Blockchain is a zero-trust network, making it a potent tool for various services provided that people are ready to believe and invest in it. In the Ethereum world, the blockchain runs on smart contracts, self-executing applications that come at the cost of security. As technology is used increasingly, Election is facing new issues of trust and management. Therefore, E-voting systems are increasingly acceptable because they are more accurate, reliable, practical, and secure. This research purpose is to propose a decentralized elections application based on Ethereum; the application was developed using the Truffle development framework. The actions of the software were written into an Ethereum smart contract, which was then deployed on the Ethereum network. A web interface had been used to read the user's vote before it was broadcast to the Ethereum network through the web3.js API. The ganache was utilized as the Ethereum client. Metalmark was used as a wallet on a website, and the remix was used to deploy the smart contract on the main network, the results of implementing the proposed system show that the cost of each transaction is not stable, its increases with the increase the network load, and the throughput ends up at 14 transactions per second.

Blockchain is a disruptive technology of our time and promises to improve the overall resilience of electronic voting systems. The democratic system is fundamentally based on the right to vote that Allow individuals within the community to express their opinions. While voter turnout has declined in recent years, concerns about the integrity, security, and accessibility of the current voting system have increased. Electronic voting was introduced to address these concerns. However, it is not cost-effective and requires full oversight by a central authority. Blockchain is an emerging decentralized and decentralized technology that promises to improve many aspects of many industries. Extending e-voting to blockchain technology could be a solution to alleviating current concerns about e-voting. In this paper, I proposed a voting system that leverages the Ethereum blockchain and smart contracts to achieve voter management and verifiable voting records.

Traditional methods used for voting includes paper ballot system, EVMs (Electronic Voting Machines), etc. which are still followed and trusted by every voter or citizen blindly. These voting systems can have ambiguity as the data is maintainedunder a centralized environment whether it is counting the paper ballots or storing the vote caste on a computer server. Thisuse of a centralized database for the voting system has some security issues such as Data modification through the third party in the network due to the use of the central database systemas well as the result of the voting is not shown in real-time, or manipulation with the data which can hamper the result and thus have an impact on not only system integrity but also lose faith in democracy, government, nation, etc. The voting methods used in an election should be legal, accurate, safe, and convenient.

Cryptocurrency trends, especially Bitcoin, have gained a place in a group of people and there are even countries that already use Bitcoin as a legal transaction tool. The dynamics that occur in this Bitcoin trend make many new users. This lack of understanding of the technology can cast doubt on those who want to get started, so it is necessary to conduct sentiment analysis to increase knowledge of what Bitcoin is and how it works. This study aims to conduct a Sentiment Analysis regarding Bitcoin through Twitter social media, so that their opinion on this technology will be known. The method used is by using Tweet data that has been downloaded on the www.data.world.com website. The data is the result of using the Crawling technique, then sentiment analysis is carried out to classify a tweet into Neutral, Positive, or Negative. The results showed that from the 1998 dataset, 46.69% were classified as Neutral, then Positive, 43.54%, and 9.75% Negative.

Bitcoin merupakan salah satu aset kripto yang biasa digunakan untuk bertransaksi secara virtual dan merupakan tiga teratas dari cryptocurrency yang paling banyak diperdagangkan. Harga bitcoin dapat berubah setiap waktu, untuk itu diperlukan suatu prediksi harga bitcoin dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan aplikasi orange data mining dalam memprediski harga bitcoin dengan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Prediksi kinerja dari kedua metode yang digunakan dapat dilihat dari hasil Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) dan Mean Absolute Error (MAE). Data bitcoin yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi orange data mining, proses pengujian menerapkan K-Fold Cross Validation (K=5), sedangkan proses perbandingan metode menggunakan Test and Score. Hasil perbandingan kedua model menunjukkan bahwa SVM karena memiliki nilai RMSE dan MAE paling kecil yaitu 0.010 dan 0.008, maka dari itu untuk prediksi harga bitcoin di masa mendatang model Support Vector Machine (SVM) dapat dijadikan rekomendasi terbaik dibandingkan model K-NN.
The study aims to determine the effect of awareness of business students towards cryptocurrencies and readiness of universities and colleges to accept cryptocurrencies as a medium of exchange considering the mediation of business students’ attitude. The research used partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and deployed a questionnaire attuned to the awareness and attitudes of business students towards cryptocurrencies and readiness and compatibility of use to universities and colleges in Ilocos Norte. The output of the investigation revealed that awareness of business students are not correlated to readiness of universities and colleges which means that even though students understand cryptocurrencies, it is not an assurance that universities and colleges are ready to accept it as medium of exchange. The study proposes that trainings and seminars for business students and professionals should be conducted to expand understanding and acceptance of cryptocurrencies.

