Fiscal Development and Building a New Socialist Countryside:Challenges and Policies

Abstract

It is an important historical task to building new socialist countryside during the modernization process in China to accelerate rural development and achieve richness together.There were different fiscal policies for rural development with different methods and performances.Recently with the scientific outlook on development public finance system plays and important role in rural development,and public expenditure policies need to follow more giving,less getting and decentralizing to make public finance's sunshine all over the rural areas and guarantee building harmony society.
