The popularity of blockchain technology has seen a dramatic increase throughout the year of 2021 and 2022, with numerous use cases in various global industries. This includes the use of cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens, decentralized autonomous organizations, and others. In Malaysia, there is also an apparent increase in general awareness towards the technology, with Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission actively participating in the Committee for Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology. This study specifically examined at the Malaysian manufacturing industry, attempting to assess their general sentiments towards blockchain technology and how it could help to improve various supply chain processes. The quantitative study received 114 valid responses from management level employees with Malaysian manufacturers, enabling the researchers to assess the task technology fit, perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PUSE), and technology readiness index (TRI). The analysis indicated that there is indeed a high task technology fit in the Malaysian manufacturing sector. In addition, this industry showed a positive sentiment towards blockchain technology, with high scores in PEOU, PUSE, and TRI. The high TRI numbers also had a positive significant relationship on the decision to adopt this technology within the manufacturing companies to improve various supply chain processes.

This research explores the applications of blockchain in education, focusing on solving issues in the teaching learning process, protecting intellectual property rights, certifying course credits, issuing digital certificates, and sharing resources. The research employs data collection methods, and the analysis of blockchain’s advantages and features, as well as its current applications, reveals its benefits in the field of education. The results and discussions reflect the challenges and potential of implementing blockchain technology, emphasizing the need for careful consideration regarding data security. The conclusion states that blockchain can be successfully applied in education, provided it is understood and implemented with precision. This significantly contributes to meeting the needs and demands of contemporary education.

ABSTRACT. The metaverse is a simulated digital environment that combines augmented reality, virtual reality, block chain, and social media to create user interaction areas that mimic the real world. It uses the block chain to ensure the uniqueness of digital goods, and non-fungible tokens (NFT) are unique and non-duplicable cryptographic tokens on the blockchain. NFT represent collectible digital assets with the same value as physical assets. However, Indonesian law does not provide specific rules for the metaverse and NFT. This research aims to describe the validity of buying and selling NFT on the metaverse, using a statutory approach method, conceptual approach method, normative juridical data collection type, analytical descriptive research specifications, and qualitative data analysis techniques. Ransverse, a virtual land buying and selling platform, does not meet the requirements of the "a lawful cause" clause in Indonesian law, as it does not have certification related to Trading Through Electronic Systems (PSME). Indonesian law mandates the use of rupiah as a means of payment for all transactions, including electronic and physical ones. Ransverse transactions are invalid and illegal, violating the principle of legal certainty. ABSTRAK. Metaverse adalah lingkungan digital simulasi yang menggabungkan augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain, dan media sosial untuk menciptakan area interaksi pengguna yang meniru dunia nyata. Metaverse menggunakan blockchain untuk memastikan keunikan barang digital, dan non-fungible token (NFT) adalah token kriptografi yang unik dan tidak dapat digandakan pada blockchain. NFT mewakili aset digital yang dapat ditagih dengan nilai yang sama dengan aset fisik. Namun, hukum di Indonesia tidak memberikan aturan khusus untuk metaverse dan NFT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keabsahan jual beli NFT pada metaverse, dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, metode pendekatan konseptual, tipe pengumpulan data yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, dan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Ransverse, sebuah platform jual beli tanah virtual, tidak memenuhi syarat klausul "suatu sebab yang halal" dalam hukum Indonesia, karena tidak memiliki sertifikasi terkait Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PSME). Hukum Indonesia mengamanatkan penggunaan mata uang rupiah sebagai alat pembayaran untuk semua transaksi, termasuk transaksi elektronik dan fisik. Transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Ransverse tidak sah dan ilegal, melanggar asas kepastian hukum.

Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini mencoba menjawab pertanyaan tentang metode apa yang digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi blockchain berperan dalam perkembangan periklanan digital. Lalu apa peran teknologi blockchain dalam perkembangan periklanan digital di industri lain. Blockchain memainkan peran besar dalam pemasaran digital, karena industri periklanan digital secara historis sangat bergantung pada pihak ketiga. Blockchain dapat menghilangkan perantara antara dua pihak, sehingga membantu merek dan pelanggan. Salah satu pendekatan studi literatur adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review dengan Metode Prisma dengan bantuan UAKE, VOS viewer, dan Aplikasi Mendeley Watase. Penelitian ini dibatasi dengan hanya mencari artikel jurnal Scopus Q1, Q2, Q3, dan Q4, terbitan tahun 2018-2022. Berdasarkan (26) dua puluh enam artikel yang ditelaah, melalui proses systematic literature review, dengan rentang waktu terbitan artikel antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022. Diperoleh hasil bahwa hanya sepuluh artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dan dijadikan rujukan dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang banyak digunakan ialah perancangan atau system planning (5 artikel), kemudian qualitative method (2 artikel), quantitative method (1 artikel) dan exploratory factor (1 artikel). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi blockchain berperan besar dalam perkembangan periklanan digital (digital advertising), yang banyak diterapkan di industri e-commerce, telekomunikasi, otomotif, pertanian, hiburan (film) bahkan untuk deteksi penipuan dan pencegahan kejahatan dalam periklanan online. In this study, portfolio performance, risk, and return are compared between the cryptocurrency Bitcoin and equities and gold as alternative investments in the digital age. This type of quantitative study uses comparative approaches. Monthly closing price data was located online or on websites for the secondary data used in this study. The saturation sampling approach was used to get 180 data from the sampling of samples. The analytical approach utilized with the SPSS 26.0 for Windows application comprises quantitative analysis, normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. The study’s findings reveal that: (1) the returns offered by bitcoin, IDX30 shares, and Antam gold are not significantly different; (2) the risks offered by bitcoin, IDX30 shares, and Antam gold have significant differences; (3) the performance offered by bitcoin. There are significant differences between IDX30 shares and Antam gold with the Sharpe method; and (4) the performance offered by bitcoin, IDX30 shares, and Antam gold with the Treynor method has a significant difference. Blockchain technology has gained significant attention for its decentralized, secure, transparent, and immutable characteristics. It has been adopted in various domains, including the financial and education sectors. This systematic review provides a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities, challenges, and future educational prospects of blockchain technology by examining published research from various disciplines. A bibliometric approach was adopted using R Studio. Datasets were sourced from the Scopus database, which included Scopusindexed articles from 2018 to 2022. The keywords “blockchain” and “education” were used to retrieve relevant articles. Specific criteria were applied to filter the literature sources, ensuring that our discussions focused on the applications and challenges of blockchain technology in education. We only considered articles written in English, specifically those published in proceedings and journals. The review identified that blockchain technology has the potential to transform education by enhancing data security, facilitating efficient verification and credentialing processes, and enabling peer-to-peer transactions. However, addressing challenges such as adoption, technical expertise, data privacy, security, and standardization is crucial. Therefore, the study concludes that implementing blockchain technology in education can yield significant benefits for future generations. These benefits include reducing the gap in global education and increasing transparency and accountability in the education sector.
Blockchain has gained great attention as a technology capable of providing security, transparency and decentralization in the data management process. This research aims to analyze and identify the advantages and challenges associated with implementing a Management Information System (MIS) based on Blockchain technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the application of blockchain technology has a positive impact in various sectors, such as Management Information Systems, corporate finance, and the entertainment industry. The use of blockchain increases security, transparency and efficiency of information management, facilitating better decision making. Although challenges such as initial costs and regulatory differences arise, the innovative potential of this technology remains significant. With understanding and efforts to resolve challenges, blockchain implementation in various fields is expected to provide greater benefits in improving operational efficiency and data security.
