Feasibility Study on Shared Employees Based on Blockchain Technology

<p>Blockchain is a distributed ledger formed by sequentially adding consensual blocks linked by cryptography.Which create a reliable cooperation mechanism for shared employees because it can be traceable and can not be forged.The shared employees was born in 2020 as a temporary measure to address the imbalance in personnel allocation among certain industries amid the spread of COVID-19.With the help of blockchain technology, shared employees can achieve rapid development in the establishment of trust mechanism, traceability of employees’ background, and the establishment of credit evaluation system .The new economic model of shared employees supported by blockchain technology may bring benefits to the transformation of employment mode, the upgrading of industrial structure and even the economic integration of urban and rural areas in China.</p> <p> </p>

The Use of Blockchain Technology in the Health Care Sector: Systematic Review

BACKGROUND: Blockchain technology is a part of Industry 4.0's new Internet of Things applications: decentralized systems, distributed ledgers, and immutable and cryptographically secure technology. This technology entails a series of transaction lists with identical copies shared and retained by different groups or parties. One field where blockchain technology has tremendous potential is health care, due to the more patient-centric approach to the health care system as well as blockchain's ability to connect disparate systems and increase the accuracy of electronic health records. OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to systematically review studies on the use of blockchain technology in health care and to analyze the characteristics of the studies that have implemented blockchain technology. METHODS: This study used a systematic review methodology to find literature related to the implementation aspect of blockchain technology in health care. Relevant papers were searched for using PubMed, SpringerLink, IEEE Xplore, Embase, Scopus, and EBSCOhost. A quality assessment of literature was performed on the 22 selected papers by assessing their trustworthiness and relevance. RESULTS: After full screening, 22 papers were included. A table of evidence was constructed, and the results of the selected papers were interpreted. The results of scoring for measuring the quality of the publications were obtained and interpreted. Out of 22 papers, a total of 3 (14%) high-quality papers, 9 (41%) moderate-quality papers, and 10 (45%) low-quality papers were identified. CONCLUSIONS: Blockchain technology was found to be useful in real health care environments, including for the management of electronic medical records, biomedical research and education, remote patient monitoring, pharmaceutical supply chains, health insurance claims, health data analytics, and other potential areas. The main reasons for the implementation of blockchain technology in the health care sector were identified as data integrity, access control, data logging, data versioning, and nonrepudiation. The findings could help the scientific community to understand the implementation aspect of blockchain technology. The results from this study help in recognizing the accessibility and use of blockchain technology in the health care sector.

Precision Poverty Alleviation Methods in the Agricultural Field Based upon Wireless Communication Networks and Blockchain

Poverty in the agricultural sector has always existed and needs to be urgently solved. How to achieve precise poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in the agricultural sector has become a top priority now. In this regard, this study combines blockchain technology and wireless network technology to build a blockchain platform. The platform is responsible for assisting the development of agricultural poverty alleviation projects, integrating project data into a public area according to the characteristics of the blockchain. The data cannot be tampered with during storage and transmission, ensuring the authenticity of the data. As the core of blockchain technology, the algorithm of the consensus mechanism plays a crucial role in alleviating poverty in agriculture, using the RBFT consensus mechanism to achieve “precise identification” of the poor. The pilot has shown that the RBFT algorithm will achieve a throughput of 2,980 strokes/second. In addition, the time from node failure to recovery is diminished by 60% compared to the time consumed by the PBFT algorithm. It can be clearly seen that the blockchain platform using the RBFT algorithm is more robust.

Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology that has had a significant impact on various industries in the accounting field. Through the retrieval of keywords and abstracts of 862 accounting journals on CNKI, and the statistics of relevant reports on the technical services launched by accounting firms for blockchain, with the help of Echart visualization software, the hot topics of research on the impact of blockchain technology on the accounting field are determined as follows: The problems of decentralization in blockchain system, real-time audit supported by blockchain, application of smart contracts, and role change of accountants and auditors are four aspects. Based on the research on the hot topics, the paper sorts out the current problems, and puts forward relevant suggestions such as strengthening the supervision system, advocating the flat management mode, promoting the construction of continuous audit activities, and strengthening the professional talent reserve. It provides reference for accountants and auditors to study blockchain technology in the future.

