We propose a novel model for teaching and learning called Decentralized Autonomous Education (DAE for short). DAE exploits the dual principles of freedom and responsibility, meritocracy and inclusivity, privacy and transparency in the educational process. It also fits well the philosophy of blockchain technology, and more generally of Web3 – the third iteration of the World Wide Web – specifically the tenets of decentralization, disintermediation, incentive and sovereignty of the individual. In this paper, we fully illustrate the DAE model, highlighting the theoretical and practical links between DAE and Web3, dissecting the pros and cons of the proposed learning method and reviewing related pedagogical approaches. Finally, we describe the front-end and back-end design of the DAE app, a decentralized application that implements the DAE learning model.

Nigeria gradually transitions from a anti-crypto state to one embracing blockchain technology & regulating digital assets, but regulators are still focused on curbing cryptocurrency usage within the county's traditional financial markets. The research provides an overview of cryptocurrency adoption in Nigeria and the country's state of blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation as the Web3 market expands within Africa.

The content of the symposium was as follows; #Introduction #Explanation of the metaverse and its technology #Creation of the metaverse space/world itself and copyright law #Creation of virtual objects used by avatars in the metaverse and copyright law #Avatar activities in the metaverse and copyright law #Discussion (practical issues of copyright in the metaverse) (2) Articles will be published in the next issue of the Copyright Law Journal based on the report and discussion in (1). (3) I participated as a member of the Public-Private Partnership Council established by the Government Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters to address new legal issues concerning content, etc. in the metaverse, and contributed to the discussions. The results of the council were published as a "Discussion Paper on New Legal Issues Concerning Content, etc. in the Metaverse". (4) I participated as a panelist in the main hall session at CEATEC 2023, "Building a Digital Society Infrastructure Using AI and Other Emerging Technologies," discussing the impact of AI, an innovation that supports DX along with Web3 and Metaverse, on business management and society from the perspective of intellectual property law with experts in technology, education, and governance related to AI.

Decentralized justice is a novel approach to online dispute resolution based on blockchain, crowdsourcing and game theory for adjudicating claims in a neutral and efficient way. Since the launch of the first decentralized justice platform in 2018, the field has attracted wide interest both from practitioners and academics in Web3 and dispute resolution. The decentralized justice approach is based on the ideas of decentralization, economic incentives and a claim to fairness in its decisions. At the current stage of development, decentralized justice is facing a number of technical, market, legal and ethical challenges for further development. This paper provides a review of the short history of decentralized justice, addresses a number of recurrent topics and lays down a path for future exploration.

Decentralized applications (Dapps) have the potential to revolutionize many systems and are increasingly used, eg. in Web3 solutions. Smart contracts often manage valuable assets and sensitive data as the loss of any digital asset can be irreversible. There is a growing need for the security of these systems as any vulnerability can lead to irreversible financial losses. However, traditional software development and testing systems fall short of providing security for Blockchain technologies and Web3 developers. Considering the current potential of artificial intelligence, it can be used as a solution to secure Dapps. LLMs can analyze smart contract code for vulnerabilities, generate test cases, and provide recommendations for improvement. In this article, we question the use of ChatGPT for this purpose. It is shown that ChatGPT has the potential to aid developers. Advantages, limitations and improvement methods are given. Possible future work is given.

Smart contracts and Blockchain are necessary for transactions in supply chain management. A smart contract is an agreement in the form of a cryptographic code digitally signed by the actors. This technology holds the data transaction transparently and securely between the actors. The actors may benefit without intermediaries involved in the transaction. Supply chain management will be easily tracked by decentralized data sharing. Supply chain management involves transactions in agricultural sectors such as farmers, Village Cooperatives units, distributors, and consumers. The Cooperative is a party that buys goods from farmers and sells them to consumers. A smart contract is a digital signature that can access the system in transactions. The system records log activities that show the origin of transactions. All actors can see the transaction of agricultural products stored in the blockchain ledger in the Blockchain. This paper discusses blockchain-based smart contracts scenario for supply chain management that is simulated and implemented in the Serious Game. The Game is developed using Unity 3D Development Platform, programming language contract using Solidity, Moralis as Web3 Development Platform and dApp as backend blockchain, Network Environment Polygon Ethereum, and Database that is Redis Enterprise, MongoDB Compass, and Mumbai Testnet.
Під час виконання дослідження було зроблено огляд існуючих криптогаманців на основі технології блокчейн. Для оцінки сильних і слабких сторін цих гаманців було проаналізовано їх функціональність, безпеку та зручність використання. Були виявлені недоліки та обмеження, такі як громіздкі користувацькі інтерфейси, відсутність надійних заходів безпеки та обмежена сумісність з різними мережами блокчейн, підкреслили необхідність вдосконалення в цих сферах. Шляхом вивчення потреб користувачів Web3 були визначені функціональні вимоги та вимоги до безпеки. Врахування безпеки та зручності інтерфейсу мало вирішальне значення для покращення користувацького досвіду. Реалізація цих вимог є життєво важливою для забезпечення безпечного і зручного для користувача середовища. Архітектура програми вдосконалення була розроблена для забезпечення безпеки та зручного та ефективного використання криптовалютного гаманцю. Була розроблена функція котра забезпечує безпеку користувачів.
