Four Gears and a Wall A Predictive Machine for the Prime Lattice, and a Proof of Its Boundary

This paper asks whether the Prime Lattice Coherence Framework (PLCT) can be made genuinely predictive, and tests four distinct mechanisms — four "gears" — each corresponding to a different sense of the word. Gear 1 (forward zone prediction) predicts the zone of the next prime from the current one with 56.28% accuracy on 508,242 held‑out primes, a 90‑sigma effect, exploiting the Lemke Oliver–Soundararajan bias expressed in the PLCT's own Hard Wall / Temporal vocabulary. Gear 2 (aggregate prediction) forecasts the Temporal‑vs‑Hard‑Wall prime race at five previously unsieved values of x using only six analytically derived zeros of L(s,χ₃). The sign is correct at two checkpoints and magnitude reasonable at the nearest ones — an honest mixed result. Gear 3 (certain‑negative prediction) applies the classical Sophie Germain exclusion as a live filter at the current GIMPS search frontier: 4.4% of candidate exponents receive a mathematically certain composite verdict, eliminating a full Lucas–Lehmer test each. Zero-Knowledge Genomic Similarity via Reversible MCT Matrix Encoding

We introduce a reversible 2×2 matrix encoding for DNA sequences, the M¨obius-Compatible Transform (MCT), which maps each base to a pair of signed linear update operators whose product yields a final matrix from which the original sequence can be exactly recovered. To capture global structural properties, we further define an 8-dimensional structural signature vector. Combining matrix-level and signature-level deviations, we construct a hybrid distance metric that is biologically meaningful, mutation-stable, and fully linearizable. All matrix and signature components are projected into a finite field and committed using Pedersen commitments. We design an R1CS formulation that expresses the hybrid distance D using absolute-value decomposition and non-negativity constraints, enabling a zero-knowledge proof that D ≤ T without revealing any DNA information. We implement a complete end-to-end Python prototype integrating reversible encoding, commitment generation, R1CS verification, and large-scale distance evaluation. In a blind analysis of 10,000 randomly generated sequences, the system classifies individuals into high-, medium-, and low-similarity groups relative to a reference sequence without accessing any raw genomic data. Our results demonstrate a lightweight, algebraically structured alternative to MPC- and HE-based approaches for privacy-preserving genomics, providing a practical foundation for zero- knowledge genomic similarity proofs.

A Self-Referential Algebraic Quine in the "A Sign In Space" Signal: Complete derivation from raw binary data with computational proof

We demonstrate that the binary payload of the "A Sign In Space" signal (data17square.bin, 8192 bytes) contains a self-referential algebraic structure — a mathematical quine. Through a systematic reverse-engineering and cryptanalytic approach, starting from the raw file as the sole axiom, we derive a chain of algebraic objects over the finite field GF(625): 48 field elements, a 42-amino-acid protein sequence, an elliptic curve, and amino acid coordinate values. Fractal Time Series Analysis of Social Network Activities

In the work, a comparative correlation and fractal analysis of time series of Bitcoin crypto currency rate and community activities in social networks associated with Bitcoin was conducted. A significant correlation between the Bitcoin rate and the community activities was detected. Time series fractal analysis indicated the presence of self-similar and multifractal properties. The results of researches showed that the series having a strong correlation dependence have a similar multifractal structure.
