Implementasi Teknologi Nfc Pada Ponsel Pintar Sebagai Agen Autentikasi Dalam Sistem E-Vote

Sistem pemungutan suara di Indonesia yang lebih dikenal dengan nama pemilihan umum (pemilu) sampai saat ini masih dilaksanakan secara manual. Dalam sistem tersebut, dibutuhkan waktu yang lama serta tenaga yang besar untuk menghitung hasil dari pemlihan umum tersebut. Sistem manual juga memiliki banyak kelemahan yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh pihak tertentu untuk memanipulasi hasil pemilihan umum . Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, salah satu solusinya adalah dengan menerapkan sistem pemilihan umum dengan sistem berbasis perangkat elektronik yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah E-Vote . Berbagai macam metode telah diterapkan dalam sistem E-Vote untuk mengatasi kecurangan, salah satunya dengan menggunakan sistem enkripsi-dekripsi data dari pemilih ke sistem. Namun hal ini kurang efektif apabila kecurangan terjadi ketika data sudah dirubah sebelum masuk ke sistem. Dengan menerapkan mekanisme rantai kepercayaan (chain of trust) untuk mendeteksi adanya perubahan surat suara serta sistem autentikasi digital, mekanisme keamanan bagi peserta pemungutan suara bisa diwujudkan. Proses autentikasi digital menggunakan ponsel pintar dengan teknologi NFC dipadukan dengan sistem enkripsi asimetris dan digital signature . Pemilih bisa mendeteksi adanya perubahan surat suara melalui digital signature yang ada dan sistem E-Vote bisa mengenali peserta dari kunci publik yang ditawarkan oleh autentikator. Kemudian sistem E-Vote bisa memverifikasi keaslian kunci publik peserta melalui autentikasi berbasis zero-knowledge proof challenge . Hasil pilihan peserta kemudian dikirimkan ke autentikator untuk ditandatangani dan tandatangan tersebut digunakan sebagai bukti peserta telah melakukan pemilihan. Dari hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, terbukti bahwa autentikator bisa mendeteksi ketidaksamaan antara data dengan signature, dan autentikator bisa melakukan autentikasi dengan sistem E-Vote dengan tepat. Data hasil pilihan peserta bisa diverifikasi dengan signature yang ada untuk memeriksa integritas data.

APLIKASI PENJUALAN PULSA DENGAN BITCOIN BERBASIS CODEIGNITER

Abstrak : Seiring  Perkembangan  teknologi,  Pembelian  pulsa  sudah  mengalami perkembangan  pesat  diiringi  dengan  perkembangan  internet  salah  satunya  yaitu perkembangan  mata  uang  digital  terutama  bitcoin.  Bitcoin  adalah  mata  uang virtual  yang  dikembangkan  pada  tahun  2009  oleh  seseorang  dengan  nama samaran  Satoshi  Nakamoto.  Mata  uang  ini  seperti  halnya  Rupiah  atau  Dollar, namun hanya tersedia di dunia digital.  Tidak seperti mata uang pada umumnya, bitcoin  tidak  tergantung  dengan  mempercayai  penerbit  utama.  Bitcoin menggunakan  sebuah database  yang  didistribusikan dan  menyebar  ke  node-node dari sebuah jaringan  P2P ke jurnal transaksi, dan menggunakan  kriptografi untuk menyediakan fungsi-fungsi keamanan dasar Lewat  aplikasi  penjualan  pulsa  dengan  bitcoin  ini  memudahkan masyarakat membeli pulsa dengan menggunakan bitcoin melalui sarana website yang  bisa  di  akses  melalui  perangkat  komputer  ataupun  tablet  PC  yang mendukung web browser yang terkoneksi internet. Kata Kunci : Penjualan, Pulsa, Bitcoin, Codeigniter, PHP, MySQL.

