Abstract

This article presents an in-depth study of the legal landscape surrounding blockchain technology in the healthcare sector, with a special focus on case studies from European countries. Analyzing the existing legal framework and regulations, the research highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with the adoption of blockchain in healthcare.
