Blockchain implementation in higher education creates problems in the use of blockchain technology. Based on the use of Blockchain in research, we are exploring the application of related technologies in higher education. The problem with technology that functions to record small transactions and data used for many sectors such as recording transactions, documentation, and even voting, which is also used in Higher Education, is unfortunately not well implemented. This supports research on the use of blockchain technology that can record transactions in many sectors. Documenting the process of transactions, documentation, and voting can even be used in Higher Education. To improve the blockchain technology system's performance in higher education, it is becoming more effective, efficient, and more accessible in recording transaction processes. It can become a new innovation for Higher Education.

Digitization is one of the system that can offer a sense of security and can minimize bureaucracy in the document legal action of ratification with savings on retention and manpower used. A tips passed by students before receiving an academic diploma at one of the universities are starting with the registration process, after all the registration processes are completed, a student is officially accepted at the university and can directly participate in teaching and learning activities , at the time of graduation, it is certain that a student must pass all courses and have completed all the tasks that have been given until he is officially declared graduated. Problems that often occur in the field of education, especially when it is in the registration process, are data falsification, data manipulation, and even the worst case is data loss, this fraud is usually carried out by irresponsible parties. This journal aims to submit a proposal for the schoolboy registry process of school institute in digitalization education method in Indonesia using Blockchain technology. This study resulted in a student enrollment model in an educational institution using Blockchain to supply transparent and validated data in educational process.

THE USE OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ANALYTICS IN THE AUDIT PROFESSION

Technologies such as blockchain technology and data analytics are causing major disruptions in various other professions and the audit profession will be no different in due time. The main aim of the study is to look at whether these technologies of blockchain and data analytics will assist the auditors in the various audit processes such as obtaining sufficient appropriate audit evidence, detection of fraud and exercising professional judgment. This study also aims to identify the future direction that the audit profession is heading with the introduction of these technologies and the potential skills that auditors would require in the upcoming years. Data was collected by the researcher in the form of primary data by conducting interviews. 12 auditors were interviewed. The data collected was analyzed using thematic analysis and the findings are presented accordingly to solve the research objectives. From the study, most respondents believe that these two technologies will assist the auditors in these audit processes in various ways. The study also shows that the auditors would have to equipped with skills such as IT related skills to stay relevant in the audit profession which is transforming to a technological/data driven profession.

Long Short Term Memory on Bitcoin Price Forecasting

In modern times, many people rely on sophisticated technology to meet their needs. Already many technologies today can replace the role and function of society in the field of investment. There are many ways to fulfill the lives of these people, such as Bitcoin investment. Bitcoin is a digital asset that only exists in digital form by means of peer-to-peer work. To maximize profits, it is necessary to forecast Bitcoin prices when it will go up or down. This study tries to address the changes in Bitcoin prices whether to go up or down the next day with an artificial neural network model. The editor used in this study is the LSTM method. The data used is the Bitcoin blockchain data, namely time-series data in a one-day period from 1 January 2018 to 31 May 2019. Obtained forecasting results in June 2019 for Bitcoin to rise slowly and an accuracy value of 97.5% based on MAPE with the first day worth $8901.50.

But in this study, we will describe blockchain technology even centuries, but by making changes now it only takes a few years. But this research will describe blockchain technology. On Facebook, which has a new change to the concept of decentralization, but this concept is still somewhat contradictory to the current world system, so why do users need intermediaries, namely third parties to keep the transaction secure? This research will provide answers to arguments starting with a conceptual understanding which will then go through the stage of case study stages in various industries such as administration, banking, chain management, intellectual management, transportation, even asset management, logistics and energy materials. With blockchain technology, it is used to describe blockchain technology and technology that humans do everyday. There is a concept of a ledger that undergoes a gradual transformation carried out by Satoshi Nakamoto, who has a triple entry ledger that is used to master blockchain technology. In blockchain technology, it has cryptography that is useful for avoiding money laundering, knowing customer activity, knowing all banking transactions and even administration in storing people's identities. In this case study, we will discuss big companies such as IBM, Amazon, Maersk, and even a kind of startup like Ezremit and Signazy. And in this administration section it is important to identify global educational techniques and develop technology in a better direction so that it can advance society in Indonesia and blockchain technology is included in technology that advances future change.

NOTA: a novel online teaching and assessment scheme using Blockchain for emergency cases

Technology advancements promote a redefinition of traditional instructional methodologies, as well as the roles of teachers and learners towards an efficient e-learning ecosystem. To date, all existing solutions are combined with the conventional face-to-face learning process. However, the latter can be unexpectedly hindered in some emergency cases, like the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. To handle such unexpected scenarios, this paper presents NOTA, a novel online teaching and assessment scheme that takes advantage of Blockchain technology to maintain the expected teaching quality and assessment fairness while respecting the courses' and examinations' schedule. Besides, NOTA also motivates both learners and teachers to persist in their endeavours, even from home, through Blockchain's incentive strategies. The preliminary results taken during the CoronaVirus period showed a very high satisfaction ratio, exceeding the 90%. This made us feel very optimistic about the potential of our proposal when deployed at a larger scale.