The suspension of institutions around the world in early 2020 due to the COVID-19 virus did not stop the learning process. E-learning concepts and digital technologies enable students to learn from a safe distance while continuing their educational pursuits. Currently, the Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the most rapidly increasing technologies in today’s digital world; and e-learning is one of the most powerful learning methods available. In today’s world, smart devices and new technologies assist teachers in concentrating on new models of student learning while avoiding time wastage. By examining the characteristics of the Internet of Things and the challenges that exist in the field of e-learning, the potential functions, benefits, and advancements of utilizing the Internet of Things in online education are identified and discussed. This article examines the existing and future condition of the Internet of Things world as it pertains to the topic of education and sophisticated capabilities available through the Internet of Things that enable the application of e-learning after an architecture has been designed. Students’ pulse rates, brain waves, and skin resistance are measured in real time by a collection of IoT sensors, including cameras, microphones, and wearable gadgets. By utilizing the proposed architecture, universities can change their distance learning tactics to maximize resources and boost efficiency without changing their overall academic activities. According to the study’s findings, e-learning has a favorable and statistically significant impact on students’ flexibility, learning experience, educational productivity, and overall quality of education.

The Application of Blockchain Technology in the Financial Field

The shortcomings of today's credit mechanism are exposed and crises are everywhere. Today, the blockchain has become the most popular technology in the Internet finance field. It has rushed into all walks of life with the power of breaking a bamboo, and is shining around the world. According to the basic functions of blockchain technology (BT), such as information tampering. Information transparency has certain security guarantees. This kind of security guarantee can ensure the reliability of the financial information system to a large extent and reduce financial fraud. The aim of this article is to study the application of regional chain technology in the financial field (FF). This article is based on the primary principles of blockchain, information asymmetry theory and moral theory. Through questionnaire surveys, corporate financial personnel, middle and high-level managers and other authorities, university researchers, scholars and other personnel with experience in the implementation and application of financial informationization in various industries to ensure the right and precise results of this survey with authority and credibility. It is helpful to improve the quality problems in the financial information processing process, and helps the company implement effective real-time and automatic control. Experimental investigations and studies have shown, Financial information quality issues have the highest score at 4.39 points, while management and control issues and security issues have scores of 4.26 and 4.22 points, respectively. That there is no doubt that the blockchain financial system(FS) has many advantages, but because the BT is still in its infancy, the research time is relatively short, and there are many unresolved and unidentified problems and deficiencies.

An Optimization Scheme for College Teacher Recruitment Management System Based on Blockchain and Text Recognition

At present, some colleges and universities use the recruitment system to complete the registration and review of candidates in the recruitment work, but the review work still requires reviewers to spend a lot of time to complete. In addition, candidates submit malicious incorrect registration information to disrupt recruitment, which not only increases the workload of reviewers, but also affects the efficiency of recruitment. Candidates need to upload scanned copies of certification materials (such as ID card, degree certificate, graduation certificate, etc.) when registering. Some candidates are worried about whether the information will be leaked and the reviewers are unfair in reviewing for personal gains. In response to these problems, this article proposes to add text recognition to the recruitment management system of a university teacher to complete the system's automatic registration review. Based on the traceability and non-tampering characteristics of blockchain technology, the security and traceability of registration information are guaranteed. Kind of optimization plan. By analyzing the system process, selecting a third-party API interface to complete text recognition, and combining the simple filtering function of the system to build an automated audit function of the system. Select the candidate's registration information as the traceability object, optimize the system process, write smart contracts, web3.js connect the system and the blockchain. Experiments have proved that the automated audit function is automatically executed after candidates submit the registration form, and the average audit speed is 550ms. Reduce the workload of reviewers and improve recruitment efficiency. If the candidate has questions about the review process, the candidate can retrospectively verify whether the registration information has been tampered with through the blockchain, which ensures the fairness of the recruitment work.

Applications of Blockchain in the Medical Field: Narrative Review

BACKGROUND: As a distributed technology, blockchain has attracted increasing attention from stakeholders in the medical industry. Although previous studies have analyzed blockchain applications from the perspectives of technology, business, or patient care, few studies have focused on actual use-case scenarios of blockchain in health care. In particular, the outbreak of COVID-19 has led to some new ideas for the application of blockchain in medical practice. OBJECTIVE: This paper aims to provide a systematic review of the current and projected uses of blockchain technology in health care, as well as directions for future research. In addition to the framework structure of blockchain and application scenarios, its integration with other emerging technologies in health care is discussed. METHODS: We searched databases such as PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, IEEE, and Springer using a combination of terms related to blockchain and health care. Potentially relevant papers were then compared to determine their relevance and reviewed independently for inclusion. Through a literature review, we summarize the key medical scenarios using blockchain technology. RESULTS: We found a total of 1647 relevant studies, 60 of which were unique studies that were included in this review. These studies report a variety of uses for blockchain and their emphasis differs. According to the different technical characteristics and application scenarios of blockchain, we summarize some medical scenarios closely related to blockchain from the perspective of technical classification. Moreover, potential challenges are mentioned, including the confidentiality of privacy, the efficiency of the system, security issues, and regulatory policy. CONCLUSIONS: Blockchain technology can improve health care services in a decentralized, tamper-proof, transparent, and secure manner. With the development of this technology and its integration with other emerging technologies, blockchain has the potential to offer long-term benefits. Not only can it be a mechanism to secure electronic health records, but blockchain also provides a powerful tool that can empower users to control their own health data, enabling a foolproof health data history and establishing medical responsibility.

