Державна політика щодо фінансування регіонального розвитку

Abstract

This article generalizes definitions of the aim and priorities of the public policy for regional development given in normative documents and suggests their formulation. The dynamics of regional development financing at the expense of the State budget is analyzed. The structure of regional development projects planned and implemented in the regions is calculated according to the directions which represent the main priorities of regional development. The allocation of costs of the State Fund for Regional Development and subventions for the infrastructure of unified territorial communities according to the projects is presented in the context of the regions of Ukraine. The main problems of regional development under decentralization are distinguished.
