Abstract

This research paper proposes a novel charity system leveraging blockchain technology to address the prevalent transparency and oversight challenges faced by charitable organizations worldwide. The lack of regulation in the current crowd-funding landscape has led to fraudulent campaigns and delayed project completions, severely impacting public enthusiasm for donations. By outlining a comprehensive blueprint, framework, and operational procedures for a blockchain-based charity platform, this study showcases its implementation and validation on the Ethereum network, utilizing blockchain funding ethers. The adoption of this technology aims to enhance transparency in charitable activities, foster public trust, and ultimately propel humanitarian efforts by establishing a more reliable and efficient means of conducting online transactions and donations within the charity sector.
