The publication introduces a decentralized, cloud-native cyber-physical system that integrates biophysical modelling, Explainable Artificial Intelligence, Zero-Trust Federated Learning, and Distributed Ledger Technology to support precision irrigation and drought resilience across diverse European agricultural systems.
