Long Short Term Memory on Bitcoin Price Forecasting

In modern times, many people rely on sophisticated technology to meet their needs. Already many technologies today can replace the role and function of society in the field of investment. There are many ways to fulfill the lives of these people, such as Bitcoin investment. Bitcoin is a digital asset that only exists in digital form by means of peer-to-peer work. To maximize profits, it is necessary to forecast Bitcoin prices when it will go up or down. This study tries to address the changes in Bitcoin prices whether to go up or down the next day with an artificial neural network model. The editor used in this study is the LSTM method. The data used is the Bitcoin blockchain data, namely time-series data in a one-day period from 1 January 2018 to 31 May 2019. Obtained forecasting results in June 2019 for Bitcoin to rise slowly and an accuracy value of 97.5% based on MAPE with the first day worth $8901.50.

Analisis sentiment saat ini banyak di gunakan masyarat sebagai bahan untuk mengetahui pendapat atau opini masyarakattentang berbagai macam hal. Dengan menggunakan sentiment analisis kita dapat mengklasifikasikan data apakah data tersebuttermasuk opini netral opini positif opini negatif. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis sentiment untuk mengukur tingkatakurasi dari pendapat masyarakat pada tiga cryptocurrency yaitu Bitcoin,ethereum,ripple dengan metode Naive Bayes dansupport vector machine yang berguna untuk mengetahui nilai akurasi yang tertinggi dari dua metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini. Ada banyak metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengkasifikasikan opini tersebut, namun penelitian ini dipilihmetode Naive Bayes dan Support vector machine, dengan alasan metede tersebut banyak di gunakan oleh peneliti lain danmenghasilkan nilai akurasi yang tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa data perbandingan dari akurasi. hasil akurasidari 3 cryptocurrency SVM lebih besar dari pada nilai akurasi 3 cryptocurrency Naive Bayes.

Gamifikasi, pengaplikasian teknik game mekanik pada konteks non-game, menjadi pilihan utama yang mendasari edukasi saat ini. Gamifikasi edukasi mampu memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah yang timbul akibat metode pembelajaran tradisional yang dianggap kurang sesuai dengan perilaku manusia saat ini. Blockchain telah menjadi topik pembicaraan hangat yang sedang berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Blockchain berasal dari suatu komunitas maupun perusahaan dunia yang bertindak sebagai teknologi infrastruktur yang berkembang di berbagai bidang baik industri maupun pendidikan. Kelebihan utama dari blockchain yaitu terbebas dari pihak ketiga sehingga tingkat kemanan, transparansi, dan juga integritas blockchain terbilang cukup tinggi. Saat ini, penelitian mengenai blockchain yang diimplementasikan pada bidang gamifikasi edukasi masih minim jumlahnya. Guna memperluas wawasan mengenai penelitian ini, makalah kami akan mengidentifikasi dan mendiskusikan permasalahan utama terkait edukasi dengan menerapkan gamifikasi edukasi yang diterapkan dengan sistem blockchain. Guna memberikan solusi yang relevan, makalah kami mengusulkan model gamifikasi awal sebagai pondasi dari pengembangan terhadap pengaplikasian dan penelitian mendatang.

Voting is the fundamental characteristics of every democratic country. E-Voting or electronic voting is a means for the election process to be conducted without the use of traditional paper ballots. An election, which takes place in the form of voting, is a process that involves members in mutual competition. Voting is the activity of choosing someone or something in an election. Blockchain technology is providing various opportunities for developing the new and existing digital services by providing the blockchain characteristics such as immutability, integrity, transparency, anonymity, etc. Blockchain is distributed ledger technology which provides decentralization. Electronic voting system using blockchain services provides the security, transparency. The working of blockchain will ensure the votes are maintained and the systems are not rigged by any third party. Every vote that is casted will be considered as an individual transaction. These votes will be counted and the voting results and winner of the election will be announced.

