Abstract

The present study focuses on ( during out the worth, amount, or quality of) Bitcoin’s role and hit/effect. As India is in the technical time in history, speaking, investing, and possessing Bitcoin by techno-Indians. This paper is the result of exploratory research on the role of Bitcoin in the Indian (process of people making, selling, and buying things) and its future. Cryptocurrency is a new definition that claims to be a substitute for the at currency. Because of the interest of people around the world in the cryptocurrency, the attention of legal/law-based bodies is (now under different control). It is treated as clear/separate in a different country. As far as India is concerned, cryptocurrency status is under test/evaluation period. This research paper tries to identify in the eye of law the status of the cryptocurrency and that it is not a currency or legal tender as per Indian law, but it can be treated as products.
