Abstract

The study investigates the impact of blockchain technology on safeguarding supply chains in the liquor industry. The objectives include enhancing traceability, authenticity verification, and counterfeit prevention. Methodology involves implementing a blockchain-based model leveraging the Ethereum Network for transparent product tracking. Results demonstrate a significant reduction in counterfeit liquor sales, improved supply chain transparency, and enhanced product authentication. The study concludes that blockchain technology offers a robust solution to combat illicit liquor sales, ensuring integrity and traceability in the liquor bottle supply chain. The findings highlight the transformative potential of blockchain in fortifying supply chain security and promoting industry-wide trust and transparency.