 The current technological development is so fast, including in the world of economy. Technological developments in this economic aspect can be seen from the types of payment systems that are so developed. In this era of globalization, Bitcoin appears which can be used as a means of payment. Bitcoin is a new currency or electronic money created in 2009 by a person who uses the alias Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin is mainly used in internet transactions without using intermediaries or not using bank services. In Indonesia, there is no regulation on Bitcoin itself. The absence of laws governing Bitcoin in Indonesia causes unclear legal consequences related to transactions using Bitcoin. The use of Bitcoin is commonly applied in Indonesia, but regulations regarding the currency used in Indonesia as a legal means of payment have been regulated in Law Number 7 of 2011 concerning Currency, which is only the rupiah currency that can be used, which raises questions about legality. bitcoin and the legal consequences of Bitcoin transactions as a means of payment in Indonesia. This will cause various legal problems, one of which is related to the aspect of legal protection for consumers who use bitcoin payments in the event of a loss when making payments through the bitcoin system. Bibliometric Analysis on Cryptocurrency

The development of the world economy, especially in Indonesia, cannot be separated from the elements of information technology. The development of information technology will relate to all fields, including the financial sector. Cryptocurrency is a series of cryptographic mechanisms in which there are transaction data and balance sheet data. Cryptocurrency is electronic data so that it does not have a physical form like money in general. There are two ways for someone to get cryptocurrency, namely by mining and/or trading. In Indonesia, most cryptocurrency users currently use their coins for investment, transaction, or payment purposes and remittances, making transfers to different countries. However, along with the increasing interest of the Indonesian people in investing in bitcoin, several obstacles can potentially reduce public interest in cryptocurrencies. This study aims to determine the development of cryptocurrency research trends published by leading journals. The analyzed data consisted of 873 indexed research publications. The data is then processed and analyzed using the VoS viewer application to find out the bibliometric map of cryptocurrency research development.

Cryptocurrency or virtual currency is a form of investment that has developed since 2010. Today, there are more than 2,000 types of crypto currencies worldwide. Cryptocurrency research in Indonesia is still focused on the legal status and legal status of cryptocurrency investments. This quantitative descriptive study aims to describe the returns and risks of investing in crypto currencies. Descriptive analysis by calculating risk measures and using the heteroscedastic model GARCH (1,1) was carried out on the return data of 15 crypto currencies that had the greatest value. Information was obtained that investing in most crypto currencies resulted in higher returns than investing in foreign currencies or the stock market. On the other hand, Crypto currencies have a higher risk of loss and volatility clustering or heteroscedasticity. Further research is needed to uncover the characteristics of Crypto currency returns and their performance in the form of a portfolio.

Cryptocurrency or digital currency is the result of the development of financial technology. Digital currencies are starting to be widely used as a means of payment via the internet. This currency was created with the aim of making payments easier and safer. The use of Blockchain technology causes transaction costs to be cheaper. Government policy through Bank Indonesia prohibits transactions using Cryptocurrency because it has a negative impact on the financial system, monetary stability and payment system in Indonesia. This research provides an understanding of Cryptocurrency to the Indonesian market. In the technology offered, cryptocurrency is a development of financial technology that allows it to replace banknotes in future financial transactions. In the future, the hope is that the government will study cryptocurrency technology more deeply so that the policies issued do not prohibit and at the same time protect the Indonesian market. Designing a Blockchain-Based Pemilu E-Voting Information System

