Standardization of Financial Blockchain: Technologies, Challenges, and Future

Abstract

Blockchain technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Especially, in China, it is included in country’s new information infrastructure. As one of the important digital technologies for China’s digital economy, blockchain has many applications in the financial industry, and the development of financial blockchain standards has also been widely carried out. The four major international standardization organizations and China’s financial blockchain standardization have achieved preliminary results, but there are still some problems in the financial blockchain at present. The next step can be carried out from four aspects: building a standard system, strengthening the supervision of financial blockchain, participating in international standardization affairs and training of standardized talents.
