Exploring blockchain technology and its potential in non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
Abstract
Blockchain technology has become a center of attraction of research in recent years due to its potential benefits in different areas. It has practical capabilities that can solve many issues that are tackled in the advancement of different technological solutions in many domains of application. Among these concerns are the safe recording and exchange of transactional data, the development of automated and effective supply chain procedures, and the improvement of transparency along the entire value chain. Blockchain technology, which uses distributed, shared, secure, and permissioned transactional ledgers, provides a practical solution to these problems. This study examines the potential of blockchain technology to boost donations, improve security and transparency, and streamline Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) data administration.
