Here the attempt is to entail an unsupervised confidential information management system assuring the users possessing and governing their information. The protocol is implemented, which converts the blockchain into computerized access governance manager that does not possibly need to believe the third party. Distinct from bitcoins, the transactions are not purely financial as they usually carry procedures like storing, querying, and distribution of information.