Therefore, in this paper, the aim of this DLCS (Digital iLearning Chain Scheme) researcher to utilize Bitcoin technology can help overcome the current problem of how to use Bitcoin cryptocurrency technology in the education payment system in Indonesia. This can give birth to a Bitcoin-based scholarship system. This study uses the Blockchain method to build the system, and uses Google Forms to collect information through digital observations and questionnaires. Based on the characteristics of the system, the Slovin formula is used to analyze various aspects of system satisfaction, and the results of 0.840>0.6 are used for processing, which means if alpha>0.6 then the system can be classified as "reliable". The reliability test proved that the evaluation was based on the provided questionnaire.

Selain itu dilihat dari segi potensi atau peluang yang ada Desain Karakter 2 Dimensi “Kerbau” sebagai simbol Minangkabau dalam penerapan NFT ini mendukung mulai dari trend dan Fenomena NFT yang sudah terjadi belakangan ini, tinggal bagaimana memanfaatkan peluang dari NFT itu sendiri untuk dijadikan sebagai media yang informatif yang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah berupa rancangan Desain Karakter 2 Dimensi “Kerbau” sebagai simbol budaya Minangkabau dalam penerapan NFT dan juga media pendukung lainnya untuk memberikan informasi secara langsung dengan tampilan yang komunikatif, efektif, efisien, juga disampaikan dengan menggunakan Bahasa yang verbal dan visual kepada publik. Metode pengumpulan data pada perancangan ini adalah Observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode perancangan yang akan digunakan yaitu adalah metode ADDIE dengan metode analisis data yaitu 5W+1H (What, When, Who, dan How). Media Utama pada perancangan ini yaitu Desain Karakter 2 Dimensi “Kerbau” sebagai simbol budaya Minangkabau dalam penerapan NFT. Media pendukung yang digunakan adalah X-banner, Baju Kaos, Digital Printing, Mug, Totebag, dan Sticker.

Sertifikat harus dibuat dan disimpan dengan metode dan keamanan yang baik untuk mencegah terjadinya perubahan isi atau bahkan pemalsuan. Teknologi blockchain merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan proses penyimpanan yang aman dengan ongkos yang rendah. Keamanan terjamin karena semua orang bisa mengambil bagian untuk menyimpan data dengan ledger yang terdistribusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perancangan sistem yang dibuat dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembuatan teknologi blockchain sebagai media penerbitan sertifikat dan validasinya dapat dibuat menggunakan program milik Ethereum yaitu Geth dan penyimpanan data menggunakan smart contract yang diterbitkan pada jaringan blockchain. Hasil dari pengujian reliabilitas terhadap sistem menunjukkan bahwa bahwa sistem berhasil memproses 200 transaksi dalam waktu kurang lebih 8 detik. Untuk pengujian skalabilitas didapatkan estimasi 10 juta blok membutuhkan kapasitas penyimpanan sebesar 22,6 GB untuk menjadi node atau miner pada jaringan blockchain ini.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>A certificate is a form of appreciation that a person receives after completing a certain competency or learning test. Based on the results of research and design of the system, it can be concluded that the process of making blockchain technology as a media for issuing certificates and validation can be made using Ethereum's proprietary program Geth and data storage using smart contracts issued on the blockchain network. The results of the reliability testing of the system indicate that the system successfully processed 200 transactions in approximately 8 seconds. For scalability testing, it is estimated that 10 million blocks require a storage capacity of 22.6 GB to become a node or miner on this blockchain network.</em></p><p><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

In society 5.0, technology is judged not only by its intelligence but also by its benefits in helping humans. In a company, documents are precious objects, so that various things are very concerning, such as ratification, storage, and sharing of documents. 2 (two) problems were identified, namely that many companies still use the manual method where documents must be printed to be ratified by meeting directly and conventionally storing printed documents, so it is considered ineffective and efficient. These problems can be overcome with a Software as a Service (SaaS)-based digital signature system with distributed Blockchain support, making it easier for companies to validate and store documents. By using the SDLC waterfall development method and six literature studies. Researchers hope that digital signatures make it easier for everyone to validate digitally without having to print documents and do not need to think about the validity of the digital documents so that they can be considered effective and efficient to facilitate work.
