Healthy Authonomy: Restore the Autonomous Authority to Autonomous Regions

Abstract

Decentralization in Indonesia has many problem. One of the problem was came from fiscal decentralization. Other problem are plafonization, grey area at power division between Central and regional government after raised new Government Law that like cut some power of regional government power. Cause at newest decentralization base not rule regional authority, but only rule regional government's affair.
