Spanish Abstract: El presente trabajo examina el papel de la Tokenización del alojamiento colaborativo para su control remoto. Asimismo, también examina la blockchain REGTURI, creada por el Registro de la Propiedad con la finalidad de establecer un control de las viviendas turísticas en una blockchain propia, integrada por cada oficina registral y que auxilia el control registral de estas viviendas. English Abstract: This paper examines the role of Tokenisation of collaborative accommodation for its remote control. It also examines the REGTURI blockchain, created by the Land Registry with the aim of establishing a control of tourist accommodation in its own blockchain, integrated by each registry office and which assists in the registry control of this accommodation.