Bitcoin is one type of payment instrument that was created and developed not under any authority. The use of Bitcoin is growing from year to year with a high exchange value. Even in 2018, the value of Bitcoin reached USD 19,783.06 per 1 (one) Bitcoin, which is fluctuating because the number of Bitcoin is limited, which only reaches a maximum of 21 million (twenty-one million). Against the popularity of Bitcoin, Bank Indonesia issued a statement that Bitcoin is not a legal means of payment and the risk of use will be borne by the user. This study aims to determine the development map and trend of Bitcoin published by well-known journals in the fields of economics and finance. The data analyzed were more than 1166 Google Scholar indexed research publications. The export data was then processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program to find out the bibliometric map of Bitcoin development. The results showed that in the motor themes or driving themes quadrant, the emerging themes are Blockchain, Money, Digital, Cryptocurrencies, Financial, and Risk. Finally, the basic and transversal themes quadrant is represented by the themes Bitcoin, Volatility, and Markets.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment generated from researchers' opinions through published articles related to bitcoin. Bitcoin is related to financial operations, online monetary transactions, electronic transactions, financial control, electronic payments and electronic money. Others, bitcoin is an electronic payment tool with a peer-to-peer concept that allows users to transact with each other without the intermediary of financial institutions. The data analyzed consisted of 99 research articles indexed by Scopus in 2022. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive statistics from the study of bitcoin-themed literature. The results showed that neutral sentiment was the highest result with a percentage of 48% followed by negative sentiment of 23%, positive sentiment 22%, high positive sentiment 4%, and high negative sentiment 3%. The diversity of sentiment results is obtained because of the pros and cons of bitcoin's existence
As an innovative distributed ledger technology, blockchain brings scientific solutions to police intelligence work through its decentralization, transparency, and immutability features. This paper provides an overview of the core principles of blockchain technology and analyzes the current issues in police intelligence work. Based on this, the paper proposes specific measures to optimize police intelligence work using blockchain technology, including the establishment of standardized databases, providing new models for intelligence collection, and optimizing intelligence transmission and sharing. By applying blockchain technology, police intelligence work efficiency and security can be improved, ensuring the authenticity of intelligence and enhancing collaboration between departments, thus providing more efficient and secure intelligence support for public security agencies.

The volatile behavior of Bitcoin's price, especially during its halving periods, poses considerable obstacles for forecasting and decision-making in cryptocurrency trading. This paper presents a novel method that combines application fuzzy logic with Bollinger Bands to improve trading decision-making in times of high market volatility. This study conducted an experiment utilizing three fuzzy logic controllers and Bollinger Bands (BB) to determine the strength of buy, hold, and sell signals. This dataset includes the initial and final prices that are used to calculate the BB. The raw and computed values serve as the precise input parameters for the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). The membership functions were categorized into four levels: very low, low, high, and very high, based on the input default settings utilized by traders. Rulesets were created using fuzzy logic to produce signals that indicate the level of strength of a trading advice. This study evaluate the effectiveness of this hybrid method in comparison to the traditional utilization of the Bollinger Band only indicator and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator, which is widely favored by traders to identify possible market fluctuations. This methodology involves creating a trading simulation that is based on past Bitcoin halving events. The objective is to assess the efficacy of these strategies in managing heightened volatility. The application of fuzzy logic with the Bollinger Bands model yielded a success rate of 92.47% while analyzing 93 daily data points from the previous Bitcoin halving event on May 11, 2020.
In the charity sector, fundraising and transparency have long been key issues. Charity NFT (Non-Fungible Token) auctions, an emerging charity fundraising model integrating blockchain and NFT concepts, bring opportunities and challenges. Blockchain provides distributed data integrity and transparency via cryptography-linked data blocks, while NFTs enable unique digital ownership representation. This study designs a charity NFT auction platform on the Fisco Bcos blockchain, using multi-signature algorithms to ensure NFT authenticity, ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) signatures for transaction integrity and traceability, NFTs and virtual currencies to reduce costs, and IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) for storage. The implemented system achieves 2104 TPS throughput with 492-millisecond latency, increasing transaction processing with low latency. Overall, the platform aims to address charity issues like opaque fund flows, high costs, and fake initiatives through the strategic application of blockchain and NFT functionality.