Prediksi Harga Bitcoin Menggunakan Metode Random Forest

Pada masa pandemic ini, transaksi keuangan virtual mengalami peningkatan tajam. Dikarenakan penyimpanan asset maupun bentuk jual-beli bertransformasi menggunakan layanan digital. Bitcoin sebagai salah satu cryptocurrency yang saat ini banyak digunakan dan diminati oleh masyarakat di dunia, tetapi tidak terdapat instansi keuangan khusus yang bertanggung jawab terhadap transaksi jual beli bitcoin, memerlukan sistem prediksi harga bitcoin untuk mengetahui status nilai bitcoin. Mengacu kepada karakteristik data bitcoin yang senantiasa berfluktuatif, maka digunakan metode Random Forest Regression untuk memprediksi harga bitcoin. Algoritma ini merupakan salah satu pemodelan yang dapat menghasilkan performansi yang baik dalam hal prediksi. Dengan menggunakan pemodelan Random Forest Regression, diperoleh nilai MAPE sebesar 1.50% dengan akurasi sebesar 98.50%. Nilai tersebut adalah nilai yang menghasilkan performansi paling baik diantara semua percobaan prediksi bitcoin.

Analisis Tingkat Akurasi Algoritma Moving Average dalam Prediksi Pergerakan Uang Elektronik Bitcoin

<p>Abstrak. Nilai Bitcoin dapat berfluktuasi secara tidak terduga selama periode waktu yang singkat sebagai akibat nilai ekonominya yang masih muda, baru, dan pasar yang tidak cair (non liquid). Permasalahan yang umum dihadapi oleh investor dan trader adalah bagaimana meramalkan pergerakan nilai dari uang elektronik Bitcoin pada masa mendatang berdasarkan data yang telah lampau. Investor dan trader hanya melihat pergerakan berdasarkan pergerakan nilai mata uang dunia dan memutuskan melakukan transaksi jual/beli Bitcoin secara intuitif, sehingga sering salah melakukan transaksi beli/jual. Kesalahan ini membuat banyak investor dan trader mengalami kerugian dalam jumlah yang besar. Kerugian yang terjadi dapat diminimalisir dengan menggunakan sebuah algoritma yang dapat meramalkan pergerakan nilai uang elektronik Bitcoin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis data pergerakan nilai uang elektronik dengan menggunakan algoritma peramalan Moving Average (MA). Data pergerakan Bitcoin yang diuji selama 5 Tahun untuk menguji tingkat akurasi peramalan. Proses pengumpulan data diambil dari data public yang ada di investing.com dan meta trader 4 dengan bantuan bahasa pemerograman C#. Hasil Uji menunjukkan persentasi benar yang diramalkan pada teknik Buy/beli sebesar 62.86%, sedangkan untuk teknik jual pada periode yang sama menunjukkan persentasi kebenaran prediksi hanya sebesar 25%. Bitcoin's value can fluctuate unpredictably over a short period of time as a result of its young, new economic value and a non-liquid market. The problem commonly faced by investors and traders is how to predict the movement of the value of Bitcoin electronic money in the future based on past data. Investors and traders only see movements based on movements in the value of world currencies and decide to buy / sell Bitcoin intuitively, so they often make wrong buying / selling transactions. This error caused many investors and traders to lose a large amount. Losses that occur can be minimized by using an algorithm that can predict the movement of the value of Bitcoin electronic money. This study aims to identify and analyze data on the movement of electronic money values using the Moving Average (MA) forecasting algorithm. Bitcoin movement data tested for 5 years to test the accuracy of forecasting. The data collection process is taken from public data available on investing.com and meta trader 4 with the help of the C# programming language. The test results show that the correct percentage predicted in the Buy / buy technique is 62.86%, while for the selling technique in the same period it shows the percentage of correct predictions is only 25%. However, even though the application of blockchain technology in education has not been utilized globally However, researchers try to evaluate the security of information systems in education using fingerprints by implementing cryptographic hash security sensors so that the results of this study are achieved and are useful for the world of education. Analisis Pola Dan Dampak Serangan Cryptojacking Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Dynamic Analysis