Research on Accounting Information Security Management Based on Blockchain

At present, accounting information presents various and complex characteristics, which leads to the decline in the comprehensive scheduling level of accounting information security management system. For this problem, a blockchain-based accounting information security management information model is designed. This paper constructs the blockchain accounting information security association blockchain Big Data analysis model and processes the sample data, uses the semantic rough feature matching method to decompose the characteristics of blockchain accounting information, realizes the feature information fusion and autocorrelation feature matching and finally reorganizes and manages the blockchain accounting information security. The simulation results show that this method has better comprehensive scheduling ability, information fusion scheduling ability is greater than 92%, convergence is greater than 91.8%, feature recognition rate is greater than 90.1%, and management accuracy is greater than 95.6%. The design method can effectively improve the security and stability of accounting information storage and management.

BLOCKCHAIN CNN DEEP LEARNING EXPERT SYSTEM FOR HEALTHCARE EMERGENCY

This paper relates to the field of Artificial Intelligence, specifically to image recognition, and provides an innovative method to take advantage of Blockchain Convolutional Neural Networks (BCNNs) in Emotion Recognitions (ERs) using audio–visual emotion patterns to determine a healthcare emergency to be attended. BCNN architectures were used to identify emergency patterns. The results obtained indicate that the proposed method is adequate for the classification and identification of audio–visual patterns using deep learning (DL) with Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBMs). It is concluded that it is sufficient to consider the audio–visible key features obtained from the patient’s face and voice of the proposed model to recognize a healthcare emergency for immediate action. “Sense of urgency” and “with urgency but with self-control” are the emotion profiles considered for a healthcare emergency, and user personal emotion profiles are stored in the Blockchain ecosystem since they are deemed sensitive data.

Security and Privacy of Patient Information in Medical Systems Based on Blockchain Technology

The essence of “blockchain” is a shared database in which information stored is un-falsifiable, traceable, open, and transparent. Therefore, to improve the security of private information in medical systems, this article uses blockchain technology to design a method to protect private information in medical systems and effectively realize anti-theft control of private information. First, the Patient-oriented Privacy Preserving Access Control model is introduced into the access control process of private information in medical systems. Next, a private information storage platform is built by using blockchain technology, and information transmission is realized using standard cryptographic algorithms. In this process, file authorization contracts are also used to guarantee the security of private information and further prevent theft of medical private information. Our simulation results show that the storage response time of this method is kept below 1,000 ms, and the maximum information throughput rate reaches 550 kbit/s, which indicates that this method has strong performance in information storage and transmission efficiency. Moreover, the reliability and bandwidth utilization of data transmission across domains is higher, so the method has higher information security control performance and superior overall performance.

Mechanism Construction of Human Resource Management based on Blockchain Technology

Abstract The traditional human resource management system is faced with such problems as the quality of staff recruitment can not be guaranteed, the training performance is not consistent with the actual performance, the enterprise performance appraisal is unfair, and the salary distribution is unfair, which seriously affects the enthusiasm and loyalty of employees and threatens the survival and development of enterprises. In view of the current situation and problems of human resource management system, combined with the technical characteristics of blockchain, this paper proposes a human resource management mechanism based on blockchain technology, in order to achieve the company’s human resource management system accurate, efficient, open and transparent. It is found that there is a good coupling between blockchain technology and human resource management system. This paper constructs a human resource management mechanism based on blockchain, innovates the application scenarios of blockchain technology, and provides certain guiding significance for the establishment of human resource management system and process improvement in the future.

[Research on Application of Intelligent Tracing System for IVD Reagents Based on Blockchain Technology].

In recent years, the IVD industry has developed rapidly based on the increasing market demand, and plays an important role in disease prevention, clinical diagnosis, health monitoring and guiding treatment. Therefore, followed quality and safety issues are highly concerned. The unique advantages of blockchain technology, decentralization, distrust and non-tampering, can write into trusted node data in every link covering production, circulation and usage of IVD reagents, and establish a distributed ledger with full backup, which makes the anti-conterfeiting and traceability for IVD reagents possible. We discuss whole process intelligent tracing system for IVD reagents based on blockchain technology. Through the strong mechanism of pre-supervision and post-punishment, the source of reagents can be traced, quality and responsibility can be investigated, and the medical inspection quality and diagnostic safety can be guarded.