Data is an important thing as a base of an analytic or a hypothesis for concluding participant vote data in the Indonesian General Election. The data needs to be processed and secured, so the integrity of the data is in good condition. It also needs to protect the participant voting rights, so the information is correctly displayed. The research problems include creating a system that protects the integrity of election data and creating a system that protects election rights for each voter. Based on the problems, this research discusses a blockchain-based electronic voting information system that would secure the integrity of data and also protecting the participant voting rights in a General Election. The system uses Ethereum as a blockchain with Solidity as a programming language to build a smart contract and is built in Microsoft Windows platform. In this research, consortium blockchain and biometric fingerprint authentication are used as a problem-solving method, and waterfall steps is used as a system development method. The result of this research is a proposed design of the e-voting system. The conclusion based on this research is a blockchain-based e-voting system that secures the integrity of the data in a selection process and ensures protection to each vote right. Moreover, the assessment is still quite difficult to do to measure the skill level of students so that they can compete for jobs in the future With the problem of the academic curriculum that still uses writing media on paper, problems often arise regarding the validity of reliable document validation. So it is necessary to compare the knowledge obtained to match their abilities. From these problems, the goal was created to improve the higher education curriculum in order to find a revolutionary solution for document validation beliefs. Evaluation of the iLearning learning system combined with blockchain technology (ledger) has the benefit of being able to support these problems. By using Blockchain technology, a new learning model innovation is created in the form of the SCi-B (Student-Centered iLearning Blockchain) framework. SCi-B is a new innovation in the learning model where all activities use Blockchain so that its existence is able to manage and store all transactions, competencies, and teaching that can provide intensive assessments through digital certificates for the academic world and the world of work. So that SCi-B has a significant impact on the confidence in the results that have been obtained. This paper aims to answer the challenges of the world of education which is currently getting wider, more open, and everywhere. The model in the SCi-B framework of this paper can be used for all training institutions because this model can adapt to the specific professional needs of the job sector. This model has been validated by the existence of a web application whose use is very satisfying.

Gamifikasi edukasi mampu memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah yang timbul akibat metode pembelajaran tradisional yang dianggap kurang sesuai dengan perilaku manusia saat ini. Blockchain telah menjadi topik pembicaraan hangat yang sedang berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Blockchain berasal dari suatu komunitas maupun perusahaan dunia yang bertindak sebagai teknologi infrastruktur yang berkembang di berbagai bidang baik industri maupun pendidikan. Kelebihan utama dari blockchain yaitu terbebas dari pihak ketiga sehingga tingkat kemanan, transparansi, dan juga integritas blockchain terbilang cukup tinggi. Saat ini, penelitian mengenai blockchain yang diimplementasikan pada bidang gamifikasi edukasi masih minim jumlahnya. Guna memperluas wawasan mengenai penelitian ini, makalah kami akan mengidentifikasi dan mendiskusikan permasalahan utama terkait edukasi dengan menerapkan gamifikasi edukasi yang diterapkan dengan sistem blockchain. Guna memberikan solusi yang relevan, makalah kami mengusulkan model gamifikasi awal sebagai pondasi dari pengembangan terhadap pengaplikasian dan penelitian mendatang.

Resulting in the need for connectivity into IoT gateways and nodes, as well as implementing an architecture that does not only rely on communication coverage via wireless, but needs to reduce energy consumption in order to save IoT node batteries to maximize performance. The use of such an architecture must prioritize blockchain technology that can provide security, accountability, and data transparency that can be managed by universities. This article discusses the key to early adoption of technology that can develop smart learning with smart learning. After the characteristics of the smart education or university are determined, then the details of the latest communication technologies that are most relevant to the smart education application can be analyzed. In addition, higher education requires learning about the use of blockchain. Therefore, this article will provide useful pointers in planning smart education development, as well as responsible and intelligent developers in the next generation.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze cryptocurrency fundamentals against price fluctuations (case study 2019-2020). Research Methodology: The data in the research paper were accessed on the coinmarketcap.com website. The sample of this research is Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash. Results: The results show that: 1) Bitcoin Market Cap, Ethereum Market Cap, Litecoin Market Cap, Bitcoin Cash Market Cap have a positive and significant effect on price fluctuations. 2) Bitcoin Volume and Bitcoin Cash Volume have a positive and insignificant effect on price fluctuations. 3) Ethereum volume has a positive and significant effect on price fluctuations. 4) Litecoin volume has a negative and significant effect on price fluctuations. Limitations: Further researchers are expected to add variables such as (global macroeconomics, cryptocurrency Blockchain technology changes, psychological factors), different variables (quantitative and qualitative) and combine models to predict cryptocurrency price fluctuations by analyzing them fundamentally and technically. Contribution: This research implies that cryptocurrencies with highly speculative prices have the same fundamental value as the stock price.

Validasi dokumen merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menyangkut keaslian aset digital pemilik. Dimana validasi dokumen saat ini masih bersifat tradisional dengan mengunjungi tempat tersebut. Namun, saat pandemi proses validasi dokumen tidak dilakukan tatap muka karena pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar penggunaan teknologi tanda tangan digital pintar yang menjamin keamanan dan validitasnya tanpa harus tatap muka. Smart digital signature adalah tanda tangan digital yang terenkripsi dengan RSA-SHA256 berbasis blockchain dengan fitur penyimpanan cloud storage yang memudahkan untuk berbagi dokumen. Metode analisa SWOT untuk mengetahui penggunaan sistem secara keseluruhan dimulai dari strategi, peluang, kekuatan dan kelemahan. Temuan dari penelitian ini sistem tanda tangan digital memiliki dampak yang signifikan dari pemalsuan, pengesahan dan keamanan dokumen.