“Miners” bekerja untuk memecahkan masalah matematika yang kompleks untuk menghasilkan pendapatan dalam bentuk mata uang digital, seperti Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, dan lainnya. Proses mining ini membutuhkan perangkat keras yang serius dan sumber daya CPU yang signifikan untuk menciptakan cryptocurrency. Cryptojacking salah satu alat penambangan mata uang digital secara illegal. Cryptojacking dapat memberikan return yang lebih substansial bagi penyerang.Cryptominer jenis ini tidak terlalu membahayakan secara langsung kepada para korbannya, tetapi hanya saja menggunakan akses illegal ke komputer korban dan menggunakan sumber daya korban untuk menambang crypto. Metode yang digunakan adalah dynamic analysis. Dinamic Analysis adalah mencari informasi atau sampel mengenai malware dengan cara menjalankannya. Dengan metode ini dapat terlihat “perilaku” dari malware tersebut sehingga selanjutnya dapat dianalisa dampak yang terjadi. Pengujian malware ini dilakukan dengan 2 cara yaitu pengujian pertama dilakukan dengan javascript injection pada jaringan lokal yang sama dengan korban yaitu wifi publik dan pengujian kedua dengan mengakses website yang terindikasi skrip cryptojacking. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan dynamic analysis dimana cryptojacking dapat menginfeksi langsung ke website atau melalui jaringan local dengan javascript injection, jika website telah terinfeksi cryptojacking maka pengunjung dari website tersebut akan menjadi korban dan terjadi penambangan tersembunyi yang akan memakan sumber daya korban dan cryptojacking operator dalang dibalik website yang terinfeksi akan menerima keuntungan dalam bentuk mata uang digital dari hasil cryptojacking ini

Cryptocurrency adalah mata uang digital dimana transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan transaksi online. Salah satu jenisnya yaitu bitcoin. Bitcoin adalah salah satu mata uang elektronik yang bersifat desentralisasi (tidak terpusat) dan tidak diatur atau dijamin oleh otoritas pusat. Harga Bitcoin sangat ekuktuatif dan sering kali membuat resah pengguna dan investor Bitcoin. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan sebuah metode atau sistem prediksi harga Bitcoin dengan mempelajari pola dan tingkah laku data time series harga historisnya. Dalam Penelitian ini, kontribusi utamanya yaitu analisis sentimen yang dapat membedakan tweet positif dan negatif dari bitcoin di twitter dengan akurasi 80.00%. Dengan model LSTM yang dapat memprediksi harga Bitcoin pada hari berikutnya dengan mempertimbangkan harga historis dan skor sentimen positif dan negatif. Namun teknik ini memerlukan parameter yang tepat untuk mendapatkan hasil prediksi yang akurat. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan jika sistem yang akan dibangun nantinya dapat melihat nilai bitcoin dengan lebih baik lagi. Setelah di evaluasi dengan RMSE didapatkan nilai 335.201882 dengan epoch 10. Semakin kecil RMSE maka semakin baik performansi modelnya terhadap data testing

Data mining for cryptocurrencies price prediction

Abstract Electronic payments is something that is currently in high demand by investors today, but transactions are often constrained due to various problems, especially from third parties. For this reason, cryptocurrency emerged, which is one of the solutions for conducting electronic payment transactions. Some types of cryptocurrency that are most in demand by investors are bitcoin, ethereum, and ripple. The fluctuation value of cryptocurrency is very difficult to predict so that investors often experience losses when making transactions. This study aims to predict cryptocurrency prices such as bitcoin, ethereum and ripple using data mining algorithms. The data mining algorithm used in this prediction process is K-NN, Neural Network, SVM, Linear Regression, Random Forest and Decision Tree. Data mining modeling is done by dividing the dataset into each type of commodity and then analyzed using each algorithm. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy value obtained from some data mining algorithms is good enough to predict cryptocurrency prices

Attendance for staff is one of data collection in the institution as a part of reporting and recording activity. Blockchain technology or distributed ledger has become registration system used in the network. Blockchain technology is one of the technologies that has robust security system and minimizing the lost of data because each node has the copy of data. Blockchain technology can be implemented in many aspects for example in the attendance system in LePKom Gunadarma University based on virtualization. There is an attendance for staff application in LePKom using web application but the database used in the application is centralized. Using centralized database has many disadvantages such us the lost of data or data can be changed by others. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of blockchain technology for staff attendance based on web application in VM LePKom. Method of this research used System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The result of this research was blockchain technology can be implemented in attendance application and distributed database. Data was secured using Proof of Work (PoW) consensus Algorithm and can be validated.