Tämän kandidaatintutkielman tarkoituksena on tutkia, missä määrin virtuaalivaluutta Bitcoinia voidaan ajatella rahana ja miten Bitcoinin tilanne tulee kehittymään tulevaisuudessa. Työssä tavoitteeseen pyritään ottamalla selvää Bitcoinin teknologiasta, Bitcoinin rahan kaltaisista ominaisuuksista ja Bitcoinin asemasta eri alueiden lainsäädännössä. Tutkimuksessa käytetään menetelmänä kirjallisuustutkielmaa. Kirjallisuustutkielman aineistona käytetään Bitcoinista tehtyä tutkimusta, muita Bitcoiniin liittyviä julkaisuja ja Bitcoiniin liittyviä säädöksiä laissa.
\nTutkimuksen tulokset osoittavat, että Bitcoinin teknologiassa tehdyt ratkaisut erottavat sen muista valuutoista erityisesti koska Bitcoinin valvonta ei ole keskitettyä toisin kuin useimpien valuuttojen tapauksessa. Lisäksi Bitcoin ei ole ominaisuuksiltaan verrattavissa rahaan sen perinteisessä merkityksessä. Tuloksista selviää myös että eri lainsäädäntöjen suhtautuminen Bitcoiniin on vaihtelevaa. Yhteistä kaikille lainsäädäntäelimille kuitenkin on että Bitcoinia ei ajatella rahana tai virallisena maksuvälineenä missään yhteydessä.
\nVaikkei Bitcoinia voida ajatella rahana ainakaan perinteisessä merkityksessä, Bitcoinilla on silti ollut suuri vaikutus maailman pankkitoimintaan ja maksuliikenteen turvallisuuden kehittämiseen. Bitcoin on myös herättänyt keskustelua rahan ominaisuuksista ja kategorisoinnista. Bitcoinin tulevaisuus näyttää vielä hyvin määrittelemättömältä. Suurimpia kilpailijoita tulevat olemaan muut virtuaalivaluutat, jotka ovat ottaneet oppia Bitcoinin virheistä ja heikkouksista. Bitcoinia ja muita virtuaalivaluuttoja säätelevän lainsäädännön kehittyminen tulee Bitcoinin teknologian ohella olemaan suurimpia vaikuttajia Bitcoinin tulevaisuuden kannalta.

Cryptocurrency Framework Diagnostics from Islamic Finance Perspective: A New Insight of Bitcoin System Transaction

This paper analyses the operation of cryptocurrency system in perspective of Islamic finance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the cryptocurrency framework whether it is meet the Islamic Finance rule. In addition, this study performed in providing the Islamic minded investor a proper information regarding investment in Bitcoin. Cryptocurrency is a digital currency in which encryption techniques that implement to regulate the generation of units of currency and verify the transfer of funds, operating independently of a central bank. A transaction is a transfer of Bitcoin value that is broadcast to the network and collected into blocks. A transaction typically references previous transaction outputs as new transaction inputs and dedicates all input Bitcoin values to new outputs. This cryptocurrency has no physical form and exists only in the network. Bitcoin also has no intrinsic value in that it is not redeemable for another commodity, namely gold. Then, this study evaluates the framework according to Islamic Finance rule. The bitcoin account holder is anonymous. Therefore, it is difficult to track the real account holder if any suspicious activity occurs. In addition, the value of Bitcoin is unstable because of high volatility. Bitcoin also suffers variance in perceptions of Bitcoin’s store of value and method of value. All of these three conditions contribute to uncertainty in transaction framework of Bitcoin. As a conclusion, Bitcoin transaction is classified as a transaction with high uncertainty (gharar).

