KENOS — Kohenoor Operating System Official Description and Public Disclosure KENOS, the Kohenoor Operating System, is the unified digital operating environment of the Kohenoor ecosystem. KEN-HyFi Operating System is a comprehensive architecture for the AI-powered digital economy, integrating hybrid finance, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, education, security, tokenized settlement, and business intelligence into a unified operational framework. Unraveling the Secrets of Uniqlo's Success via UPCT: Structural Analysis of a Generative Circular Enterprise

Why does the pursuit of "correct answers" and optimization suffocate modern organizations in the AI era? This paper analyzes Uniqlo (Fast Retailing) not merely as an excellent company, but as a "Generative Circular Enterprise" that structurally refuses to crystallize. It serves as a survival manifesto using Universal Phase Crystallization Theory (UPCT) to shift corporate OS from static management to dynamic Generativity. Highlights The Shift in Era: Contrasts the failure of traditional "S-origin" (Plan-driven) management in the population onus era with Uniqlo's "Φ-origin" (Generation-driven) adaptability. Structural Fluidity: Reveals how the absence of a "Corporate Planning Department" functions as a deliberate mechanism to prevent the fixation of strategy (S) and maintain organizational metabolism. Epistemology of Execution: Reinterprets "1% Plan, 99% Execution" not as spirit, but as a rational cycle of discarding static maps (S) to navigate the fluid reality (Φ). Purpose as OS: Defines "Global One" and "LifeWear" not as static slogans, but as a distributed operating system that enables autonomous decentralized processing. The AI Trap: Warns that using AI for mere optimization shrinks the "basin of attraction," and proposes using AI as a "solvent" to melt rigid structures. Summary Modern corporations face a paradox: the more they utilize data and AI to optimize efficiency, the more they lose vitality and resilience. This paper diagnoses this pathology as the "Curse of Crystallization" defined by Universal Phase Crystallization Theory (UPCT). Traditional organizations fixate on "Correct Answers (S)" derived from past data, creating rigid structures that cannot adapt to the "Generative Flow (Φ)" of the population onus era. Uniqlo (Fast Retailing) presents a counter-model. By reversing the management vector to Φ→G→S, Uniqlo starts with formless will and market intuition, crystallizing them into provisional products only to immediately deconstruct and regenerate them. This "Non-Fixed Structure"—exemplified by the lack of a central planning department and the fluid leadership of Tadashi Yanai—allows the giant enterprise to move with the agility of a startup, constantly surfing the phase transition between order and chaos. Finally, the paper addresses the critical challenge of the Artificial Intelligence era. If AI is used solely to reinforce past success models (S, it accelerates organizational rigidity (the shrinking of the basin of attraction). We argue that the role of human intelligence is to act as a "Generator" that utilizes AI to melt frozen concepts, ensuring the organization remains a living, metabolic system. Bitcoin vs Mutual Funds : which is more profitable?

The phenomenon of increasing public interest in investing in crypto assets, especially Bitcoin, has raised major questions about its feasibility and profitability compared to conventional investment instruments such as mutual funds. This study aims to compare the profitability and risk levels between Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency asset and mutual funds as traditional financial instruments. Although Bitcoin has gained increasing popularity as an alternative investment, there remains a lack of empirical research directly comparing its performance with mutual funds over an equivalent time horizon. Using a quantitative approach, this study analyzes historical monthly data from 2015 to 2024. Metrics such as cumulative return, average monthly return, CAGR, Sharpe Ratio, and maximum drawdown were employed to evaluate the performance of both instruments. Positioned within the existing literature on asset comparison, this study offers a novel empirical contribution by directly contrasting Bitcoin and mutual funds through risk-return analysis. The findings reveal that while Bitcoin offers significantly higher returns, it also carries much greater volatility and drawdown risk. These insights serve as a practical foundation for designing investment strategies aligned with different investor risk profiles. The research contributes to the body of knowledge in portfolio management and data-driven investment decision-making. Yes, You Should Own Bitcoin

This article attempts to challenge the argument that bitcoin cannot be owned within a libertarian legal order. According to the contested view, bitcoin, as a digital asset, does not meet the criteria for traditional ownership due to its nonphysical nature as an intangible asset. However, the counterargument presented in the article asserts that people should have property rights over bitcoin due to the facts that the technology behind bitcoin makes it a scarce rivalrous resource and conflicts over the use of bitcoin goods can arise. It is the general function of property rights to avoid possible clashes over the use of scarce, rivalrous resources by assigning rights of exclusive ownership; hence, property rights should extend to bitcoin. The article also discusses the implications of recognizing bitcoin as an ownable scarce resource within a private law society and addresses the challenges associated with penalizing bitcoin theft.