Blockchain Hash, the Missing Axis of the Accounts to Settle the Triple Entry Bookkeeping System

The bookkeeping accounting method recognized all over the world is based on the so-called double entry, with which in each account (defined T-Account for its shape) there are two sections, Debit and Credit. These two sections take on different meanings depending on the nature of each account. The double entry is an exceptional consolidated accounting method that dates back to the fifteenth century, however it has highlighted limits in terms of auditing. The single entry did not take into account the cross relations between the accounts, reporting only on the journal. The double entry has overcome this limit by introducing the ledger, but a cross-check of the mirrored transactions recorded by the other companies is still missing. The introduction of blockchain technology could now offer a new opportunity to ensure further auditing control. The transition from double entry to triple entry is therefore only a matter of time. The blockchain itself is borrowing the word "ledger" from accounting and now it is time for accounting to introduce a third leg (another axis) to the T-Accounts, that can be turned into a new X-shaped version of accounts. This third axis can be used to include the unique identifier of each transaction represented by the Hash.

Bitcoin Price Prediction Using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM): Bitcoin Price Prediction Using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM)

Price fluctuation is a necessity in every business, including the price of Bitcoin. Therefore humans need a device or application that can assist in making predictions quickly and accurately. Deep Learning can be used to make predictions which include setting the parameters used during training, choosing the best parameters for prediction, and choosing the prediction results with the smallest error level in the actual situation. This study performs a Bitcoin price prediction using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). This study uses quantitative calculations on the prediction results. Measurement of accuracy is done by testing the previous price (back testing) and calculating the average error using RMSE and MAPE. The method for generating predictions is LSTM as a type of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) which has the advantage of using long-term memory in handling time series data. LSTM implementation using Python is used for price forecasting with stages starting from data collection and normalization, input and output modeling. The result of this research is a prediction of Bitcoin price with an accuracy rate of 97.48% based on the best model with input layer 2, the number of epochs 100, the number of hidden layers 100, and activation using Softmax. These price predictions can be used as a reference and consideration for traders to create trading strategies and run them automatically on the digital currency market.

Quality of service ethereum blockchain berbasis IPFS untuk validasi ijazah sekolah

Ijazah konvensional mempunyai beberapa kekurangan diantaranya yaitu bisa dipalsukan, membutuhkan tempat pemyimpanan yang aman dan bisa rusak. Oleh karena perlu dibuat teknologi informasi yang bisa mengatasi kekurangan tersebut, salah satunya adalah smart contract pada blockchain Ethereum. Smart contract pada blockchain Ethereum memungkinkan membuat ijazah dengan integritas dan keamanan data yang tinggi, sehingga bisa meminimalisir kerusakan dan pemalsuan ijazah. Akan tetapi blockchain Ethereum memerlukan biaya yang besar dalam menyimpan data yang besar. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengukur performa dari pengimplementasian IPFS pada smart contract yang dapat membuat biaya transaksi lebih stabil dan murah sebesar 61,95% dibandingkan dengan blockchain Ethereum tanpa mengimplementasikan IPFS. Selain itu, performa pada smart contract yang mengimplementasikan IPFS dapat meningkatkan performa dari Quality of Service (QoS) dengan parameter throughput sebesar 6,04 kali, Packet Loss 39,47%, dan Latency 42,28%.

<p><em>Market place </em>bitcoin adalah suatu bentuk pasar komoditas tempat bertemunya penjual dan pembeli bitcoin, meskipun tidak benar-benar berwujud seperti pasar yang biasa kita kenal. Akan tetapi, terdapat berbagai hambatan yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan dan kestabilan <em>profit </em>saat <em>trading </em>manual di pasar bitcoin<em> </em>yaitu kurangnya pengalaman, tekanan psikologis, seperti rasa serakah, terlalu percaya diri, tidak sabar, emosi, dan juga <em>trader </em>harus terus-menerus di depan komputer untuk menjaga dan mengkontrol situasi di pasar. Pembuatan aplikasi<em> </em>berisi tentang sistem <em>trading </em>menggunakan indikator <em>Moving Average,</em> <em>Relative Strenght Index, </em>dan <em>Bollinger Bands. </em>Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk di implementasikan dalam <em>Website </em>dengan bahasa <em>PHP. AJAX </em>yang diaplikasikan pada Aplikasi<em> </em>sekaligus sebagai <em>Function </em>agar data yang didapat secara <em>realtime. </em>Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini telah tercipta sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu <em>trader </em>dan berguna untuk mempermudah kinerja <em>trader </em>di pasar bitcoin. Pengguna aplikasi ini adalah para <em>user </em>yang telah melakukan <em>registrasi </em>pada <em>market place</em> dengan membuka <em>account</em>, tidak terbatas pada trader pemula, juga <em>trader </em>professional.</p>

