Proof of Video Integrity Based on Blockchain

Abstract

In the paper a new approach for protecting video files from unauthorized changes using the Blockchain technology and cloud services is proposed. The essence of our approach consists in hash function calculating for each frame and forming the blocks sequence of calculated hash functions for all frames of video file. The hash function blocks are sent to the Blockchain cloud storage, which is trusted by all interested parties.
