Research on the Application Mode of Smart Contract Technology in Targeted Payment
Abstract
With the development of blockchain technology, smart contracts based on blockchain technology show great potential in the field of targeted payment due to its programmability, easy verification and high efficiency. This paper designs a power billing system based on smart contracts. By collecting user power usage data and utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically calculate electricity fees, the system realizes online automation of electricity fee information release and billing. Compared with traditional manual billing methods, this system simplifies business processes, improves billing accuracy, and reduces labor costs. The paper elaborates in detail the application theory of smart contracts, the design ideas of the system, the implementation plan of the full process of power billing, and the discussion on accounting strategies, human resources and management systems to ensure intelligent billing. The practical application of this intelligent power billing system shows that it has the characteristics of simple operation, high efficiency, and easy risk control, and plays a significant role in enhancing user service experience and corporate benefits.
