Resumo / Abstract : Este artigo pretende demonstrar como o Bitcoin se insere na construção de uma cultura de paz. Apresenta a evolução do conceito, de “não guerra” para “não violência”, e caracteriza a cultura de paz como uma dinâmica social de colaboração. Pontua que as transações não mediadas por terceiros possibilitam que os indivíduos escapem da influência econômica que acentua a assimetria de poder. Reconhece que a dinâmica que recompensa e incentiva a integridade da rede bitcoin privilegia a colaboração. Ao final, conclui que estamos diante de uma infraestrutura monetária que possibilita aquilo que queremos ver acontecer. This paper aims to demonstrate how Bitcoin fits into the construction of a culture of peace. It presents the evolution of the concept, from "non-war" to "non-violence," and characterizes the culture of peace as a social dynamic of collaboration. It points out that transactions not mediated by third parties allow individuals to escape the economic influence that accentuates power asymmetry. It recognizes that the dynamic that rewards and encourages the integrity of the Bitcoin network prioritizes collaboration. In conclusion, it states that we are facing a monetary infrastructure that enables what we want to see happennig.

Este trabalho investiga como grandes veículos da imprensa brasileira tem enquadrado o Bitcoin ao longo de seus mais de quinze anos de existência, analisando as narrativas predominantes, seus vieses e as transformações editoriais ocorridas desde 2010. A pesquisa parte da Teoria do Enquadramento (Framing Theory), conforme formulada por Erving Goffman (1974) e ampliada por Robert Entman (1993), e utiliza a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (1977) para sistematizar e interpretar os dados coletados. O corpus é composto por 530 reportagens publicadas nos portais G1, O Globo e Valor Econômico, nas quais o termo “Bitcoin” aparece no título ou corpo da matéria. Cada notícia foi codificada segundo cinco dispositivos de enquadramento (protagonismo, tom, natureza, fonte e contexto) permitindo a quantificação dos sentidos narrativos e a detecção de padrões discursivos. Os resultados indicam que o enquadramento midiático brasileiro tende à associação do Bitcoin a contextos criminosos, com tom majoritariamente negativo e materiais noticiosos que enfatizam reveses em detrimento de abordagens tecnológicas, sociais ou educacionais. Comparações com estudos internacionais revelam similaridades na ênfase global sobre risco e criminalidade, embora a mídia brasileira apresente menor atenção à dimensão sociotecnológica e cultural da criptomoeda. O estudo conclui que a cobertura nacional tem contribuído para a formação de um senso comum desinformado, mais guiado por alarmismo do que por compreensão técnica, evidenciando o papel do enquadramento jornalístico na construção pública da imagem do Bitcoin no Brasil.

The novelty of the subject and the small amount of publicity outside specialized circles turn non-fungible tokens (NFTs) something that is still mysterious and lacks materiality. In response to the question: "What are NFTs?", we will characterize them as digitally created assets that can represent virtual or non-virtual objects, which are registered on a blockchain, traded using cryptocurrencies and protected using cryptography. The research is linked to a class perspective, as an intellectual effort to confront and defend the overcoming of the capitalist order, inserting itself into the gaps in content and approach on the subject. The aim is to make a contribution to the existing knowledge that also take on the perspective of the working class in order to think about a diferente sociability from the current one. It is, therefore, necessary to analyze NFTs within capitalist sociability, as an object that arose in a specific context, under specific conditions and with underlying political-ideological values. The effort to understand specific contemporary phenomena can reveal clues that help us understand the capitalist system as a whole. In other words, NFTs offer an opportune way of shedding light on contemporary capitalism through the articulation between recent technological development and the theoretical tradition begun by Marx. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the links between new technologies, fetishism, alienation, and capitalist ideology, based on the phenomenon of NFTs. In this process, critical reflections on the categories of fetishism, alienation and ideology will be developed in order to understand the process by which NFTs, as an example of new technology, correspond to a fetish and thus contribute to the reproduction of capitalist ideology. As a working hypothesis, we sought to verify whether, and if so, how technologies that present themselves as revolutionary within the capitalist framework conform to capitalist society by exacerbating dominant social relations and contributing to the reproduction of its ideology, based on the case of NFTs. To this end, a bibliographical research was carried out, fulfilling the objectives of substantiating the object and positioning the research critically against current views. The scheme of successive readings, from exploratory to interpretative readings, met the need to discuss the subject critically and interpret it from our position and purpose. The theoretical framework was based on the Marxist tradition, taking up classic categories and authors and articulating them with contemporary authors. Through this process, the ways in which NFTs contribute to the reproduction of capitalist society were identified. Their discursive role and their role in propagating capitalist values go alongside the functions of enabling channels for capital appreciation and as a means of commodifying previously non-marketable objects. NFTs are both a reflection of the capitalist mode and an element that reinforces its logic, constituting fetishes.

This paper presents a cartography of networks in (co)operation, in an urban movement: Porto Alegre Vive. We used the network topology for centralized, decentralized and distributed networks; some principles of complex thinking: dialogic, hologram and self-eco-organization, as well as the perspective of order-disorder-organization. The results point to communication forms; to centralization and mediation, as well as the distribution, emphasizing a non-bou­ndary paradigm. The cooperation is understood as cause and effect of more autonomous relations and, therefore, more democratic.
