Blockchain Using Private Cloud for Secure EHRS Systems
Abstract
Blockchain technology is defined as any concept or protocol that enables the blockchain's functionality. An electronic health record (EHR), which is a digital representation of patient health data that is outsourced to the cloud, frequently includes a patient's contact information, pulse rate, medical history, current medication, and previous medicines. However, many healthcare firms are impacted by the security and privacy issues brought on by data leaks in cloud-based EHRs. This research study proposes a secure distributed cloud-based medical blockchain to address network security and data privacy issues for e-health systems, as well as security and confidentiality issues when sharing patient health data with other healthcare providers. The actual results indicate that our approach offers a solid method for transferring data on mobile platforms while safeguarding private health data from potential threats. The system analysis and security analysis demonstrate performance benefits in the lightweight access control system design, minimal network latency, high levels of data, and security privacy when compared to the previous data sharing models.
