A smart contracts based approach for the E-commerce Platforms

Abstract

The E-commerce System in India is a highly widespread industry with a very complicated procedure including many intermediaries, which is why the number of fraudulent instances is rising. These problems can be solved by using blockchain for transactions in E-commerce. This paper provides a blockchain based smart contracts solution to such problems. The paper helps in understanding the concept and working of smart contracts and then proposes a smart contract based payment transaction system. It emphasizes the importance of smart contracts for payments in E-commerce systems.