Sustainability of cryptocurrency in blockchain technology for business development in African Countries

The aim of the paper is to analyze the sustainability of cryptocurrency in blockchain technology in African countries for securing financial business transactions. Following the subprime crisis that shook the world economy, a new perception of money has emerged. It is a fully digital currency whose transactions are made through a distributed network. This algorithm-encrypted currency, reputed to be tamper-proof, transparent and inclusive, relies on a distributed network called the Blockchain. By comparison with traditional registers in which operations are paginated and successively recorded, transactions in blockchain technology are aggregated within the chain of blocks. It is decentralized since it is replicated on several geographic sites around the world. It enables peer-to-peer transactions, automated in real-time, reliable, secure, without intermediaries and non-repudiable. To ensure maximum security during financial transactions, blockchain miners use cryptography. This distributed system is, therefore, a major technological innovation capable of securing the financial infrastructure and mitigating failures by reducing operational risks. According to our analysis based on the Merkle tree model and blockchain energy consumption, the sustainability of cryptocurrency is a major issue for developing countries. Especially in Africa, its practicality poses a number of constraints.

We apply quantitative finance methods and economic arguments to cryptocurrencies in general and bitcoin in particular -- as there are about $10,000$ cryptocurrencies, we focus (unless otherwise specified) on the most discussed crypto of those that claim to hew to the original protocol (Nakamoto, 2009) and the one with, by far, the largest market capitalization. In its current version, in spite of the hype, bitcoin failed to satisfy the notion of without (it proved to not even be a currency at all), can be neither a short nor long term store of value (its expected value is no higher than $0$), cannot operate as a reliable inflation hedge, and, worst of all, does not constitute, not even remotely, a safe haven for one's investments, a shield against government tyranny, nor a tail protection vehicle for catastrophic episodes. Furthermore, there appears to be an underlying conflation between the success of a payment mechanism (as a decentralized mode of exchange), which so far has failed, and the speculative variations in the price of a zero-sum asset with massive negative externalities. Going through monetary history, we also show how a true numeraire must be one of minimum variance with respect to an arbitrary basket of goods and services, how gold and silver lost their inflation hedge status during the Hunt brothers squeeze in the late 1970s and what would be required from a true inflation hedged store of value.

Stocks and Cryptocurrencies: Anti-fragile or Robust?

In contrast with robust systems that resist noise or fragile systems that break with noise, antifragility is defined as a property of complex systems that benefit from noise or disorder. Here we define and test a simple measure of antifragility for complex dynamical systems. In this work we use our antifragility measure to analyze real data from return prices in the stock and cryptocurrency markets. Our definition of antifragility is the product of the return price and a perturbation. We explore different types of perturbations that typically arise from within the system. Our results suggest that for both the stock market and the cryptocurrency market, the tendency among the 'top performers' is to be robust rather than antifragile. It would be important to explore other possible definitions of antifragility to understand its role in financial markets and in complex dynamical systems in general.

Multiscale characteristics of the emerging global cryptocurrency market

The review introduces the history of cryptocurrencies, offering a description of the blockchain technology behind them. Differences between cryptocurrencies and the exchanges on which they are traded have been shown. The central part surveys the analysis of cryptocurrency price changes on various platforms. The statistical properties of the fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market have been compared to the traditional markets. With the help of the latest statistical physics methods the non-linear correlations and multiscale characteristics of the cryptocurrency market are analyzed. In the last part the co-evolution of the correlation structure among the 100 cryptocurrencies having the largest capitalization is retraced. The detailed topology of cryptocurrency network on the Binance platform from bitcoin perspective is also considered. Finally, an interesting observation on the Covid-19 pandemic impact on the cryptocurrency market is presented and discussed: recently we have witnessed a "phase transition" of the cryptocurrencies from being a hedge opportunity for the investors fleeing the traditional markets to become a part of the global market that is substantially coupled to the traditional financial instruments like the currencies, stocks, and commodities. The main contribution is an extensive demonstration that structural self-organization in the cryptocurrency markets has caused the same to attain complexity characteristics that are nearly indistinguishable from the Forex market at the level of individual time-series. However, the cross-correlations between the exchange rates on cryptocurrency platforms differ from it. The cryptocurrency market is less synchronized and the information flows more slowly, which results in more frequent arbitrage opportunities. The methodology used in the review allows the latter to be detected, and lead-lag relationships to be discovered.