Abstract — Many things can be used as a medium of exchange in economic transactions, the most common is the currency, ie banknotes or coins. The new technology, known as criptocurrency, provide more benefits for no cost administrative services, without intermediaries, without delay. Criptocurrency although development is very significant but not many countries legalized it as legal tender. This study uses literature review to find out more about the extent to which criptocurrency acceptance in society. In Indonesia, cryptocurrency not recognized as legal currency because there are no laws that govern them. But the number of merchant cryptocurrency already very much and spread in almost all parts of Indonesia, both for online and offline businesses. Keywords : Criptocurrency, BitCoin, Digital Currency ABSTRAK — Banyak hal dapat digunakan sebagai alat tukar dalam transaksi ekonomi, yang paling umum adalah uang kartal, yakni uang kertas ataupun uang logam. Teknologi baru yang dikenal dengan criptocurrency , memberikan lebih banyak keuntungan karena tanpa biaya jasa administrasi, tanpa perantara, tanpa penundaan. Criptocurrency walaupun perkembangannya sangat signifikan namun belum banyak negara melegalkannya sebagai alat tukar yang sah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang sejauh apa penerimaan criptocurrency di masyarakat. Di Indonesia, cryptocurrency belum diakui sebagai mata uang yang sah karena belum adanya hukum yang mengaturnya. Namun jumlah merchant cryptocurrency sudah sangat banyak dan tersebar hampir di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, baik untuk usaha online maupun offline . Implementasi Zero Knowledge Proof Menggunakan Protokol Feige Fiat Shamir Untuk Verifikasi Tiket Rahasia

Cryptography is known for it's ability to protect confidential information, but it can also be used for other purposes. One of them is for identity verification or authentication. One of the biggest disadvantages of traditional authencation method is at the end of the session, the verifier knows about secrets which is supposed to be known only by prover. In this paper, we implemented a ZeroKnowledge Proof-based secret ticket verification system using Feige Fiat Shamir protocol. The goal of this system is to help prover identified themselves to the verifier, but also prevent the verifier to understand anything about the prover's secret information. The system is also able to prevent ticket duplication or double-use of tickets by using an interactive proof verification method. By combining it with cryptography, not only we can achieve completeness and soundness property of Zero-Knowledge Proof, but we can also achieve information security property. BITCOIN SEBAGAI ALAT PEMBAYARAN ONLINE DALAM PERDAGANGAN INTERNASIONAL

<em>The growth of national economy encourages a significant change in the financial sector, especially a means of payment. Starting from the barter, the means then changes to be the goods or commodities, and finally the metal and paper as a raw material of money. The form of money as a means of payment continuously changes namely in the form of checks and transfer form that allow payment through transferring funds from the account balances among financial institutions, especially the banks. The economic need continuously grows so that it shifts the ways of trade transactions from conventional to internet based one that is known as e-commerce. One of the International online payment means required in an e-commerce transaction is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is an electronic coin that uses a system of peer-to-peer network that is open source. Bitcoin is not a virtual coin and not the legal means of payment in Indonesia. The legal means in Indonesia is the rupiah. It has been described in Article 1 section (2) of Act No. 7 of 2011 on Currencies that the the coin used for payment transactions in Indonesia is the rupiah.</em>

