article compares traditional financial systems with innovative approaches based on distributed ledgers, such as blockchain, in terms of performance, transparency, security, regulatory compliance, and cost. The research methodology includes a review of the relevant literature, an overview of existing platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Quorum), and their applications in the financial sector. The article examines the technological aspects of blockchain, including distributed ledgers, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and asset tokenization. The advantages of blockchain technology are identified, particularly the automation of processes, reduction of reliance on intermediaries, increased transparency, and shortened settlement times. The prospects of decentralized finance (DeFi) and corporate blockchain solutions are analyzed, particularly the use of smart contracts and tokenization to enhance liquidity. The research results indicate that the implementation of blockchain can significantly reduce operational costs, enhance transaction transparency, and ensure the speed of financial settlements. In particular, blockchain shortens the T+2 settlement cycle to seconds, improving liquidity and efficiency in financial markets. The conclusion of the article offers recommendations for selecting blockchain platforms based on the needs of financial institutions. Key criteria such as confidentiality, scalability, transaction throughput, and compliance with regulatory requirements are discussed. The necessity of creating a unified regulatory framework to support the implementation of blockchain in finance is particularly emphasized. Future research prospects include the development of interoperability tools, enhancing the security of smart contracts, and long-term evaluation of the efficiency of blockchain solutions in production environments. Thus, blockchain is an important tool for the transformation of financial systems, ensuring a significant increase in their efficiency, resilience, and transparency.

This article examines the broader societal implications of blockchain technology and crypto-assets, emphasizing their role in the evolution of humanity as a "superorganism" with decentralized, self-regulating systems. Drawing on a process philosophy approach grounded in Stiegler's "general organology" and further informed by related concepts such as Nate Hagens' "superorganism" idea and Francis Heylighen's "global brain" theory, the paper contextualizes blockchain technology within the ongoing evolution of governance systems and global systems such as the financial system. Blockchain's decentralized nature, in conjunction with advancements like artificial intelligence and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), could transform traditional financial, economic, and governance structures by enabling the emergence of collective distributed decision-making and global coordination. In parallel, the article aligns blockchain's impact with developmental theories such as Spiral Dynamics. This framework is used to illustrate heuristically blockchain's potential to foster societal growth beyond hierarchical models, promoting a shift from centralized authority to collaborative and self-governed communities. The analysis, grounded in sense-making through a philosophical and biomimetical approach, and aims at providing a holistic narrative and view of blockchain as more than an economic tool, positioning it as a transductive technological seed for the evolution of society into a mature, interconnected global planetary organism.

This review paper explores the expansive utility of blockchain technology across various domains, with a special focus on its implications for green logistics innovations within the oil industry, drawing a comparative analysis between Nigeria and the USA. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this study aims to uncover the multifaceted impact of blockchain on streamlining operations, ensuring transparency, and fostering sustainability in the oil sector's supply chain management. The methodology hinges on synthesizing findings from peer-reviewed articles, industry reports, and case studies to construct a holistic view of blockchain's role in mitigating traditional challenges faced by the oil industry, such as fraud, inefficiencies, and environmental concerns. By comparing the progress and setbacks in Nigeria and the USA, the paper delineates the influence of regulatory frameworks, technological infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement on the adoption and effectiveness of blockchain solutions. Key findings reveal that blockchain technology can significantly elevate financial security and operational efficiency, offering a robust framework for transparent, immutable transactions and supply chain oversight. However, the comparative analysis highlights a notable divergence in adoption levels and outcomes, attributed to varying degrees of technological readiness, regulatory environments, and commitment to sustainability goals between the two countries. Evolution in digital platform for gig economy has transformed rapidly since the global pandemic. The evolution spikes, especially on digital platform jobs, are referred to as “freelancers”, “giggers”, or “work on demand” depending on their industry. Hence, this study examines the evolution of digital platform for gig economy, specifically for design industry from various field such as advertising, graphic design, brand design management, photography, fashion, architecture and the latest in the digital era Non- Fungible-Token (NFT). Systematic literature review was applied to identify the objective of evolution in digital platform for the business market in design industry which leads to digital business. Client relationships and management were also included as the impact factors of the evolution. The current research synthesis is obtained to develop a fundamental conceptual framework for the