In this paper, we report the benchmarking results of Hyperledger, a Distributed Ledger, which is the derivation Blockchain Technology. Method to evaluate Hyperledger in a limited infrastructure is developed. The measured infrastructure consists of 8 nodes with a load of up to 20000 transactions/second.. The benchmarking of Hyperledger shows better than a database system in a high workload scenario. We found that the maximum size data volume in one transaction on the Hyperledger network is around ten (10) times of MySQL. Also, the time spent on processing a single transaction in the blockchain network is 80-200 times faster than MySQL. This initial analysis can provide an overview for practitioners in making decisions about the adoption of blockchain technology in their IT systems.

Bitcoin is one of digital assets that can be used to make a profit. One of the ways to use Bitcoin profitly is to trade Bitcoin. At trade activities, decisions making whether to buy or not are very crucial. If we can predict the price of Bitcoin in the future period, we can make a decisions whether to buy Bitcoin or not. Artificial Neural Network can be used to predict Bitcoin price data which is time series data. There are many learning algorithm in Artificial Neural Network, Modified Artificial Bee Colony is one of optimization algorithm that used to solve the optimal weight of Artificial Neural Network. In this study, the Bitcoin exchage rate against Rupiah starting September 1, 2017 to January 4, 2019 are used. Based on the training results obtained that MAPE value is 3,12% and the testing results obtained that MAPE value is 2,02%. This represent that the prediction results from Artificial Neural Network optimized by Modified Artificial Bee Colony algorithm are quite accurate because of small MAPE value.

Blockchain is the core technology used to create cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin. As one part of the fourth industrial Revolution since the invention of steam engines, electricity, and information technology, blockchain technology has begun to be applied in areas such as finance, judiciary, and trade. Blockchain technology uses decentralized, distributed and transparency techniques for data security. This research aims to determine the implementation of blockchain technology in the field of education, especially in the Data Security section. The study uses two methods namely the mind mapping method and literature review. The results of this study showed that with the presence of blockchain technology, the data is more secure from attacks from both inside and outside because it passes through two levels of security, namely encryption and decentralized data.

Blockchain Technology into Gamification on Education

As we know, Indonesia has begun to enter the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era there were many changes in all fields including the presence of blockchain technology which began to be in demand. Including in the field of education, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so significant with the commencement of the abandonment of teaching methods that still use conventional methods. Keep track of tasks by book, face to face communication, which of course will cause many losses in a certain period of time, as many tasks that have long been buried become difficult to find when needed, and the possibility of manipulation of tasks is still great. The learning method is considered as a boring and insecure way, where students cannot explore learning because the collected files can still be manipulated by other parties. So from now on the application of learning methods is changed by the concept of gamification which relies on blockchain technology. The gamification learning method was created to compensate for the times when students preferred to play games rather than learning, therefore the gamification method could be applied to management education in higher education.