Blockchain Technology Immutability Framework Design in E-Government

This study was conducted to determine the capacity of Blokchain technology in recording transactions that occurred in the ledger and in general it also offer the government to be applied to the e-Government sector which can increase data transparency, avoid fraud, and increase public trust in the government. This problem also focused on the application, challenges in the future with respect to the allocation of Blockchain technology, and in the e-Government sector, the use of Blockchain technology did not appear to be the main focus therefore it needed deeper observational evidence for the use of Blokchain technology. In its application, the biggest challenges in utilizing blockchain were generally presented as innovations such as security, scalability, and flexibility. In order to approach this problem, theoretical references were used from pre-existing studies that discuss Blokchain technology, e-Government, public services, and the data were collected through indexed journals both on a national and international scale. And the review of this paper concluded that academic research in this sector had only just begun and the issues addressed in the literature were still very limited. Therefore, more intensive research in this area is still needed to advance this field of research academic research in this sector had only just begun and the issues addressed in the literature are still very limited.

Namun uang digital ini masih memiliki sisi negative dan juga positif dari beberapa negara, Sebagian negara berpendapat bahwa Cryptocurrency merupakan sebuah teknologi yang harus didukung karena memberikan dampak ekonomi yang baik bagi negara, namun di sisi lain ada negara-negara yang masih skeptis dengan Cryptocurrency, mereka berpendapat desentralisasi yang menjadi dasar uang digital ini akan sangat berbahaya karna sulitnya untuk melacak transaksi yang dilakukan oleh pengguna dan dikhawatirkan akan memberikan kemudahan kepada para pelaku untuk melakukan kejahatan seperti penjualan narkotika, terorisme dan pencucian uang. Dalam penelitian ini akan melihat aturan-aturan apa saja yang sudah di terapkan di Indonesia untuk mengatur penggunaan Cryptocurrency dalam aktifitas sehari-hari dan juga akan membahas terkait bagaimana negara-negara lain mengatur terhadap perkembangan Cryptocurrency

As an innovation in the world of computers, blockchain has many benefits and is also widely applied in the world of education. Blockchain itself has many advantages, especially in the world of education. Blockchain is a digital data storage system that consists of many servers (multiserver). In this Blockchain technology, data created by one server can be replicated and verified by another server. By using this technology with a decentralized system and strong cryptography and can help colleges or universities to build infrastructure in the archive storage of transcripts, diplomas, and diplomas. Usage One of the blockchain technology applications in education is iBC, namely the e-learning Blockchain Certificate, book copyright, and also e-Portfolios. iBC or e-learning Blockchain Certificate is a tool designed to create, verify and also issue blockchain certificates. As has been supported by the IBC to create certificates that are globally verified and stored in a decentralized manner. Here will be presented use cases that are relevant in the use of Blockchain technology in educational environments, especially data processing in universities and we also try to design an IBC based on blockchain technology that can be used to support transparency and accountability of colleges or universities in issuing diplomas and grades.Â

Block-hash of blockchain framework against man-in-the-middle attacks

Payload authentication is vulnerable to Man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack. Blockchain technology offers methods such as peer to peer, block hash, and proof-of-work to secure the payload of authentication process. The implementation uses block hash and proof-of-work methods on blockchain technology and testing is using White-box-testing and security tests distributed to system security practitioners who are competent in MITM attacks. The analyisis results before implementing Blockchain technology show that the authentication payload is still in plain text, so the data confidentiality has not minimize passive voice. After implementing Blockchain technology to the system, white-box testing using the Wireshark gives the result that the authentication payload sent has been well encrypted and safe enough. The percentage of security test results gets 95% which shows that securing the system from MITM attacks is relatively high. Although it has succeeded in securing the system from MITM attacks, it still has a vulnerability from other cyber attacks, so implementation of the Blockchain needs security improvisation.

Immutability of Distributed Hash Model on Blockchain Node Storage

The blockchain system uses hash functions. Hash is used in the blockchain to mark each block of data. Hash function algorithms map a string that is usually hexadecimal of any size to a sequence of fixed-size bits. This journal will discuss the distributed hash model for immutable blockchain node storageThe methodology used in the preparation of this research is mind mapping and literature review, namely the collection of scientific journals, articles and ebooks. Storage of nodes on the blockchain using a distributed hash model. The distributed hash model only stores a portion of the block data at each node, and the block data is taken as a resource. A hash connects each block with the previous on the blockchain, so the entire blockchain transaction cannot be changed or deleted. For further research will expand the research topic regarding storage immutability on the blockchain so that it becomes more complete and detailed.
