Прикладні аспекти побудови економетричної моделі формування місцевого бюджету в умовах децентралізації

Abstract

The analysis of financing Balakliia district of Kharkiv region in the conditions of decentralization is carried out for the period of 2015–2018. Based on the actual data and econometric tools, a mathematical model for planning and forecasting the district budget is developed. The ways to further improve the econometric model of the local budget formation under decentralization are offered.