purpose of delivering the summary of the available primary resources. The current study produced preliminary results in reflection amongst the designers on the forced evolution on the new digital platform, challenges in transformation of business plan, marketing Metaverse, and artificial intelligence (AI), the gig economy attitude toward work as well as reduced professional efficacy if lack of management. This paper explores the transformative potential of blockchain technology in addressing inefficiencies, opaque processes, and fraud susceptibility in the traditional supply chain ecosystem. Blockchain technology, with its distributed ledger technology (DLT), provides secure, transparent, and tamper-proof record-keeping capabilities throughout the supply chain. Its applications include traceability and transparency, inventory and logistics optimization, smart contracts for automated payments, and counterfeit prevention and brand protection. Blockchain's decentralized and immutable ledger facilitates traceability, offering an unalterable record of the journey of goods. Real-time visibility into inventory levels and locations empowers better forecasting, demand planning, and logistics management, leading to cost reductions and improved efficiency in warehousing, delivery routes, and resource utilization. Smart contracts enable automated, secure, and transparent execution of predefined contractual conditions, resulting in efficiency gains, cost savings, and contractual compliance. Blockchain also creates a secure digital fingerprint for products, combating counterfeiting and ensuring product authenticity throughout the supply chain. The case study of Everledger in the diamond industry exemplifies how blockchain technology contributes to ethical sourcing and reduces the risk of conflict diamonds. However, blockchain faces challenges such as scalability, regulatory uncertainties, cost, and privacy concerns. Future directions involve integrating blockchain with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, developing industry-specific blockchain solutions, and exploring hybrid blockchain models. By addressing these challenges through collaborative research, development, and policy initiatives, stakeholders can unlock the full potential of blockchain in supply chain management, creating a resilient and robust supply chain ecosystem. Актуальность заявленной тематики научного исследования обуславливается широким распространением технологии блокчейн в различных сферах жизни современного общества и значительными перспективами, открывающимися при практическом внедрении элементов данной технологии в современных высших учебных заведениях. Целью данной научно- исследовательской работы выступает определение основных методических рекомендаций по практическому применению технологии блокчейн в высших учебных заведениях, способных качественно изменить структуру использования данной технологии в современных высших учебных заведениях и позитивно повлиять на общее качество обучения в системе современных высших учебных заведений, с учётом преимуществ данной технологии. Основу методологии данной научно-исследовательской работы составило сочетание методов системного анализа преимуществ практического применения технологии блокчейн в современной системе высших учебных заведений, с аналитическим исследованием различных аспектов внедрения данной технологии в деятельность современных высших учебных заведениях, для реализации различных задач организации учебного процесса и научно-исследовательской работы. Результаты данной научно-исследовательской работы наглядно свидетельствуют о наличии существенных преимуществ применения технологии блокчейн в системе современных высших учебных заведений, а также представляют собой практические рекомендации по внедрению подобной технологии в систему высших учебных заведения Республики Казахстан с целью создания оптимальных условий для хранения информации. The purpose of this research work is to determine the main guidelines for the practical application of blockchain technology in higher educational institutions that can qualitatively change the structure of using this technology in modern higher educational institutions and positively affect the overall quality of education in the system of modern higher educational institutions, taking into account the advantages this technology. Virtual Economies continue to be a global phenomenon, and cryptocurrency is prominent in this process, and it can be attained by playing blockchains. The rise of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is also increasing the demand for Ethereum. Thus, these features encourage many people to earn money while playing it that even young people (most likely undergraduate students) invest. There is no doubt that it is a good business for financial risk and problems, it also provides much more significant opportunities and applications. Somehow the notions of blockchain technology provides some negative outcomes, specifically in the behavioral aspects of them. In this paper, the researchers focused on socioeconomic status and behavioral aspects of the players and considered these two as the factors in their perspective about the blockchain games. The results on socioeconomic shows that most of them are playing because of financial problems and sees this as an opportunity to have an income. The results on Behavioral impacts through pareto analysis shows that most respondents suffer from the negative impact of playing blockchain games, 66% of the respondents has lack of sleep, 53.5% less focus in studies, 39.5% less interactive and more. Tukey method is also use to analysis whether which questions is significantly important in terms of obtaining and analysis the results from the survey conducted. In conclusion the socioeconomic stand is likely to affect their perspective in the blockchain games and shows that these games can lead to addiction because of the time spend in playing, the anxiety with the game and other negative outcomes.

