Los criptoactivos frente al smart contract

Abstract

ICTs have influenced the contract from different angles. One of them is in their enforcement, by implementing a new way of executing them through so-called smart contracts. Their most common use is found in the trading of cryptocurrencies and tokens such as NFTs. This technology consists of a computer program that enables automatic contract execution. However, they raise the issue of their validity, which must be resolved based on the category of contract to which it applies. Their implementation affects the duty of information, and must ensure consumer's right to revoke acceptance, provided for in consumer legislation.
