A Multi-Criteria Recommender System For NFT Based IAP In RPG Game

Reza Putra Pradana, Mochamad Hariadi, Reza Fuad Rachmadi, Yunifa Miftachul Arif

The market value of the gaming industry in 2021 is said to be more than 198.40 billion USD. Market value is also supported by the number of gamers, with 4.75 billion in January 2022. In today’s In-App Purchase (IAP) income method has become a big trend in today’s modern era models of free-to-play games, where gamers can choose or buy many items during the game to speed up the progress of the game or enjoy the full content of the game. However, sometimes players are overwhelmed with the number of items on offer, making it difficult for players to choose because the game content is too diverse. In addition, players are also worried about the security of their digital assets because, in 2021, there will be 7.5 million digital assets lost due to hacking. We propose a recommendation system to make it easier for players to choose items that suit their playstyle to solve this problem. We use the multi-criteria recommender system (MCRS) method because this method can improve the accuracy of recommendations compared to conventional recommendations that only use one criterion. In this study, we used eight criteria to calculate the recommendations. The results of our recommendation test show the accuracy value = 0.71, precision = 0.76, recall = 0.71 and F1 score = 0.66. To address security issues, we propose the implementation of a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) for each item. NFT can increase security because it uses a decentralized blockchain architecture in which every transaction is encrypted. The system guarantees that the assets will remain online so that users do not risk losing ownership of their assets when the developer changes game data, or the game server closes.

Organ Bank Based on Blockchain

Navjeevan Chaudhary, Sunilkumar S. Manvi, Nimrita Koul

The organ donation and transplant numbers differ in large numbers. The main reason for the difference is the number of donations that are performed compared to the number of organs being transplanted. A total of 7453 transplants were completed in the year 2020 whereas the number of patients who required transplants was over 2 lakhs. This significant difference is mainly due to the unawareness in the people of the importance of organ donation. On top of this, the black marketing of the organs is another major aspect which has led to an unorganized distribution of the organs. The existing system relies upon the central database system which includes the problems of reliability, immutability of the records and security of the data. The central database system lacks the validation methods for checking if the data has been modified or changed since they are the single source of information. This paper aims to solve the problem by using blockchain technology to store the records of the organs which can be tracked if any changes are occurred and stop the potential black marketing of the organs by verifying all the records that have been entered. The performance of the system will be measured based on the average response time of the system and the gas money used by the Ethereum Smart Contracts. We have found very low response times and lower cost of maintenance for the smart contacts, which shows that this approach can be used in the real-time organ transplant network.

Blockchain-based Attendance Management and Payroll System using Hyperledger Composer Framework

Delphi Hanggoro, Jauzak Hussaini Windiatmaja, Riri Fitri Sari

Data storage for attendance at a company or agency is usually stored in a local or cloud database. This type of storage has several issues, such as privacy and data integrity, because several parties will fully regulate privacy and data integrity. Therefore, a data storage system is needed that can provide privacy, security, and data integrity to maintain the authenticity of sensitive data. This study wants to develop to implement blockchain technology to store employee attendance data from the HR department in a company. Employee attendance data is taken from the Angular web application integrated with a permissioned blockchain framework called Hyperledger Composer. This study chose Hyperledger Composer because this type of blockchain has a fast validation time. Hyperledger Composer has a Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface (REST API) named composer-rest-server, which allows Hyperledger blockchain to interact with other components. The implementation results show that Hyperledger Composer can be functionally used as data storage for the attendance management and Payroll system. In addition, Hyperledger Composer performance is measured by evaluating block transaction times. The evaluation of the Hyperledger Composer is done in three ways: directly within the Hyperledger Composer, using the Angular web application through the REST API, and using JMeter through the REST API. As a result, testing for making transaction blocks varies from 1 - 17ms on an experiment directly in Hyperledger Composer, 5 - 296ms through the REST API using JMeter tools, and 1 - 4270ms through the Angular Web Application. The result shows that the performance of the REST API produced by the composer-rest-server is recorded faster than Ethereum. With these results, composer-rest-server can handle systems that require fast transaction times, such as voting systems, health monitoring, and the Internet of Things (IoT) application, because the average time to conduct transactions is still under one second. Thus, Hyperledger as attendance data storage can provide privacy and data integrity.

