Abstract

With the present moving technology, it is much difficult to transact through Internet without allow information to third party agents which are centralized which leads to single point failure and malicious attacks. Blockchain is a distributed, decentralized digital ledger which registers accounts of transaction. It provides intelligent system to protect the object privacy through cryptography and encryption algorithms. In this paper, overview of blockchain technology and its characteristics, approaches of validations, application of Blockchain in various fields like Finance, Healthcare, Supply Chain Management, Digital Certificates, Healthcare has been discussed.
