Salesforce CRM Framework for Real Time DeFi Portfolio Intelligence and Customer Engagement Forecasting in Web3 Based Decentralized Finance Ecosystems Using ML Techniques

With the evolution of Web 3.0 and the rise of the DeFi ecosystems it is only natural that the paradigms of customer relationship management have changed, and are in urgent need of novel and real-time ways of gaining insights into portfolios and predicting engagement. In this work, we explore the fusion of Salesforce CRM frameworks with machine learning methodologies such as DeFi portfolio management and customer engagement prediction in the context of Web3. The study uses a quantitative research method that targets a sample of 250 users of DeFi platforms among Indian cryptocurrency exchanges. The questionnaires were structured and dealt with portfolio performance metrics, customer engagement scores, and ML model accuracy indicators for the primary data collection. It includes some predictive analytics methodology such as decision tree algorithms, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and hybrids between deep learning models. Their results show that Salesforce CRM systems integrated with ML achieve 87.3 percent accuracy in forecasting the portfolio and achieve 82.6 percent precision in predicting their customer engagement factors. Results show interesting, statistically relevant correlations between the ability to perform real-time data processing technologies and user satisfaction. The results suggest that blockchain-based CRM models improve transparency, security, and personalization within DeFi ecosystems. We add to the ongoing Web3 customer relationship management dialogue and offer guidance in bringing intelligent CRM solutions to existence within decentralized financial platforms

Web3 is not merely a technological evolution but a radical shift with deep philosophical implications. It envisions an Internet where users are at the center, yet without a centralized authority. Its goal is to ensure that users have full ownership of the data they generate, as well as the value—whether economic or informational—that arises from it. This paradigm shift finds applications in various fields, such as Decentralized Storage, which enables secure, distributed, and censorship-resistant data storage solutions; Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), which guarantee ownership and authenticity of digital assets; and Decentralized Gaming, which leverages blockchain technology to enable player-owned economies, provable asset scarcity, and transparent game mechanics. These, along with numerous other innovations, are shaping the next era of the Internet. As expected, Web3 has drawn the attention of researchers who are striving to establish it from the ground up using emerging, still-maturing technologies. Naturally, this has also caught the eye of malicious actors, who take advantage of the novelty and complexity of these interconnected systems for their own gain. The challenge now is to ensure that security advances in parallel with the growth of the Web3 ecosystem, preventing it from becoming an unstable or hostile environment. The contribution of this dissertation to this effort is multifaceted. First, we study the literature on Ethereum blockchain, NFTs, and the Interplanetary File System (IPFS), which serves as a cornerstone of the Web3 data storage layer. Our goal is to identify vulnerabilities and analyze whether – and to what extent – malicious activity exists. Next, from the perspective of malicious actors, we anticipate how they might exploit these technologies. We document potential attack vectors, making them easier to detect and mitigate. Finally, we propose design improvements that enhance the availability and scalability of key Web3 application-layer services, laying the groundwork for more scalable, resilient, and future-proof decentralized applications.

The COPA v Wright Trilogy: English High Court's Judicial Treatment of Vexatious Litigation in Web3 and Blockchain Matters

This case analysis examines three sequential English High Court decisions in the litigation between the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) and Dr Craig Wright. The trilogy comprising the Relief Judgment , the Contempt Judgment, and the General Civil Restraint Order (GCRO) Judgment demonstrates the Court’s methodical progression from injunctive relief to contempt findings and ultimately to a civil restraint order. These judgments illustrate how English civil procedure addresses persistent and meritless litigation, particularly in the areas of digital assets, blockchain technology, and intellectual property. The Court focused on safeguarding judicial resources while protecting the interests of affected parties by balancing the need for access to justice with the necessity of deterring vexatious conduct.

Web3-Based Privacy-Preserving and Incentive Threat Intelligence Sharing Mechanism With Non-False-Positive-Based Double Filter

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks have emerged as a significant concern for numerous platforms, websites, and servers in recent years. Employing a blacklist access control mechanism stands out as a viable defense strategy against such attacks. However, there exists a hesitation among some Security Operation Centers (SOC) engaged in gathering threat intelligence to share their knowledge, primarily due to a lack of incentives. Therefore, advocating for a fair and effective method of sharing threat intelligence emerges as a promising research area. In this paper, we put forth a proposal for a Web3-based mechanism, outlining a threat intelligence sharing scheme that incorporates incentives while ensuring transparency through the maintenance of exchange records on smart contracts for fair reward. To uphold data confidentiality, the suggested system incorporates a proxy re-encryption scheme, which maintains data in an encrypted form during exchange, thereby preventing data leakage to unauthorized persons. Additionally, our innovative scheme incorporates a novel non-false-positive-based double filter that operates without generating false positives. This advancement serves to amplify the efficiency of data requesters, enabling them to seamlessly search for pertinent information while effectively excluding irrelevant data sets and safeguarding data privacy. According to our simulation results, the execution time of proxy re-encryption in our proposed scheme demonstrates a significant improvement of approximately 65%-70% compared to other existing schemes. This enhancement underscores the efficiency and robustness of our proposed approach in mitigating the impact of DDoS attacks.

This article examines how composable commerce architectures converge with Web3 technologies to transform digital commerce. Blockchain technology establishes transparent transaction frameworks that enhance trust through cryptographic verification rather than institutional guarantees. Decentralized identity specifications revolutionize authentication by returning data ownership to users while enhancing privacy through selective disclosure mechanisms. Social integrations create community-driven trust architectures that leverage token economics to align incentives between platforms and participants, enabling novel commercial interactions with minimal reliance on intermediaries. For organizations transitioning to Web3 commerce, layered architectural designs, progressive decentralization approaches, and robust security practices address the tensions between decentralization, security, and scalability. This technological convergence represents a fundamental restructuring of commercial relationships toward more equitable, transparent, and user-sovereign digital ecosystems.

Ensuring End-to-End Traceability and Sustainability in the FSC: A Modular Web3 Architecture Integrating Blockchain, IoT, and Machine Learning

Traceability in food supply chains is crucial for ensuring safety, enabling effective quality control, and maintaining consumer trust. However, traditional paper-based or digital tracking systems often prove too slow and opaque during food safety incidents or investigations into fraud. To address these limitations, this paper presents a modular Web3 architecture that integrates Ethereum blockchain smart contracts, Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, and machine learning (ML) to achieve end-to-end traceability and sustainability in agrifood supply chains, and to support auditable, partially automated decision-making. The system design separates concerns into layers: an on-chain layer of Ethereum smart contracts for tamper-proof event logging and automated business logic, and an off-chain layer for secure storage of detailed sensor data and documents, linked by crypto-graphic hashes to ensure data provenance. Low-cost IoT sensors are deployed from farm to distributor, continuously monitoring environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, geolocation) and uploading signed, time-stamped summaries to the blockchain. In addition, ML models perform predictive quality control by estimating expected conditions, detecting anomalies, and scoring the conformity of product batches, which enables smart contracts to automatically trigger state transitions (acceptance or dispute escrow of shipments) based on real-time data. Using Ethereum smart contracts, a prototype that manages the life cycle of a specific food product was implemented, and two cases (conformant vs non-conformant shipments) were studied to demonstrate how cryptographically verifiable data and events make decisions transparent and trustworthy.