However, this technology goes far beyond cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, as it can assist businesses in strategic planning and management. In 2018, the World Economic Forum and Gartner (an information technology, research and consulting company) announced blockchain as one of the most popular technologies. The hospitality industry should focus not on the technology itself, but on how it can be used to benefit consumers and suppliers, while creating new tourism products or systems. Abstract. The business market in Indonesia, especially those engaged in painting, utilizes e-commerce as a communication activity in the current PPKM era. Various painting products are marketed online and packaged as attractively as possible to attract consumer interest. The level of intense competition and the Covid pandemic requires painting traders to create easy communication activities online. Experiences, motives, communication methods, and the meaning of using NFT in Pak Iin's painting shop are research questions that will be investigated. This research uses qualitative research methods. Thus, researchers try to discuss accurately in the various phenomena that exist. Observation and in-depth interviews were used as data collection techniques. In-depth interviews were conducted with informants from Pak Iin's painting shop on Jalan Braga who have used the NFT application to sell their paintings. Data reduction, presentation and verification are used as data analysis techniques - research data. The phenomenon that occurs as a painter in Pak Iin's painting shop is the only phenomenon studied by the researcher. Analyzed by using the theory of phenomenology according to Alfred Schutz as a hope to find data, evidence and information on phenomena more fully. Based on the results of the research that has been formulated on the findings of experience research, motives, ways of communication, and the right meaning in the sale of paintings by painters on Jalan Braga from the use of the NFT application, namely: 1) Experience is based on a work ethic on values such as Pak Iin received direct assistance from Ridwan Kamil, Pak Iin in using the NFT application, Pak Iin's painting sales sold at a high price, and Pak Iin was patient in marketing his painting products online with direct assistance from Ridwan Kamil. 2) The motive is divided into two parts, namely the primary motive and the secondary motif. The motives of work relations and the search for connections carried out by Ridwan Kamil and Pak Iin are included in the types of primary motives and biogenetic motives for the use of scientific disciplines, maximizing self-potential, and interest in NFT applications including secondary motives with sociogenetic motives. 3) The way of communication is done face-to-face or indirectly between Pak Iin and Ridwan Kamil in interacting with each other by sending or receiving messages indirectly with the internet media. 4) The meaning obtained is the concept of being patient at work and self-benefit for the environment around Pak Iin's painting shop.
 Abstrak. Pasar bisnis di Indonesia khususnya yang bergerak di bidang lukisan, memanfaatkan e – commerce sebagai aktivitas komunikasi di masa PPKM saat ini. Berbagai produk lukisan dipasarkan secara online dan dikemas semenarik mungkin untuk menarik daya tarik minat konsumen. Tingkat persaingan yang ketat dan adanya pandemim Covid menuntut para pedagang lukisan harus menciptakan aktitivtas komunikasi yang memudahkan secara online. Pengalaman, motif, cara komunikasi, dan makna pemanfataan NFT di toko lukisan Pak Iin menjadi pertanyaan – pertanmyaan penelitian yang akan diteliti. Penelitian ini mneggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dengan demikian, peneliti berusaha membahas secara akurat dalam berbagai fenomena – fenomena yang ada. Observasi dan wawancara mendalam digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada informan dari toko lukisan Pak Iin di jalan Braga yang telah menggunakan aplikasi NFT sebagai penjualan lukisannya. Reduksi, penyajian dan verifikasi data digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data – data penelitian. Fenomena yang terjadi sebagai seniman pelukis di toko lukisan Pak Iin adalah fenomena satu – satunya peneliti yang diteliti. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori fenomenologi menurut Alfred Schutz sebagai harapan dapat menemukan data, bukti serta informasi fenomena secara lebih lengkap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dirumuskan pada hasil temuan penelitian pengalaman, motif, cara komunikasi, dan makna yang tepat pada penjualan lukisan yang dilakukan seniman pelukis di jalan Braga dari penggunaan aplikasi NFT yakni: 1) Pengalaman didasari oleh adanya etos kerja pada nilai – nilai seperti Pak Iin mendapatkan bantuan langsung dari Ridwan Kamil, Pak Iin pada pemanfaatan aplikasi NFT, penjualan lukisan yang dilakukan Pak Iin laku dengan harga drastis, dan Pak Iin sabar dalam memasarkan produk lukisannya secara online dengan adanya bantuan dari Ridwan Kamil langsung. 2) Motif dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu motif primer dan motif sekunder. Motif relasi kerja serta pencarian koneksi yang dilakukan Ridwan Kamil beserta Pak Iin termasuk kedalam jenis motif primer serta motif biogenetis pada pemanfaatan disiplin ilmu, pemaksimalan potensi diri, dan ketertarikan akan aplikasi NFT termasuk pada motif sekunder dengan motif sosiogenetis. 3) Cara komunikasi dilakukan secara tatap muka atau tidak langsung antara Pak Iin dengan Ridwan Kamil dalam berinteraksi satu sama lain dengan mengirim atau menerima pesan secara tidak langsung dengan adanya media internet. 4) Makna yang didapatkan adalah konsep sabar dalam bekerja dan kebermanfaatan diri bagi lingkungan sekkitar toko lukisan Pak Iin yang terjadi.