Blockchain technology is one of the most novel technologies that received attention from academia and practitioners in various industries because of its profound nature and the opportunities that it offers, especially in the digital age. Ethereum, which is the largest decentralized blockchain software, was introduced in 2015 and is best known for its smart contracts that facilitate different utilizations over its blockchain network. Also, it can be used as a cryptocurrency, and historically it has been the 2nd most valuable cryptocurrency following Bitcoin. In order to be able to use Ethereum smart contracts over the blockchain network, a transaction fee or a gas fee is set by the network according to that specific task. This study is aimed to develop Machine Learning (ML) models to predict the Ethereum gas fee by using a comparison of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and the Facebook Prophet Model (FPM). The gas fee prediction modeling was done based on the daily dataset of eight years from 2015 to 2022. The results in this study showed that the FPM model in the scenario of this study resulted in a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.02 and a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 0.05. However, MAE and RMSE values of the LSTM model turned out equal to 0.006 which showed a higher performance and more accuracy compared to the FPM model.

Abstract This research proposes a system to store transaction records from a payment gateway based on digital payments by utilizing blockchain technology and Interplanetary File System (IPFS) as distributed storage. In digital payments, the possibility of online fraud or theft of customer data is a problem that needs to be solved. Although the solution is to use a Payment Gateway with security standards to prevent these problems, the system is still centralized and vulnerable to the possibility of system failure or data changes by irresponsible people. Blockchain furnishes a secure and unalterable record for documenting payment transactions. Conversely, IPFS presents a decentralized and immune-to-censorship approach for storing and accessing data. The usage of these technologies guarantees the secure storage of payment transaction data and related documents (such as invoices and receipts) while effectively thwarting data manipulation or censorship attempts. Therefore, this research aims to build a blockchain technology system to increase security and maintain the integrity of the data generated from the Payment Gateway. This research using distributed data storage using IPFS to save transaction from the payment gateway data. Based on the evaluation and security analysis results, implementing a blockchain technology system to store transaction records from digital-based payment gateways can improve data security and integrity. In the gas fee increase analysis, the gas fee will increase according to the total number of bytes generated when the transaction is made, where each byte will cost 12 gwei to pay the gas fee.
The development of cryptocurrency technology is the latest innovation in the financial sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made by BNPT and to assess the ideal regulations in addressing this issue in the future. Through the use of blockchain technology, users can transact anonymously. This research is considered as a normative juridical research equipped with interviews using a statutory approach. Sources of data obtained from secondary data which includes primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The novelty of the study shows that the BNPT establish the CTF Task Force which aims to combat terrorism financing through cryptocurrency and based on several previous studies and after looking at the above-mentioned examples of the phenomenon of terrorism financing, it is undeniable that many terrorists are trying to utilise cryptocurrencies to fund criminal acts. This has resulted in the issue of a legal or regulatory vacuum regarding the use of cryptocurrencies, in this case, the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Regulation No. 6/2019 on Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention In its future endeavors, there is a need for specific regulations to ensure that the implementation process of the CTF Task Force with other agencies can be carried out more optimally.

Teknologi blockchain memiliki potensi besar dengan beragam aplikasi dan memberikan peluang luas untuk berbagai infrastruktur. Blockchain adalah teknologi terdesentralisasi, memiliki kekuatan yang luas untuk memecahkan masalah bisnis. Blockchain muncul sebagai teknologi yang dijanjikan untuk memastikan tingkat enkripsi dan keamanan data yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keamanan pada teknologi blockchain. Keamanan Blockchain adalah perlindungan transaksi dalam blok terhadap ancaman internal, jahat, periferal, dan tidak disengaja. Analisis dilakukan pada arsitektur kerangka keamanan blockchain serta model keamanan sistem yang digunakan pada teknologi blockchain. Perlu melakukan integrasi arsitektur keamanan yang ada dengan aplikasi berbasis blockchain mengenai masalah teknologi dan organisasi. Level infrastruktur mencakup perangkat terminal, jaringan, dan server super-node. Kontribusi keamanan dapat dipetakan menurut ketiga tingkatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini pada arsitektur, kerangka, dan standar keamanan teknologi blockchain dan kerangka kerja untuk mengurangi risiko keamanan dunia maya saat menggunakan teknologi blockchain. Dengan penelitian ini semoga dapat meningkatkan literatur mutakhir tentang keamanan blockchain dan mengusulkan penelitian di masa depan.

