A crescente complexidade do comércio internacional ressalta a importância dos PortCommunity Systems (PCS) para a eficiência portuária. Porém, a literatura carece deuma consolidação sistemática das boas práticas de tecnologia para tais sistemas. Esteestudo tem como objetivo identificar, analisar e categorizar tais práticas por meio deuma revisão de literatura e análise de conteúdo. A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases dedados Scopus e Web of Science, que resultou na análise de 17 artigos acadêmicos.Os resultados identificaram dez categorias de boas práticas tecnológicas para PCS.As mais citadas são: adoção de tecnologias emergentes, interoperabilidade,governança, infraestrutura de TI e análise de dados. O estudo também revelou oitotecnologias emergentes cuja adoção constitui boas práticas de PCS, como Internetdas Coisas, inteligência artificial e blockchain, o que demonstra o foco da pesquisarecente em tais ferramentas. A categorização das boas práticas e a identificação dastecnologias relevantes fornecem uma visão abrangente que pode auxiliar gestoresportuários, desenvolvedores e pesquisadores a entenderem as tendências essenciaise a aprimorar a eficiência, transparência e competitividade nos portos.
Nekada davno svaki oblik trgovine podrazumijevao je trampu za određene artikle bez formiranja standardiranih cijena. Izumom novca eliminira se potreba "dvostruke podudaranost želja" čime se omogućava specijalizacija poslova. Povećanjem specijalizacije proprocionalno se ubrzavaju i inovacije i razvoj tehnologije. Što postepeno dovodi do fundamentalnog izuma interneta, koji u potpunosti mjenja ljudski život u gotovo svakom pogledu. Počevši od brzine i količine informacije koje postaju lako dostupne, novih oblika trgovina i plaćanja, pa do ljudskih navika. 2008. počinje nova era interneta, pojavom blockchain tehnologije i Bitcoina. Kroz vrijeme se pojavljuju novi alternativi tokeni koji nude razne mogućnosti na decentraliziranoj mreži. U radu se provodi istraživanje na temu "Kriptovalute i njihov utjecaj na turizam" gdje se utvrđuju glavne motivacije, zadovoljstvo i namjera ponovnog korištenja kriptovaluta. Rezultati pokazuju kako su ljudi primarno motivirani brzinom i jednostavnošću transakcije, te uklanjanjem konverzije valuta. Korisnici su zadovoljni dosadašnjim transakcijama, te većinskim dijelom smatraju kako bi ih koristili i češće ukoliko bi se povećao broj turističkih usluga koji bi primali kriptovalute.
The Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in 2013-2014 was the most comprehensive analysis of anthropogenic climate change, its impacts, and potential responses. It concluded that climate change is “unequivocal” and human activities are the dominant cause. Avoidance of “dangerous” climate change will require sustained substantial reductions of emissions by mid-century and that net emissions decrease to zero before 2100. This paper describes, reviews and explains the place of tourism in AR5 and AR5’s relevance for tourism’s future, including impacts, adaptation, vulnerabilities, and mitigation. Tourism’s position in AR5 has strengthened, particularly with respect to the recognition of transboundary impacts, the sector’s contribution to climate change and its mitigation requirements. Major regional knowledge gaps persist. A lack of understanding of the integrated impacts of climate change and the effectiveness of adaptation strategies potentially hinders the development of resilient tourism operations and destinations. Uncertainties regarding tourist response to climate change impacts and mitigation policy impede predictions of tourism demand. The implications of different decarbonization pathways for the future of international tourism represent a key knowledge gap. The limited response of key tourism organizations to AR5 contributes to the risks climate change poses to the sector. The purpose of this exploratory research is to investigate the adoption tendencies of the Internet of Things, Big Data, Augmented Reality and Distributed Ledger technologies applied for Bills of Lading, along with the tendencies to adopt Cyber Safe environments for fleets, governing the future of onboard technology adoption in the Greek maritime shipping industry. The final goal is to determine the overall attitude regarding technology adoption of the Greek maritime industry, and henceforward, create an initial framework for further research for those who wish to examine future information technology adoptions within the Greek maritime shipping industry, or any other industry of traditional nature.
In recent years, sponge city construction has aroused widespread concern; the financing mode of the sponge city also has the discussion value due to its important safeguard function to smoothly carry on the construction of sponge city. The financing mode of the sponge city is divided into two parts in this paper, including the financing mode in Japan and America with the developed capital market, and the financing mode & experience in Germany whose capital market is less developed but has the complete market economy system, and introduces significance to our country brought by the successful experiences of the financing mode of the overseas -the decentralization of the local government bond issuance right, the establishment of the effective supervision mechanism; the flexible use of bank loans, supported by the preferential fiscal policy; the establishment of the government credit rating system, perfect the credit information publicity system; charge to the residents of the installation fee of the sponge city, relief the cost to who build the devices by themselves.