As one of the three basic elements of language, vocabulary is particularly important when learning English. Nowadays, many students are faced with problems such as boring vocabulary teaching, forgetting quickly after reciting, inefficient vocabulary learning, and lack of initiative. Therefore, it is imperative to seek a scientific and effective teaching mode to improve students’ vocabulary achievement. It builds an adaptive learning model of English vocabulary based on blockchain and deep learning, and tests the model. According to the experimental data, 46.8% of the learners will often read English newspapers or magazines to expand their English vocabulary. 50.4% of the students classified and memorized English vocabulary according to different categories. 59% of students often use context to memorize English vocabulary. The results show that before using the English vocabulary adaptive learning model based on blockchain and moderate learning, the average score of students’ methods and strategies is in the middle and lower levels. After using the adaptive learning model, some students have been able to use some learning strategies, and a small number of students have expanded their vocabulary through extracurricular reading.
Abstract: Blockchain: Industry 4.0 involves innovations with upcoming digital technologies, and blockchain is one of them. Blockchain can be incorporated to improve security, privacy, and data transparency both for small and large enterprises. Industry 4.0 is a synthesis of the new production methods that allow manufacturers to achieve their target more rapidly. Research has been conducted on various Industry 4.0 technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big data, and Blockchain, and how they could create significant interruptions in recent years. These technologies provide various possibilities in the world of manufacturing and supply chain. Blockchain is a technology that has gained much recognition and can enhance the manufacturing and supply chain environment. Various fields now have fascinating insights into the advantages of blockchain. Several research articles on “Blockchain” and “Industry 4.0” from Google Scholar, Scopus, and other relevant sources are identified and reviewed for this study. This paper discusses the major potential of Blockchain in Industry 4.0. Various drivers, enablers, and associated capabilities of Blockchain technology for Industry 4.0 are discussed for insights. Different Industry 4.0 spheres/sub-domains for Blockchain technology realisation are also discussed. Finally, we have identified and studied fourteen significant applications of Blockchain in Industry 4.0. It is a range of new developments and hope for immense opportunities that are changing Industry 4.0. The increasing maturity of Internet information technology has led to the rapid rise of blockchain technology. In essence, a blockchain is a shared database. In recent years, blockchain technology has attracted the attention of the public and society. With the continuous development of the market economy, many domestic enterprises have grown in size. At the same time, companies are also faced with various risks, and business risks will have a great impact on the company's production. This article aims to prevent the business risk of Internet information security platform enterprises based on blockchain technology. Through the PoS algorithm, PoW algorithm, secure hash algorithm, and the principle of direct trust, the Internet information security platform is designed. Firstly, the platform is used for a business risk test with a small company, and the platform satisfaction survey is conducted on the employees of the company. The test results show that the subplatform design reduces the business risk of the company by 5%-10%, and employee satisfaction is high. The signature simulation of this algorithm under the same conditions as the SMRA and RSAR methods is also carried out. The results show that the performance of this algorithm is better. This study opens up a new path for small and medium-sized enterprises to prevent business risks.
