Abstract

Economic evaluation and the funding of infrastructure projects We study the meaning of the economic evaluation of public infrastructure projects. We point out the difficulties that arise when we try to assess the costs and the benefits. We deal also with the impact of the level of decision (centralized, decentralized) on the nature of the evaluation process.
