Abstract

In this project, a decentralized system for item verification is created by utilizing block chain technology. The method guarantees the items’ legitimacy and traceability from the point of manufacture to the final customer. The suggested approach for product verification makes use of blockchain technology—more precisely, Ethereum—to guarantee the security and legitimacy of goods. Sellers use this system to upload product details, together with a QR code and digital signature, to an easy-to-use interface. The block chain ensures that every product’s information is permanently stored, improving traceability and transparency. Through the block chain, buyers may confirm the authenticity of the product by checking the digital signature and product details. This approach promotes trust and dependability in the transaction process by offering a strong security mechanism against fraud and counterfeiting. Furthermore, the system will indicate whether a product is unique or duplicate if a product URL is put into an application or user interface. It will also assign a unique ID for verification purposes
