И чем более демократичнее общество, тем больше такое понимание им востребовано. Новые технологии блокчейна и криптовалют в частности, дают возможность создать улучшенные системы как сбора и распределения информации, так и удобного привлечения общественного контроля. И чем раньше страны примут его к массовому применению, тем успешнее будут их экономики.