Abstrak Bitcoin adalah sebagai pionir dari cryptocurrency dan menjadi daya tarik bagi siapapun untuk bertransaksi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ekonomi Bitcoin berpengaruh terhadap jumlah uang beredar Dolar Singapura dengan volatilitas Bitcoin. Penelitian menggunakan teori yang sudah ada dengan variabel yang berbeda. Data yang digunakan berupa penyedia transaksi Bitcoin, volatilitas Bitcoin, dan jumlah uang beredar di Singapura tahun 2016-2019. Teknik purposive random sampling yang digunakan dengan 42 data dari masing-masing variabel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana, regresi linear berganda, uji statistik t (parsial), dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi Bitcoin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap volatilitas Bitcoin, volatilitas Bitcoin berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar Dolar Singapura, ekonomi Bitcoin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar Dolar Singapura, serta ekonomi Bitcoin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar Dolar Singapura. Kata kunci: ekonomi Bitcoin, volatilitas Bitcoin, jumlah uang beredar Abstract Bitcoin is a pioneer of cryptocurrency and attractive for anyone to trade. This study to determine the Bitcoin economy affects for the money supply of Singapore Dollar with Bitcoin volatility. The research used existing theories with different variables. The data used in the form of Bitcoin exchanges, Bitcoin volatility, and money supply in Singapore during period 2016-2019. Purposive random sampling technique used with 42 data. The research method used classical assumptions which consist of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The research method used in hypothesis testing is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test statistics (partial), and path analysis. The results of this research show that Bitcoin economy is negative impact and significant on Bitcoin volatility, Bitcoin volatility is positive impact and no significant on the money supply of Singapore Dollar, and Bitcoin economy is positive impact and significant on money supply of Singapore Dollar, and Bitcoin economy is positive impact and significant on the money supply of Singapore Dollar. Pemilihan Suara Secara Elektronis Menggunakan Sistem Terdesentralisasi Berbasis Blockchain Ethereum merupakan suatu sistem yang dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pemilihan umum. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dimiliki oleh sistem pemilihan suara secara elektronis yang konvensional dimana integritas data belum terjamin dan data hasil suara kemungkinan dapat dirubah oleh pihak tertentu. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan membuat sistem pemilihan suara secara elektronik yang menyimpan data hasil suara pada blockchain agar integritas data dapat terjamin. Pembuatan sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan bahasa Solidity, bahasa pemrograman yang sudah Turing Complete pada Ethereum. Source code yang dijalankan akan di kompilasi menjadi Bytecode yang kemudian dijalankan pada Ethereum Virtual Machine. Program yang dibuat tersebut kemudian akan di desentralisasi kan menggunakan Blockchain. Hasil nya adalah sistem Electronic Voting yang terdesentralisasi. Sistem ini dapat diakses melalui website https://pemilurt.herokuapp.com/.                                                                                                               Abstract Electronic Voting Using Decentralised System Based On Ethereum’s Blockchain is a system made in the form of application used for Electronic Voting. This is done to solve the current problem on conventional electronic voting system where the integrity of the data can’t be ascertain and the result of the vote can be tampered malicious actors. To solve this problem, an electronic voting system will be built that store the data of election results on blockchain to ensure the integrity of the data. The creation of the system involves using the Solidity language, a Turing Complete programming language used on Ethereum. Source code that will be run will first need to be compiled into Bytecode, which will then in turn run on Ethereum Virtual Machine. The finished program will then be decentralised using Blockchain. The result will be a decentralised Electronic Voting system that can be accessed from the website https://pemilurt.herokuapp.com/.

 LoA or Letter of Acceptance is a statement received. LoA is usually used as a statement of scholarship acceptance or even journal acceptance. In addition, the current issuance of LoA is still conventional, using paper as the access medium. This is certainly inefficient. In addition, the issuance of LoAs that can be accessed through the website also has certain problems. Many parties doubt the security of the LoA issued through the website, whether confidentiality is really maintained or not. To solve this problem, e-LoA (electronic LoA) was implemented using blockchain technology on the Technopreneurship Journal website. With the use of blockchain technology on this website, LoA data cannot be changed, duplicated or deleted. So that it can improve security and support transparency in the issuance and access of LoA. e-LoA issued through the website also makes it easier for parties to access and download a verified LoA.

APLIKASI PREDIKSI JANGKA PENDEK HARGA BITCOIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ARIMA

Bitcoin merupakan mata uang digital yang sekarang paling banyak digunakan. Perubahan harga yang sewaktu-waktu dapat berubah membuat pengguna bitcoin harus teliti ketika melakukan penukaran. Kepopuleran bitcoin terus meningkat dan menjadi aset untuk investasi bagi para penggunanya. Untuk mengatasi perubahan harga yang tidak menentu maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi prediksi harga bitcoin untuk membantu para penggunanya dalam memprediksi harga bitcoin kedepannya. Prediksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) yang mampu menghasilkan tingkat akurasi tinggi dalam prediksi jangka pendek. Metode ini mengabaikan variabel independen dalam membuat prediksi, sehingga cocok untuk data statistik saling terhubung serta memiliki beberapa asumsi yang harus dipenuhi seperti autokorelasi, trend, maupun musiman. Evaluasi hasil prediksi menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil pengujian menujukkan bahwa model ARIMA (3,1,3) menghasilkan prediksi dengan nilai MAPE terkecil daripada kandidat model lainnya. Rata-rata nilai MAPE yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,84 dan rentang nilai 1,34 untuk prediksi hari pertama dan 0,98 untuk prediksi hari ketujuh. Dengan demikian model ARIMA (3,1,3) mampu menghasilkan prediksi dengan akurasi yang baik dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai metode prediksi bitcoin untuk satu sampai tujuh hari kedepan.
