Beauty of Blockchain Technology in Healthcare Industry

Abstract

Blockchain technology has been used in the healthcare sector in a spectacular manner. Medical negligence is a worldwide problem that both developed and developing nations must deal with. Blockchain offers a safe and open system of coordinated medical management that puts patients first and enables the effective and efficient execution of national health insurance plans. This paper discussed about the 2017 National Health Policy of India. The social and technical barriers in the implementation of the scheme are examined in this paper. A Blockchain technology-based provider known as Aarogya Chain is suggested to remove these barriers.