This article examines the impact of blockchain technology in the financial sector and international trade. The aim of the article is to measure the effect of blockchain technology on international trade and financial business. The paper uses methods of analysis and synthesis of information from researched academic articles, government programs, reports, and statistical data. The averages and regression analysis (in particular, the calculation of the Pearson coefficient) are used for getting analytical results. Graphic methods are used to summarize the information and to present the understudy materials. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that blockchain technology has great potential for the development of international trade and financial business. It is possible by improving the settlement of international trade, applying smart contracts in the formation of the transaction, improving logistics chains, and reducing the speed of information and delivery processing, increasing the economic turnover. Blockchain has a positive impact on reducing costs for merchants and the banking sector, predicted by 2030 to decrease costs by 11% using this technology. The technology will have a very significant impact on the development of intellectual property, which could be particularly activated by the possibility of reducing the impact of pirated copying. It is possible to reduce corruption and fraud by applying blockchain technology in public procurement, which currently accounts for the bulk of international trade. Blockchain technology will add $3 trillion in additional business value by 2030 and $866 bln in international trade, including financial business.
Along with the socio-economic sphere, interest in Internet technologies in public-private partnerships, companies and institutions, organizations allows you to integrate blockchains into large infrastructure. This result can be achieved by giving the user access and changing internal database storage algorithms. The main feature of blockchain technology is that it is based on decentralization. In the case of using any means of protection, if it is possible to crack the database located on the server, then such a malfunction is not allowed in the blockchain. The article discusses the concepts of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and bitcoin, as well as the principles of their operation. Prospects for their development and large-scale impact on financial activities carried out via the Internet are presented. It also describes cryptocurrencies and the technologies and algorithms used in them.

The main attention is paid to the review of prospects in the field of legal regulation of such new financial instruments as cryptocurrencies as a type of electronic money. A number of bills and laws governing the public relations in question are analyzed. The problems that the Russian legislator is required to solve in order to ensure adequate legal regulation of new public relations are highlighted. The experience of some foreign countries in the field of legal regulation of cryptocurrencies is analyzed. It is concluded that today the development of the legal regime of new financial instruments, cryptocurrencies, is an urgent need. The lack of state regulation in the Russian Federation of electronic payments made in payment systems that use cryptocurrency as a means of transactions introduces confusion into society making the use of digital financial assets in the Russian Federation doubtful, which seems like a denial of world technology. Ultimately, the development of the Russian state depends on the fastest solution to this problem.
The thesis’s objective was to describe ways on how to develop traditional factoring through private and consortium blockchains in Finnish factoring companies located in Finland. The research was carried out using a qualitative research method with an explorative outlook on the topic. The research was executed as an inductive case study. The research was constructed using a semi-structured interview method with a predetermined interview question set based on the topic’s title. Four professionals were interviewed from the finance and IT fields. Data-based content analysis and thematic design were used as the methods of data analysis. The systematic academic literature and use case review results were analyzed by using thematic design. According to the research results, consortiums and smart contracts are good solutions to develop traditional factoring. Consortiums could be executed as larger-scale solutions as large invoice financing marketplaces or as smaller-scale solutions between banks and their customers. The invoice marketplace could be executed through blockchain technology or by using more simple technologies. Smart contracts could be used to automate factoring agreements by using tokens to represent invoices’ value, but more research is needed on the contracts’ technical execution. Blockchain solutions are still partly underdeveloped and do not yet meet all the requirements of traditional factoring. Blockchain has some issues that need to be taken into consideration. Especially, security and privacy issues and capacity and block size limitations still need to be solved. It still needs to be examined whether suitable solutions for factoring companies’ needs to connect Distributed Ledger Technology systems to legacy systems to make payouts directly to customers’ bank accounts from smart contracts. Factoring companies need to examine Distributed Ledger Technology to understand its capabilities and consider the correct technology to integrate into their factoring solutions.
Reluctance to pay taxes is a natural feature of man. Given the above, it is not surprising that taxpayers are constantly looking for all possible ways to avoid taxation. The legislator, realizing the above, introduces a number of regulations aimed at counteracting dishonest actions of taxpayers. In the context of cryptocurrencies, these are in particular solutions aimed at limiting anonymity in the circulation of cryptocurrencies. The taxpayers, taking advantage of the fact that trading in cryptocurrencies is very specific, complicated and partially anonymous, try to outsmart the tax authorities and pay no taxes on income from such transactions. Also, the fact that until January 1, 2019, there was no regulation regarding the taxation of cryptocurrencies, and the introduced regulation also raises many doubts, does not encourage taxpayers to honestly settle accounts with tax authorities. Tax authorities, on the other hand, do not have the tools that would enable them to counteract taxpayers’ dishonesty effectively, what leads to the depletion of tax liabilities.