A Blockchain-based Halal Certificate Recording and Verification Prototype

Anak Agung Gde Agung, Heru Nugroho, Robbi Hendriyanto

Halal certification assures that a product or a service has been created, processed, and delivered according to Islamic laws. Currently, the certificate is printed on a security paper and includes a QR code that can be used to verify the certificate online. However, there are some problems with the ongoing certificate verification process. The verification site is centralized, creating a single point of failure. The current verification system is also unable to detect the modified printed certificate. The research aims to propose an alternative halal certificate recording and verification system. A smart contract that runs on the Ethereum blockchain is developed and deployed for that purpose. As a result, the average certificate creation cost is US$20.035, and the process requires 5.75 seconds, while verification is free, and the result can be obtained in about one second. Utilizing the blockchain to store and verify the halal certificate increases trust in the product or service since once the data is stored, it cannot be changed and accessible to the public. Nodes around the world replicate the blockchain to ensure service availability. For future consideration, the system can be extended to automate and track the halal application process and integrated as an alternative to the current system by implementing multiple signatures in the smart contract for each party. Furthermore, the system can be integrated with a peer-to-peer sharing system such as IPFS to store the digital certificate

Data security or secure storage of medical information is usually a significant concern for the bulk of the population. An efficient healthcare system needs a technology platform to speak firmly and seamlessly. Block chain has been emerging technology for a few years now. The key options of block chain which attract most developers are its immutableness, decentralization, transparency, distributed ledger. We tend to propose a Healthcare Secure Information Storage System (Life Care) that firmly manages personal medical records and creates an interaction between Doctors and Patients. The Life Care system is meant to improve the current systems because it provides interoperable, secure, and effective access for medical records by patients. It provides timed-based smart contract for governing transactions and dominant access to electronic medical records. The security is ensured by using SHA-256 encryption technique with Blockchain to store hash data for providing security, new incentive mechanism that leverages the degree of health suppliers concerning their efforts in maintaining medical records and making new blocks.

Abstract
Often the rapid development of the world economy and also Islam is the majority of Indonesian people, as Muslims must understand technology Cryptocurrencies and activities related to these technologies, as well as understanding the law in Islamic Sharia are sourced from Hadith and verses of the Koran. Cryptocurrency is virtual money, digital money, or electronic money that exists in cyberspace and does not have a concrete form of object. This cryptocurrency has many kinds, including Litecoin, Monero, Ether, Ripple, Ethereum, Qtum, Dash, Zcash, and Bitcoin. Bitcoin security is protected by Blockchain technology. However, Bitcoin does not have an underlying asset (underlaying asset) and there is no responsible authority agency, its ownership is anonymous, its value fluctuations are very extreme, and is dominated by the opinion publication factor of the marketing system. That is why the use of Bitcoin in investment and business transactions raises pros and cons among economists and scholars. This study aims to get an overview of Bitcoin technology, especially about Blockchain and the legitimacy of its use in investment and business transactions according to Islamic law. The applied theory used is the business taxonomy of haram lidzatihi and haram lighairihi from the number of scholars reconstructed by Adiwarman Abdul Karim. This research is a literature study. The data sources for this research were taken from the Koran, the hadith of the Prophet, classical and contemporary books, as well as from online media sources. From this study, it was found that Bitcoin technology with Blockchain can indeed be recognized as an excellent revolutionary technology, but its use as an investment instrument contains elements of maysir (betting) and as an instrument of business transactions contains elements of gharar. Its legal position is haram lighairihi.
