FINANCIAL ENGINEERING: BACK TO THE FUTURE

Abstract

This chapter explores the evolution of financial engineering and its implications for the future. Financial engineering plays a crucial role in shaping the financial industry by developing innovative solutions and managing risks. Understanding its historical development, advances, challenges, and future prospects is essential for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers.