Currently, there are transactions from cryptocurrency based on blockchain networks that can be done securely. The name is coined from the arrangement of records. Single records are referred to as blocks. They are also connected in a list known as chains. Transactions on the blockchain network can be kept secure. Cryptocurrencies can be used just like the normal centralized currencies for any kind of transaction on the blockchain network.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan didukung pula dengan teknologi komputer yang semakin canggih serta adanya jaringan internet yang menciptakan terkoneksinya perangkat-perangkat komputer baik berbentuk personal komputer maupun super komputer sehingga terciptanya aktivitas bisnis dengan teknologi jaringan internet atau disebut electronic commerce (e-commerce). Maka dari sinilah lahir pula mata uang virtual dunia maya (virtual currency) dengan konsep nilai berdasarkan supply dan demand serta mudah, praktis dan efisien dalam melakukan transaksi perdagangan maupun bisnis lainnya. Namun dampak terbesar dalam transaksi online seperti ini diantaranya adalah penipuan, pencurian dan kerugian yang akan dialami pengguna secara tidak wajar.&#13;\nBerangkat dari masalah di atas ada beberapa permasalahan yang dirumuskan untuk mengetahui analisis jual-beli bitcoin di dunia maya yaitu meliputi bagaimana analisis undang-undang tentang mata uang terhadap alat tukar bitcoin dan prespektif hukum Islam terhadap jual-beli bitcoin di dunia maya. Penyusun memilih tempat penelitian tersebut di website bitcoin exchanger (www.vip.bitcoin.co.id.)&#13;\nDalam menelusuri, menjelaskan dan menyimpulkan objek pembahasan pada skripsi ini. Penyusun menempuh metode jenis penelitian lapangan di dunia maya dengan menggunakan metode observasi partisipasif lengkap dimana peneliti menjadi bagian dalam aktivitas pada sumber data yang diteliti. Untuk mendapatkan informasi secara akurat, aktual dan terpercaya. Penyusun melakukan beberapa metode pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.&#13;\nDari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan yakni analisis Undang-Undang No 7 Tahun 2011 Tentang Mata uang, bahwa bitcoin yang dijadikan alat tukar dalam pembayaran di Negara Indonesia ini termasuk melanggar undang-undang karena undang-undang sudah mengatur mengenai alat pembayaran yang sah di Indonesia. Penggunaan bitcoin tidak dijadikan sebagai alat tukar atau hanya sebagai komoditas ini tidak dipermasalahkan secara yuridis karena tidak ada peraturan yang mengatur maupun melarang dari OJK atau Bank Indonesia terhadap bitcoin. Akan tetapi terkait resiko seperti kehilangan dan kerugian itu ditanggung sendiri oleh penggunanya sebagaimana siaran pers “Pernyataan Bank Indonesia Terkait Bitcoin dan Virtual Currency Lainnya” No: 16/ 6 /DKom. Dalam prespektif hukum Islam bitcoin yang dijadikan sebagai alat tukar maupun alat investasi diharamkan. Sebab praktek yang terjadi terdapat unsur gharar dan maisir, serta menghindari kemadharatan yang dapat terjadi pada pengguna.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Web dengan Ext JS Framework di BLU UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta

UIN Jakarta as a Public Service Agency (BLU) through the Ministry of Finance Decree No. 42/KMK.05/2008 dated February 26, 2008, the UIN Jakarta should design management systems universistas of Public Goods, characterized by the bureaucracy in the organization of universities such as legislation, regulation, authorization and control of all units under the Semi-Public Goods and service oriented non-profit (Public Service deliveries) and Internal Services Agencies which gave authority to all faculties and other work units that are semi-autonomous / autonomous (decentralization). To carry out its authority as the BLU, a computerized system that runs required. Although, it already used computer technology, it is only limited to writing and printing. So the computer is only used as a tool only and not as the main media in the data processing operations. In addition, the BLU is still using paper-shaped form that will be written manually. This is certainly not it can lead to risks that may occur as the papers will be easily lost or destroyed, which eventually will lead to lost data, too, the papers also will accumulate which will complicate the search for specific information. Refer to the above reasons, the researchers did change the process of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) AIS manual is a computer based BLU UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta by using the ExtJS Framework. The advantage of this Ext JS with this library is the display of the web that we make will be more professional and user will be easier in the use of this web. Besides beautify the look of this library will also speed up data request to the browser, or vice versa, because it uses AJAX.

The use of information system has spread rapidly along with the increasing need for well-integrated information. PKPU as one of social foundations in Surabaya gives facility in fundraising given by the donors and then distributes them to the poor, such as tsunami victims, flood victims, etc. Now, PKPU is still using excel to do their financial reports. The researcher found many weaknesses in using excel to do these. It needs a long time to find the donors’ data. PKPU does not produce profit and loss report, instead PKPU produces balance report. To solve the problems above, there should be a system that can help fundraiser and the person in the accounting department in making financial report. Based on the testing, the researcher concludes that information system for social funding general ledger supported by sms facility is the solution to the problems dealing with computerized financial report. This is because this system can create financial report automatically. For example, it can be used to make journal report, ledger report, etc. In addition, since this system is suppported by SMS facility, this system can give easier information to the donors.