Perkembangan sistem klaim pada asuransi di Indonesia umumnya masih menerapkan pengajuan klaim dengan menggunakan sistem secara manual dengan metode cashless dan reimbursement. Penerapan sistem klaim pada asuransi tersebut memiliki proses administrasi yang cukup panjang sehingga dapat memakan waktu yang lama dan penerapan sistem tersebut tidak dapat memberikan proses tranparansi transaksi pada klaim asuransi. Dengan permasalahan tersebut dapat menimbulkan permasalahan terkait dengan keamanan informasi berupa integritas data, kerahasiaan data, dan transparansi data pada klaim asuransi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem klaim pada asuransi yang dapat dilakukan secara online dengan menerapkan teknologi blockchain. Teknologi blockchain menggunakan sistem penyimpanan data dengan menerapkan sistem desentralisasi aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk memberikan kendali penuh terhadap pengguna atas data mereka dengan tidak adanya perantara terpusat. Dengan menerapkan desentralisasi aplikasi tersebut dapat diwujudkan integritas, kerahasiaan dan transparansi transaksi pada klaim asuransi. Penelitian ini mengajukan usulan implementasi teknologi blockchain dengan sistem smart contract pada proses klaim asuransi untuk dijadikan solusi terhadap masalah yang terdapat pada proses klaim asuransi. Abstract The development of the insurance claim system in Indonesia generally still applies the submission of claims using a manual system with cashless and reimbursement methods. The application of the insurance claim system has a fairly long administrative process that can take a long time and the application of the system cannot provide a transparent transaction process for insurance claims. With these problems can cause problems related to information security in the form of data integrity, data confidentiality, and data transparency on insurance claims. This research proposes the development of an insurance claim system that can be done online by applying blockchain technology. Blockchain technology uses a data storage system by implementing a decentralized application system that functions to give users full control over their data in the absence of a centralized intermediary. By implementing a decentralized application, integrity, confidentiality and transaction transparency in insurance claims can be realized. This study proposes the implementation of blockchain technology with a smart contract system in the insurance claim process to be used as a solution to problems in the insurance claim process

This study aims to provide information about the level of risk, return, and investment performance of cryptocurrency and also compare it with traditional investment instruments such as stocks and dollars. The population in this study is the monthly closing price of Bitcoin, JCI, and Dollar. The sample in this study is the monthly closing price of Bitcoin, JCI, and Dollar in the period January 2020 to December 2022, each of which is 36 data so the number of observations made is 108 data. The analysis technique used in this research is a comparative analysis using the Kruskal Wallis test method using the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of this study found that there were significant differences between the performance of Bitcoin, JCI, and Dollar stocks using the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen methods. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah harga penutupan bulanan (monthly closing price) Bitcoin, IHSG dan Dollar pada periode Januari 2020 hingga Desember 2022, masing-masing sebanyak 36 data sehingga jumlah observasi yang dilakukan adalah sebanyak 108 data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis komparatif dengan metode uji Kruskal Wallis menggunakan tool analisis SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kinerja Bitcoin, Saham IHSG dan Dollar menggunkan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen. Cryptocurrency tidak hanya merupakan mata uang digital, tetapi dapat menjadi pilihan investasi yang sangat menguntungkan, namun karena risiko yang mungkin dihasilkan juga fluktuatif, maka calon investor harus memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai instrument ini. There is a growing influence around the use of technology in education, with many solutions already being implemented and many others being explored. Using various forms of technology to assist the educational process has increased dramatically in the previous decade in education systems in many respects. Both machine learning and the blockchain have had a significant impact on education. The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review on the application of machine learning and blockchain technology in educational institutions. Additionally, this study examines the potential applications, benefits, and challenges those educational institutions may face as a result of using machine learning and blockchain technologies. Using machine learning and blockchain in educational systems will have a positive impact on the entire educational process and student achievement. Researchers, academics, and practitioners will benefit from this study to focus on a wider range of educational applications and solve the related issues of machine learning and blockchain technology in the education sector.