Enhancing training effectiveness for organizations through blockchain-enabled training effectiveness measurement (BETEM)

Purpose Due to technology advancement or transparency in system, there is a constant inflow and outflow of technology in the business for transparency and efficiency. To seize a competitive advantage, companies have emerged new technological solutions to respond to the change in the organization environment. There is a surge in the requirement of learning opportunities and effective training programs in the organization. The current study has been an effort to understand the potential of blockchain technology that can create better training evaluation. Design/methodology/approach The electronic-Delphi (e-Delphi) method has been conducted by recording the final consensus and to find a balance for implementation of blockchain technology and measuring training effectiveness. The current research is one of its new types where blockchain-enabled training effectiveness measurement (BETEM) model has been formulated using a qualitative approach. Findings The study has considered human resource (HR) professionals as the experts and based on their responses, the formulation of theoretical network model has been structured using e-Delphi–BETEM (e-DLH–BETEM) approach. By critically examining the experts’ responses and comments, the study formulated the four major themes and 11 subthemes for the smooth functioning of the BETEM for an organization. Research limitations/implications The research aims to aid innovations in BETEMs model for training evaluation. The model will contribute incrementally toward the complete transformation of the training development programs of employees. The goal of BETEMs is to ensure that organizations, specifically HR personals can prepare themselves to have competitive advantage by using blockchain technology. Originality/value The application of blockchain technology in measuring the training effectiveness is an addition to existing literature as majority of existing studies have studied the use of technology for measuring training effectiveness.

A Novel Optimal Selection Algorithm for Agricultural Trade Export in Blockchain‐Enabled Internet of Things

With the maturity of modern science and technology, such as networks and computers, Internet of Things has been widely used in various fields of industry, opening up a new situation for the development of the industry and creating a broader development platform. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and changes of the commodity structure, regional structure, market structure, and main structure of export management of agricultural products. The proposed algorithm uses computer technology, network technology, and remote communication technology, electronic, digital, and network—the entire business process of business. The empirical analysis shows that the structure of agricultural product export trade reflects the endowment and comparative advantage of agricultural resources in China. The proposed blockchain technology supports and guides agricultural export enterprises to develop their own brands, strengthen the quality and safety management of agricultural products, and innovate and expand the policy support system for optimizing the structure of agricultural product export trade. By optimizing the export mode of agricultural trade, we can achieve the purpose of increasing the export volume of agricultural products and the total value of trade exports. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which can greatly improve the volume of trade exports and the total value of trade exports.

New Model of Sustainable Supply Chain Finance Based on Blockchain Technology

Blockchain technology has received more and more attention from all walks of life and has also been sought after by the market and financial institutions. More and more financial institutions and Internet companies have begun to participate in the research of blockchain technology. The application scenarios are also constantly expanding, and the landing in the financial field is the focus of all social concerns. This article takes Agricultural Bank as an example, analyzes its current advantages and disadvantages in using blockchain technology, and proposes policy recommendations based on this to provide a reference for joint-stock commercial banks to better use blockchain technology to improve business performance. Based on the theoretical analysis, this article studies the use of blockchain technology by joint-stock commercial banks, and selects Agricultural Bank, which has a well-developed financial technology in joint-stock commercial banks, as a case study. From the operating background of the agricultural bank and the cross-border payment and settlement business, the background begins with the agricultural bank's own business practices in blockchain technology and the traditional cross-border business and the innovative development of agricultural bank's blockchain technology, and then the application of event analysis to the application effects of agricultural bank's blockchain technology analysis. This paper analyzes the SWOT-PEST of the agricultural bank's use of blockchain technology, combined with the theoretical analysis of blockchain technology in this article, comprehensively analyzes the agricultural bank's use of blockchain technology in four aspects: policy, economy, society, and technology. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. Through analysis, we can have a comprehensive view on the application of blockchain technology by Agricultural Bank, and based on this, we can summarize the problems that Agricultural Bank may have in applying blockchain technology. Through the analysis of the blockchain, we can see that the growth rate of agricultural bank's net profit was higher in 2013 and 2014. Finally, the article puts forward suggestions for the development of agricultural bank under the blockchain technology.

Optimization Model of Cross‐Border E‐commerce Payment Security by Blockchain Finance

Cross‐border trade is also changing and innovating. Electronic payment has become the core application of modern cross‐border e‐commerce. However, although electronic payment has brought convenience and efficiency to enterprises and social life, there are also many problems in transaction information security. These problems not only hinder the development of electronic payment but also bring hidden dangers to people’s property security. Therefore, an encryption algorithm of e‐commerce was proposed, and its algorithm security and risk control mode was further studied by means of case analysis, empirical analysis, and comparative analysis. Experimental data show that blockchain technology is a breakthrough. The aim of the study is to explore its application in specific circumstances and strive to make the new e‐payment mode in line with international standards.
