Abstract
In this article, the author analyses the importance of smart contracts in foreign economic activity, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the legal regime. Smart contracts are a promising area of study of international private law issues, based on block chain technology, which is a decentralized system of distributed notebooks consisting of a chain of computers connected to a single server.