Saat ini, keterbatasan informasi mengenai keaslian produk masih mengemuka, memicu penyebaran produk palsu secara tidak terkontrol di masyarakat. Supply chain, sebagai elemen integral, memiliki peran sentral dalam memberikan pemahaman signifikan kepada konsumen terkait produk yang mereka konsumsi. Teknologi blockchain dalam manajemen rantai pasok menawarkan transparansi, yang dapat secara substansial meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dipilihan. Namun, penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam rantai pasok saat ini masih terbatas, dan minimnya pemahaman tentang blockchain menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan informasi komprehensif mengenai produk dalam rantai pasok serta memanfaatkan teknologi blockchain melalui smart contract. Melalui penerapan sistem berbasis teknologi blockchain dalam rantai pasok, pengguna akan memperoleh informasi yang substansial dan komprehensif mengenai produk yang mereka akuisisi dan gunakan. Hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan kepuasan konsumen secara keseluruhan sebesar 89,64%. Sistem ini sangat membantu bagi konsumen pada saat memutuskan untuk membeli sebuah produk dengan mengetahui informasi yang lengkap dan transparan terkait produk. Dalam hal ini, penerapan teknologi blockchain dengan smart contract meningkatkan keyakinan konsumen bahwa produk yang mereka beli autentik dan aman. Teknologi blockchain dengan smart contract menjadi solusi efektif dalam menanggulangi masalah produk palsu dan meningkatkan transparansi rantai pasok. Teknologi blockchain memungkinkan penyediaan informasi yang aman dan tidak dapat diubah, sedangkan smart contract memfasilitasi transaksi otomatis dan transparan tanpa perantara.
Blockchain is a digital transaction technology adopting the peer-to-peer concept. The implementation of blockchain on Internet of Things (IoT) aims to secure the possibility of potential attacks against devices or transactions taking place on the IoT system. At practical levels, blockchain uses smart contracts to automate programs according to predetermined terms and conditions. This research is aimed at implementing an ethereum-based smart home Smart Contract by modifying the device components, dashboards, and consensus used in Xu et al.’s research. The consensus modification was performed by using Proof of Authority (PoA) aiming to improve block verification performance on the system. The Denial of Service (DoS) attacks and Single Point of Failure (SpoF) vulnerability were performed to evaluate the proposed system. The evaluation was performed with TCP Flood Attack, with request packets of 81,519 packets on port 8545 and ICMP Floods by sending 11,481,703 PING packets. The attack caused some application services running on the Ethereum Node 3 to stop, but did not stop the geth application. As for the Single Point of Failure (SPoF) vulnerability, the Ethereum network is still running and there were no obstacles in the mining process or block verification.
Cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency, which does not have a physical form like fiat money. This crypto currency can only be used through devices such as PCs, laptops, smartphones and other devices that connected to the internet. There are several advantages in a crypto system that uses blockchain system, such as transaction security, convenience, speed and can be used across countries and continents, however cryptocurrency which is currently circulating also still have weaknesses, including there is No. supervisory authority, even many countries have disagreements over the legality of this cryptocurrency. The debate about pro and contra regarding to the use of cryptocurrency becomes dynamics among the experts including the scholars who have study from Islamic point of view. This reseach aims to examine the dynamics of using cryptocurrency from ushul fiqh point of view, where the methods which used in this research are al-qur’an, al-Hadits, Qiyas and Sad-Adzariyah. Basically the use of cryptocurrency is allowed to meet cetain conditions that is by removing batil elements as in Quran surah An-Nisa verse 29, those batil elements are gharar and mayshir. Moreover, cryptocurrency must also has clear legality in a country for security in their use.
